Sweet Love On StarLife Saturday 7th March 2026 Update, Katha excitedly tells Naina that she finally found Uv’s mother. She says she feels so happy, like she found something precious. Naina tells her to call Uv right now and inform him, but Katha refuses. She says she wants to plan a surprise birthday party for Uv and then make him meet his mother, Sheetal Jindal. She calls it the most special gift she can ever give him.

While Katha gets busy arranging the birthday decorations, Uv and his family are also trying to find his mother’s contact number. They hope they can reunite with her soon. Katha keeps thinking that maybe Uv’s mother lost her memory after the accident, and that is why she never came back home. At the same time, Uv thinks about telling Katha that he found a clue about his mother, but he stops himself. He feels that Katha also carries pain like him, and if she meets his mom, she might feel like she is meeting her own mother. On the other side, Katha too feels deeply connected to Sheetal and thinks of her as her own mother.
Naina teases Katha when she sees all the birthday preparations. But Katha’s mind is full of questions. She wonders why Sheetal Maa’s name was changed to Gayatri and starts suspecting that Arjun is involved. She feels he must have lied to her about something important.
Later, Katha serves tea to Harshavardhan. She asks him if he likes it, and he says it tastes good. Katha then says it tastes just like Sheetal Maa’s tea and suddenly asks him why he did not stop Sheetal from leaving 20 years ago if he still loved her. Harshavardhan explains that he never got the chance because Sheetal left to chase her dreams. He says he tried to find her but failed. After he walks away, Katha realizes that the family believes Sheetal left willingly, but in truth, she met with an accident and could not return. She questions why Arjun hid this truth from everyone. Naina asks how she plans to tell Uv everything. Katha says she will reveal the truth as a surprise once Uv returns from Delhi.
Meanwhile, Arjun gets angry and scolds the security team for letting Katha enter the house. He blames his sister for ignoring his warning. Around the same time, Katha calls Sheetal and asks her to meet because she wants to tell her the truth about her past. Sheetal gets confused and asks what truth. Suddenly, Arjun snatches the phone from her. Before the call cuts, Katha tells Sheetal that her husband and son are alive and asks her to meet the next day without informing her brother.
Arjun breaks the phone in anger and questions Sheetal for speaking to Katha. When Sheetal says that Katha claimed to know something about her past, Arjun insists he already told her everything and warns her not to have any contact with that girl. He then locks her inside the room and leaves. Arjun thinks Katha has found out the truth and is planning to reunite Sheetal with the Jindal family. He decides he will never let that happen because of his revenge against them.
On the other side, Katha tells Naina that she is determined to meet Sheetal and reveal everything. She promises she will reunite a mother with her son. But Arjun is already planning to stop her at any cost.
Uv’s brother, Party, calls him and shares that Sheetal is now running an ad agency in Jaisalmer, but he could not get her number. They decide to track her down in their own way. Meanwhile, Katha and Naina wait eagerly for Sheetal to arrive. Arjun orders Manav and his men to move Sheetal to another location far away from the city. When Sheetal questions him about it, he says it is for her safety. But secretly, Sheetal decides that she will meet Katha no matter what.
