My Journey To You On ZeeWorld Friday 7th August 2026 Update, Amruta dreams that Rajiv has returned from the dead to haunt her. He reminds her that he once said he was immortal, that he is Raavan, and that he would always come back. Rajiv says he has returned to kill everyone she loves, starting with Virat. He grabs Virat and begins choking him. Terrified, Amruta screams and suddenly wakes up. Virat rushes to her side and asks what happened, but before she can answer, she faints in his arms.

Virat immediately calls Babita and Dildar before rushing Amruta to the hospital. After checking her reports, the doctor delivers heartbreaking news. She says Amruta’s kidneys are not functioning properly, and she will need a kidney transplant soon after giving birth. Otherwise, her life will be in danger. Dildar promises they will do everything possible to save her. Bhavani immediately offers to donate one of her kidneys, but Harsha stops her, saying she isn’t medically fit to become a donor.
Harsha decides to donate his own kidney instead. Amruta begs him not to risk his life for her. After his medical tests, the doctor sadly announces that Harsha’s kidney isn’t a match. Virat immediately volunteers to be tested, but Amruta asks him to stay healthy so he can welcome their baby into the world.
Nimrit and Babita also insist on taking the tests. Amruta tries to stop them, but Babita refuses. She says Amruta is part of their family now, and they are ready to risk anything to save her. Unfortunately, after all the tests are completed, the doctor reveals that none of them are suitable donors. She asks if there is anyone else they can contact. Amruta quietly says there is no one and asks the doctor to look for a donor elsewhere. Bhavani suggests asking one more person, but Amruta says it will be pointless because that person will never agree to help.
The family breaks down in tears. Amruta asks everyone not to waste precious time and instead focus on finding another donor. Virat promises that no matter what it takes, he will find a matching kidney. He tells Amruta not to worry and asks her to trust him. She smiles and says she does.
Later, Dadi and Bhavani discuss asking Jayesh and Ishika for help. Bhavani says she is willing to beg Jayesh if it means saving Amruta. Virat refuses to let her do that and promises once again that he will arrange a donor himself.
After returning home, Amruta notices that everyone looks worried because of her condition. Wanting to lift their spirits, she talks lovingly to her unborn baby and manages to cheer everyone up. She tells Babita not to be afraid because nothing will happen to her. She believes their prayers will be answered and hugs every family member.
Meanwhile, Virat desperately continues searching for a donor. He receives a phone call from someone who claims they can arrange a kidney. Virat immediately says he is willing to pay any amount. Amruta overhears him and warns him not to do anything illegal. Babita also hears the conversation. Virat says he can’t just sit back while Amruta’s life is in danger. Amruta reminds him that her father would never help them anyway.
Later, Bhavani finds Amruta crying alone. Amruta tries to hide her tears, but Bhavani comforts her and tells her to have faith in Bappa. At the same time, Babita urges Virat to at least speak to Jayesh and Ishika. Virat says Jayesh will only insult them, but Babita reminds him that nothing hurts more than losing Amruta. Virat thanks Babita for her support and promises once again that he will do everything possible to save his wife.
That night, Virat watches Amruta sleeping peacefully. Remembering all the beautiful moments they have shared, he softly tells her that she would never agree with the decision he is about to make. He says he is choosing her life above everything else and calls the mysterious man to confirm that he accepts the deal.
Virat reaches the office to meet the person, only to find Abhir waiting for him. Shocked and angry, Virat asks why he is there. Abhir tells him that if Amruta truly means so much to him, he should be willing to do anything to save her. He reveals that if his kidney matches, he will donate it—but only if Virat agrees to his conditions. Virat asks what he wants in return.
At home, Amruta wakes up and cannot find Virat. Suddenly, she imagines Rajiv once again. He tells her that since she killed him, fate will now take revenge on her. Amruta insists she only acted to save Virat, but Rajiv warns that she will never find peace. She wakes up from the terrifying vision and tries to calm herself. After checking the time, she realises Virat isn’t home. She tracks his location and discovers he is at the office.
Back at the office, Abhir reveals his demands. At first, Virat refuses because the conditions are unacceptable. However, when he thinks about Amruta’s life, he finally agrees. Abhir hands him the agreement papers. Virat signs them and says he can go to any extent to save Amruta. He asks Abhir to keep their deal a secret because Amruta would never agree to it.
Just then, Amruta arrives at the office. She doesn’t see Abhir and asks Virat why he is there. Meanwhile, back at home, Bhavani wonders where the couple has gone, while Babita suspects Virat went to meet Jayesh. The family begins worrying about them.
Amruta notices Virat acting strangely and asks him not to do anything wrong. Virat assures her that everything is under control and lies about what happened. Suddenly, Amruta clutches her stomach in pain. At the same moment, Dildar calls Virat. The family hears Amruta screaming and becomes frightened.
Amruta tells Virat that her labour pains have started. Panicking, Virat lifts her into his arms and rushes her to the city hospital. On the way, he messages Nimrit about the emergency. The entire family quickly reaches the hospital and anxiously asks about Amruta’s condition.
The doctor soon comes out with devastating news. She says there are serious complications, and they may only be able to save either Amruta or the baby. The family breaks down. Harsha comforts Bhavani while the doctor asks Virat to make the impossible choice. Virat remembers Amruta asking him to choose their baby if such a moment ever came.
After some time, the doctor returns with good news. She announces that Amruta has given birth to a healthy baby girl. However, Amruta’s condition is still critical, and she urgently needs a kidney transplant. Virat and the entire family pray for her recovery.
Dildar asks Virat how he managed to find a kidney donor. Virat hides the truth and says only Amruta’s life matters now. Everyone goes to see Amruta while Virat quietly heads to meet his newborn daughter. Holding his baby girl for the first time, he becomes emotional. At the same time, the doctors perform Amruta’s kidney transplant. After the surgery, the doctor happily announces that the operation was successful and that Amruta is finally out of danger.
The family is overwhelmed with relief. Dildar says everything will be alright now. Babita and Bhavani remain curious about who donated the kidney, but Virat tells them the donor’s identity doesn’t matter. All that matters is that Amruta survived.
A few days later, Virat and Amruta return home with their baby girl. The family gives them a grand welcome, and everyone becomes emotional. Babita and Bhavani start arguing over who should name the baby. Bhavani wants Nimrit to choose the name, while Babita insists Nimrit will listen to her. Amruta laughs and asks them both to calm down before requesting Nimrit to name the baby herself.
The family cuts a cake to celebrate the baby’s homecoming. Later, a pandit arrives for the Naamkaran ceremony and announces that the baby’s name should begin with the letter “V.”
Nimrit says the little girl has brought happiness and peace back into their lives. She names the baby Vrinda, and everyone loves the name. Just then, Abhir and Manvi suddenly arrive.
