She immediately warns Mannat that if she continues plotting against Ibaadat, she will expose all her conspiracies. Mannat confidently threatens Hamida in return. She says if Hamida tells Ibaadat the truth about her plans, she will reveal Ghazal’s secret to Ibaadat.

To make things worse, Mannat deliberately hurts Hamida. Just then, Ibaadat walks into the room and notices something is wrong. Before she can ask too many questions, Mannat quickly lies that Hamida injured herself while carrying a heavy bucket. She asks Ibaadat to bring some ointment.
As soon as Ibaadat leaves, Mannat frightens Hamida again. She warns that one day Ibaadat will learn the truth about Ghazal and about her, and that day everything will fall apart. Mannat asks Hamida why she keeps supporting Ibaadat even though she believes Ibaadat ruined her life.
Hamida calmly explains that Ibaadat has never intentionally hurt anyone. Instead, she has always helped the people around her. Mannat refuses to listen. She insists that Ibaadat is her biggest enemy because she came between her and Subhan. Hamida tries to change her mind, but Mannat says she is ready to do anything to make Subhan hers, even if it destroys her own life.
She also threatens Hamida again. If Hamida continues to stand against her, she will tell Ibaadat that Ghazal was responsible for her father’s death.
Just then, Ibaadat returns and overhears part of their heated conversation. She becomes confused and asks Hamida what they are talking about. Hamida stays silent. Ibaadat then asks her grandmother to place her hand on the Quran and tell the truth.
Hamida imagines herself revealing that Ghazal is Ibaadat’s real mother, not Dua. In her imagination, Ibaadat is so heartbroken that she takes her own life. Hamida is terrified by that thought. She realizes it is only her imagination and decides she cannot tell Ibaadat the truth.
Later, Ibaadat prepares all of Subhan’s favorite dishes for breakfast. She hides herself because she wants him to enjoy the food before finding out she cooked it. Subhan happily praises the meal while eating.
When Ibaadat finally steps forward and tells him she prepared everything, Subhan immediately loses his appetite. He gets up from the table and walks away without finishing his breakfast.
Heartbroken, Ibaadat goes to her room and cries. Mannat comes in with a glass of water and pretends to comfort her. Ibaadat shares her pain, saying she does not understand why Subhan hates her so much. Mannat acts caring and promises that everything will be alright soon, even though she is secretly causing all the problems.
Meanwhile, Hamida storms into Gulnaz’s room. Furious, she grabs Gulnaz by the hair, locks the door, and demands to know why she told Mannat about Ibaadat’s past. Gulnaz refuses to admit anything. She says everyone already knows Ghazal’s history and claims someone else must have told Mannat. Angry and disappointed, Hamida leaves the room.
Elsewhere, Mannat discusses her next plan with Nigar, who has been helping her all along. Mannat says her final move against Ibaadat is almost ready. Nigar praises her clever planning.
Hamida then confronts Kayanat and accuses her of revealing Ghazal’s secret to Mannat. Kayanat denies everything. Hamida raises her hand to slap her, but Mannat quickly stops her.
Hamida scolds Mannat for all her evil plans, but Mannat proudly says Hamida cannot stop her. She says she will always protect Kayanat because she will soon become her mother-in-law.
Hamida warns that she will expose Mannat’s conspiracies to Dua. Mannat immediately threatens her again. She says if Hamida speaks, she will reveal Ghazal’s secret to Dua. The shock could seriously affect Dua’s health, and Ibaadat would suffer because of it too.
Unable to protect Ibaadat, Hamida curses both Mannat and Kayanat. To make Hamida even more upset, Kayanat accepts Mannat as her future daughter-in-law and gifts her a pair of bangles.
Meanwhile, Hafeez takes Sufi back to the hospital because his leg is really injured this time. The same lady doctor, Dr. Kashif, is called to treat him. At first, she thinks Sufi is pretending again. Hafeez assures her the injury is real, so she finally starts treating him.
Sufi asks Hafeez to wait outside because he feels embarrassed. Hafeez agrees and leaves the room. Dr. Kashif gives Sufi an injection, and Hafeez is surprised when he later finds out.
Back at home, Mannat corners Hamida once again. She gives her only two choices: either stay silent about her plans or watch Ibaadat die. Hamida reminds her that her hatred will destroy the whole family, not just Ibaadat. She begs Mannat to stop before she makes another terrible mistake.
Mannat refuses to listen. She says she will separate Ibaadat from Subhan forever and even kill her if necessary. She also promises to expose every hidden truth to Subhan. Once he learns everything, she believes he will throw Ibaadat out of the house and never look at her again.
Late that night, Subhan walks out of his bedroom carrying his pillow and blanket. Dua notices him and realizes there are serious problems between him and Ibaadat. She advises him to solve their misunderstandings before the distance between them becomes impossible to fix.
Subhan returns to the room. Ibaadat hopes he has forgiven her, but instead he tells her that he no longer wants to live with her. His words break her heart once again.
At the hospital, Dr. Kashif carefully treats Sufi’s injured leg. She feels sorry for him when she sees how much pain he is in. Sufi falls for her even more. Hafeez notices everything and understands exactly what is going on.
After returning home, Sufi calls Dr. Kashif and asks to meet her again. She quickly realizes he is only trying to get closer to her.
Meanwhile, Mannat continues threatening Hamida. She repeats that Hamida must either support her or prepare for Ibaadat’s death. Hamida pleads with her to stop seeking revenge because it will only bring more pain to the family.
Soon, Armaan, Nigar, and Gulnaz join Mannat. They all support her because they believe they suffered because of Ibaadat’s mother. Hamida angrily scolds all three of them. She warns Mannat that these people will abandon her once they get what they want.
