Abeer and Meher gets intimate for one last time before their divorce. They are seen sleeping on bed. Meher admires him while he is sleeping. Abeer tells her I love you Meher……Meher gets emotional. In the morning, Abeer wakes up and calls Meher asking her not to go to office. He realizes and gets up. He gets a note left by Meher wishing him best of for his life. Kuber comes and asks Abeer to get ready for court case. He looks at Abeer holding the note and asks if Meher came last night.

Abeer doesn’t reply to him and goes. Kuber gets Lawyer Kamdhar’s call, and he informs him that Meher’s family have refused to take alimony. He says it is a good news and your 2.5 crores is saved. Kuber thanks him, and thinks if Meher refuses to take Alimony then Abeer will not leave her, and I won’t let her enter home again.
Abeer and Meher come to the court and sit before the judge. Kuber smiles while Bua try to give strength to Meher to sign on the divorce papers. Meher signs on the divorce papers. Abeer looks on. Kamdhar asks Abeer to sign on the papers. Abeer takes off his googles and looks at Meher. Kuber gives 2.5 crore cheque to Meher and says this is alimony which your lawyer demanded. Meher and Bua are shocked. Abeer looks on angry and signs on the divorce papers. Judge accepts their divorce petition and says you are not husband and wife anymore. Meher and Abeer gets up from their seat. Abeer leaves from there. Kuber smiles. Devki Bua tells I refused for alimony in the morning. Didn’t you tell your client Mr. Kamdhar. Kamdhar is speechless. Kuber says he told me, but I have to pay an amount even if you take or not. Devki Bua asks what do you mean? Kuber says precious thing is time, Meher spent time with Abeer from marriage day to yesterday night. He says yesterday she came to my house. He says this 2.5 crore is payment for that. Devki Bua asks him to mind his language.
Meher calls him Papa and says I called Papa to my papa and you. It is not a word, but trust. It am unfortunate that my trust had broken twice. You both have taken decision for selfishness. Neither he accepted me as his daughter nor you accepted me as your daughter in law. She says I will not lose my strength. She says when I have broken your record in college, you told that I am like you, but I am relieved that I am not like you. She says you thought of your son as a business deal. I don’t need your money and tears the cheque. Kuber looks on. Flashback ends.
Meher thinks I can’t fall weak and Abeer has to go this time. She packs his stuff and says you can’t stay in my home, or in my life. I will throw you out. She calls his name and asks to get up. Abeer pulls her closer to him. Meher asks what is this? Meher says your stuff is packed and asks him to go. Abeer asks did you take my advantage in the night. Meher says your stuff is packed and asks him to go again. Abeer asks are we going to honeymoon. He gets up and says he needs tea. He hugs her forcibly and comes down. He tells Mummyji that Meher have woken him up. He asks her for tea. Mummy ji says ok. Meher asks him to leave else she will call the Police. Abeer asks Mummy to make extra cups for police. Meher tries to call, but Abeer takes the phone. Meher asks him to go. Abeer says it is my house too and I will stay in my home. Meher says this is my home and was built with my money. Abeer says I gave my 60 Lakhs rupees. He apologizes to Mummy ji for telling about money. Mummy ji says you both fight too much. Abeer says atleast 1/3rd house is mine. Meher says I will return your money in 24 hours. Abeer asks her to go else he will kiss her. Tunnu smiles and asks do you like her seriously.
Meher brings a rope and do the partition of the house into two. She asks him to stay at the other side and not step in her area. Mummy ji asks what you are saying? Meher asks her not to interfere. Mummy ji asks Abeer, what he will do when Meher returns his 60 Lakhs. Abeer says this time I came back as I am in love with Meher again. He says when I saw her in hospital, I thought that I will lose her, I have realized that I love her very much. He says don’t worry if she brings money, then also I will not leave and make any excuse. I will rectify my mistake which I did by divorcing Meher, 8 years ago. He says I will set everything fine. If ever I go from here, then I will take Meher with me. Mummy ji looks on emotional and happy. Abeer smiles.
Tunnu telling Suman that they will definitely make Abeer lose in this game. They do hi five and laugh. Abeer wins the game. Tunnu says you are too much, as he writes Jhansi ki Rani. Abeer asks about Meher. Suman says she went somewhere. Abeer tells that he will use her washroom before she comes, else she will start playing my home, your home game. Suman tells Tunnu to play again, and laughs thinking Meher will get angry if she hears Abeer referring her Jhansi ki Rani. Meher comes and asks where is Abeer. Suman tells he went to bathroom. Meher comes to the room and calls Abeer. Abeer comes out and asks if she is having six sense. Meher gives him 60 Lakhs cheque and asks him to leave her house without making any excuses. Abeer says let me check the amount first and checks the cheque.
Meher asks him to take the money and leaves. She asks him not to make any relation with her. Abeer says our relation was build again in the hospital and it will not break. He says you are my wife and I want to give this money to you as whatever is mine is yours and vice versa. She takes him downstairs. Devki says Meher was in hospital because of your dad. Meher settled your money which you gave to Tunnu. Abeer says I will leave the house when my wife comes with me. Devki says you and Meher are not one, and are divorced. You don’t have any right or reason to stay here, and asks him to return to his dad’s house. Abeer asks her not to get angry else she will have to take 4 tablets. Devki says you and your dad are same. Abeer asks her not to put them in the same bracket. Devki says you both are same and asks him to tell his dad that they have returned the money.
Abeer reminds her for sending 2.5 crore alimony notice home and then accepting the cheque. He says you and my dad are responsible for our divorce. Devki says it is done now, time has come to lift curtain from your eye. Meher says please don’t. Devki shows the bank statement of Meher’s account and tells that she didn’t take any alimony. She shows divorce deed in which it was written clearly that Meher refused to took any money. Abeer says Dad had signed cheque right infront of me. Devki says we have refused to take money in the morning and I had informed your Dad, but he might not had told you. Abeer says I want to talk to Meher alone. Devki says nothing is left now. Suman asks her to let Abeer talk to Meher. Devki tells you are letting the same thing done with Meher. Suman and Tunnu goes.
Meher sits down. Abeer says I want to say………Meher stops him and asks him to let the things be in past and not to try to rectify the things. Abeer asks did you want to divorce me 8 years ago. Meher says I loved you very much and wanted to tell, I wish I was not divorced. She says Papa and Taiji have tortured her and she came here. She says when she got job offered, she thought to move on. Abeer says but you have not moved on. Meher says our relationship truth is over, and I have moved on. She says whatever time we have spent together, I can’t forget even If I want to. Abeer says we can’t change the past, but our present is in our control, what is the problem? Meher says problem is that we are two extremes. You made me laughed so much, but made me more cry too. She says she don’t want to stay in extreme. She says it is like a dream which can’t be reality.
Abeer says what have changed? We can give one chance to our relation. Meher asks him to go. Abeer says I am requesting, apologizes etc, and you are asking me to go. Meher says I have moved on, nothing can happen with us, just go. Meher says I beg you, please go. I don’t want you in my life again, and cries. Abeer asks her not to cry and says I will leave. He says I can’t see youe tears, and asks her to reply for his last question. He asks you don’t love me now, but do you care for me now.
Meher looks on and takes his name. Abeer says I got my answer with your silence. I heard what I wanted to hear. Suman, Tunnu and Devki are sitting out. Abeer greets Suman and tells he is going now. Devki gets angry and leaves. Abeer tells Meher is angry now, but I am in her heart always. He tells Tunnu that Meher’s bedroom will be his soon as I am taking her from here. Suman asks do you think she will agree.
