Unfortunate Love On ZeeWorld Wednesday 2nd September 2026 Update, Rishi tells Lakshmi that he brought medicine for Ayush and gives it to the nurse. Lakshmi asks Rishi not to worry and says that everything good will happen to good people. Neelam thinks to herself that once Lakshmi leaves Rishi, she will be able to keep her word to Malishka.

Neelam asks Rishi where Malishka is. Rishi says that he doesn’t know. Neelam asks him to go and search for her. Rishi questions why, and Neelam tells him that Malishka is pregnant. She says that if Malishka sees Rishi and Lakshmi together, she will be upset. Neelam urges Rishi to find Malishka immediately, and he agrees before leaving.
Meanwhile, Malishka asks Garimacharya what she is talking about. Garimacharya says that she is simply answering her. The two argue, and Malishka comments on Garimacharya. She asks if Garimacharya understands the mental stress she is going through and threatens to file a case against her. Garimacharya tells Malishka that she can do whatever she wants. She then holds Malishka’s hand and reveals that Malishka has lied to Neelam. Garimacharya tells her that she is two and a half months pregnant.
Rishi searches for Malishka but cannot find her. He then checks her phone location and realizes that she is not in the hospital, so he goes to look for her. Meanwhile, Neelam comes to Karishma. Karishma tells her that she wants to speak to Rishi and asks where he is. Neelam explains that she sent him to look for Malishka. She asks Karishma not to worry and assures her that nothing will happen to Ayush because Lakshmi donated blood to him. Karishma then tells Neelam that she does not want Shalu to become Ayush’s wife. Neelam says that this is not the place to discuss it and ends the conversation.
Garimacharya explains to Malishka that a midwife can feel the pulse of a pregnant woman and know that she is pregnant. She reveals that she used to be a midwife before becoming a Sanyasi. Malishka threatens Garimacharya and tells her that she does not know what Malishka is capable of doing. Garimacharya warns her that if she says one more word, she will face the consequences of her actions. Malishka ignores the warning and insults her. Garimacharya comments on Malishka and closes her eyes. Kiran begs Garimacharya not to punish Malishka, but Malishka comments on Kiran. Kiran then takes Malishka away.
Jaya tells Garimacharya that she had warned them, but they did not listen. Garimacharya becomes angry with Jaya and slaps her. She then scolds Jaya and orders her to leave the Ashram. Meanwhile, Malishka asks Kiran what she is doing. Kiran tells Malishka that she came there and got herself exposed to Garimacharya. Malishka says there is something she does not understand. She asks why Garimacharya did not tell Neelam about Lakshmi’s pregnancy when she has a phone and Neelam’s number is saved in it.
Rishi arrives where Malishka and Kiran are. Kiran calls out Rishi’s name to alert Malishka. At the same time, Garimacharya thinks that Malishka and Kiran’s arrival is not an auspicious sign. She regrets not telling Neelam the truth about Lakshmi’s pregnancy and believes she would have told her if Lakshmi had not stopped her.
Garimacharya later runs into Lakshmi. Lakshmi apologizes to her for running away the last time they met. Garimacharya reassures her that she has done nothing wrong and asks her not to worry. Lakshmi then opens up about the many challenges she is facing in life. Garimacharya tells her that she is someone who takes on the problems of the people she loves. She says this is why Lakshmi is loved by the Goddess. Lakshmi comments on this, and Garimacharya asks if she has ever felt like giving up. Lakshmi replies that she never has. Garimacharya tells her that this is why she is God’s favorite child.
Garimacharya reveals that she wants to inform Neelam about Lakshmi’s pregnancy, but Lakshmi pleads with her not to do so. When Garimacharya asks why, Lakshmi explains that Malishka is pregnant with Rishi’s child, so she has chosen her own path. After hearing this, Garimacharya agrees to respect Lakshmi’s request. However, she later decides that she must reveal the truth about both Malishka’s and Lakshmi’s pregnancies to Neelam. She prays to the Goddess and asks for guidance on what she should do.
Back at the hospital, the Oberoi family is deeply worried about Ayush as doctors and nurses keep going in and out of the operation theater without giving them any updates. Shalu sneaks into the operation theater to see Ayush, but the doctor asks her to leave and warns that Ayush could get an infection. Shalu reluctantly leaves. Later, a nurse informs the Oberoi family that Ayush’s condition is critical and urges them to pray for him.
At the temple, Shalu prays to the Goddess to save Ayush. She believes that Ayush is in this condition because he saved her. She then suspects that Anushka is responsible for what happened to him. Meanwhile, in jail, Anushka blames Neel for her imprisonment and argues with him. Neel warns her that if she provokes him, he does not know what he might do. Anushka pretends to be scared, and soon after, the police transfer Neel to another cell.
Elsewhere, Rishi confronts Malishka and asks why she went there without informing anyone. He tells her that he could have brought her the next day after Ayush returned home. Rishi then says that he wants to visit Garimacharya to discuss Ayush’s condition. Malishka and Kiran try to stop him by making up an excuse, but Rishi insists on meeting Garimacharya. Malishka then pretends to feel unwell. Concerned about her, Rishi decides to take her to the hospital. Kiran leaves after receiving a call from Abhay.
While driving, Rishi again asks Malishka why she went to meet Garimacharya without informing anyone. Malishka claims that she was only worried about Ayush and hoped Garimacharya’s blessings would help him. Rishi questions whether that is really the truth. Feeling offended, Malishka asks him to stop the car and pretends to be hurt by his suspicions. She then acts as if she is feeling even worse. Rishi becomes worried and goes to get water for her. When he returns, Malishka drinks the water and continues pretending to be upset.
Later, the doctor informs Neelam that Ayush is now stable. Lakshmi asks if Ayush can be discharged, but the doctor says that he will consider it. Meanwhile, Shalu visits Anushka at the police station. As soon as she sees her, Shalu slaps her. Anushka angrily asks Shalu how dare she raise her hand against her. Shalu tells Anushka that she deserves it and warns her that if anything happens to Ayush, she will not spare her.
Anushka taunts Shalu, but Shalu comments on her and says that Anushka will never understand her relationship with Ayush. Anushka declares that she will never let Shalu and Ayush be together. Shalu insists that Anushka will not be able to break their bond. Anushka warns Shalu to break her ties with Ayush, otherwise Ayush will have to pay the price. Shalu stands firm and says that Anushka cannot do anything. She adds that from now on, she will always be with Ayush.
Meanwhile, Rishi drives with Malishka beside him, still thinking about Ayush. Malishka tells Rishi that she does not want him to stay with her if he does not want to. She reminds him that he already knows how she feels about Lakshmi. Malishka asks Rishi to simply be with her when she needs him and says that the rest of the time, he is free to do whatever he wants. Rishi then asks Malishka if they can go to the hospital because he is worried about Ayush. Malishka agrees.
At the hospital, Lakshmi notices a pregnant woman who is feeling thirsty and offers her some water. The woman assumes that Lakshmi is also pregnant and offers her a mango to eat. However, her husband clarifies that Lakshmi is not pregnant. The woman explains that she only assumed so because Lakshmi also came to the hospital. Her husband comments on the situation. Lakshmi takes a piece of mango and leaves.
As Rishi walks through the hospital, he accidentally bumps into Lakshmi, causing her to trip. Rishi catches her before she falls. They both recall their first meeting and feel a spark between them before letting go of each other.
Meanwhile, Shalu runs into Malishka. Malishka asks what Shalu is doing there and quickly makes up a reason for her presence. Shalu comments on Malishka’s behavior. Malishka retorts that Shalu does not know who she is. Shalu replies that she knows exactly who Malishka is. She adds that if Anushka’s incident had not happened during Lohri, Malishka would have hurt Lakshmi. Shalu then walks away, leaving Malishka furious. Malishka decides that she must teach Shalu a lesson and leaves.
Rishi then asks Lakshmi if she is planning to leave him. Lakshmi is surprised and asks why he is saying that. Rishi explains that he felt a spark between them, something he only experiences when they meet after a long time or when they are about to part ways for a long time. He repeats his question and asks if she is going to leave him. Lakshmi is confused by his words and asks how he can be like this before apologizing to him.
A nurse arrives and informs Rishi that they can take Ayush home. Rishi becomes overjoyed upon hearing that Ayush is safe. Shalu overhears their conversation and feels relieved. She happily hugs Lakshmi, while Lakshmi hopes that Shalu will always remain happy.
Later, Ayush returns home with his family. The Oberois insist that he should rest. Ayush tells Karishma that he is happy to see how much she loves him. Karishma affectionately tells him that she loves him very much. Harleen joins them and sits beside Ayush to talk. Ayush thanks his family for their support, but Harleen playfully slaps him for thanking his own family. She reminds him that there is no need to thank the people you love.
