Prarthna refuses to change her decision. She says that marriage is not a joke but a lifelong bond between two people. She believes in her marriage and will not break it. She asks Bua Maa why she did not ask Shivansh to keep their marriage.

Sonalika tells Prarthna that the marriage is not real and that she already knows the truth. She says Shivansh will leave her one day because the marriage was a deception and part of his revenge plan. She insists that their marriage is fake. Prarthna asks Sonalika how a real marriage happens and explains the rituals involved. She says Shivansh and she got married, and Bua Maa welcomed her into the house through the grahpravesh ritual. She firmly says she cannot give him a divorce.
Bua Maa scolds Prarthna and asks her to give Shivansh a divorce and set him free. Prarthna says that Shivansh is made for her and she cannot leave him. Sonalika offers her money to leave Shivansh and puts a price on her divorce. Prarthna asks if Sonalika can give her whatever she wants. Sonalika tells her to name any amount. Prarthna replies that she wants Shivansh because he is her real asset. Sonalika becomes furious and asks her to shut up and leave.
Prarthna refuses to leave the house or Shivansh’s life. She says that Shivansh has become her Kumkum Bhagya. Sonalika again asks her to divorce Shivansh and leave. Prarthna tells her that their marriage is real, even if it means nothing to Sonalika. She says her relationship is not for sale and she does not want to discuss it with Sonalika. Prarthna lectures her and says that Shivansh married her, and the reason behind their marriage does not matter anymore. She declares that nobody can break their marriage.
Sonalika asks Prarthna to stop her big dialogues. Prarthna says she will speak to Shivansh. Bua Maa tells her that he is not at home. Prarthna says she will stay and wait for him. She goes to Shivansh’s office, but a staff member stops her. Sonalika ignores her and rushes into Shivansh’s cabin. She asks the men inside to leave. Shivansh questions what she is doing, but Sonalika angrily orders the men out, and they leave.
Sonalika vents her anger at Shivansh. She tells him that after he insulted her by betraying her love, she wanted to ruin him. Shivansh goes to his room and meets Prarthna. She tells him that she wants to talk to him, but he angrily scolds her and asks why she spoke to Bua Maa and Sonalika.
