Gayatri gets super emotional and says it’s been 20 long years since she last stayed away from her son. Katha tells her to thank God because the wait is almost over now. Then Katha asks why Gayatri’s brother Arjun kept her away from her own family all this time. Gayatri just stares at her, not saying a word.

Meanwhile, Arjun keeps twisting things in UV’s head. He tells UV that Gayatri is super career-focused, so she picked her work over her family. He even says Gayatri wants UV to let her use his brand in the café so she can grow her own business bigger. Charu jumps in and calls out Gayatri (or Sheetal) for that kind of decision. UV asks Arjun straight up why Gayatri isn’t here herself to talk about this deal. Arjun lies smoothly—says Gayatri only meets clients once the deal is locked and papers are signed. He pulls out some business documents and claims Gayatri sent them through him. UV feels hurt deep down, thinking his own mom sees him just as another client. He asks why she didn’t take him along. Arjun laughs it off and says, “Why would Gayatri take you? You’d just be a hurdle stopping her from chasing her dreams.”
Back at Katha’s place, Gayatri defends Arjun hard. She tells Katha maybe Arjun didn’t even know her husband and son were still alive. She says her brother loves her so much—he probably thought if she went back to her in-laws, she’d only suffer, so he took her to Nagpur to protect her. Katha points out the big question: then why did Arjun change her whole identity? Gayatri goes quiet, speechless for a second, but she still sticks up for him. Later at the Jindal house, Katha tells Naina her plan—she’s going to decorate UV’s café nicely so UV and Sheetal can meet there comfortably. She adds that Eshwar would never let Sheetal step into the house, so UV will have to figure out what to do after seeing his mom. At the same time, UV shows up at his own café and says out loud that he opened this place for his mom. Charu and Shlok both suggest he talk to Arjun again to set up a meeting with Sheetal. UV nods, pulls out his phone, and calls Arjun. He straight-up orders him to tell his mother that tomorrow is his birthday and he really wants to meet her. Arjun gets annoyed by UV’s tone. Then he’s shocked when Gayatri suddenly tells him she’s actually Sheetal Jindal. She questions why he hid her real identity from her. Arjun quickly spins more lies to manipulate her again. Gayatri keeps praising Katha and tells Arjun that Katha is setting up the meeting with her son UV tomorrow—on his birthday. She also mentions Katha hasn’t told UV about her yet. In his head, Arjun thinks to himself that this is perfect—he can still play his dirty game with this new info.
