As the party continues, one of Mandira’s close friends notices the gold chain on Renuka’s neck. The chain immediately draws attention because it looks very familiar. Seeing the situation, Mandira quietly decides to create drama and embarrass Renuka in front of everyone. The woman whose name is engraved on a letter attached to the chain suddenly recognizes it and becomes sure it is hers. She stops the party and directly confronts Renuka in front of all the guests, asking where she got the chain from.
Renuka gets shocked and struggles to explain. She cannot clearly say where the chain came from or where Roshni bought it from. The woman then shocks everyone by saying that her chain was stolen recently and she has already filed an FIR at the police station. This accusation leaves Renuka deeply embarrassed as people start staring and whispering around her.
Renuka tries to defend herself and says the chain was gifted to her by her daughter-in-law, Roshni. But the situation becomes worse when the woman points out that her initial is engraved on the locket, which supports her claim. Chandni uses this moment to insult Roshni and suggests that she might have stolen the chain and given it to Renuka. The guests start murmuring, and the host of the party feels insulted and disrespected inside her own house. In anger, she asks Renuka to leave the party immediately.
Completely broken, Renuka returns home feeling humiliated and upset. Paresh asks her how the party went, but she avoids giving a clear answer and responds vaguely, still disturbed by what happened. Her silence shows how deeply hurt she is.
The next day, Roshni gives Renuka a saree as a gift, trying to cheer her up. But things get uncomfortable again when someone casually asks about the price of the saree. To defend Roshni, Tejas lies and says he was with her when she bought the chain. Still, Renuka demands one lakh rupees as compensation for the insult and humiliation she faced.
