Mannat tells Dhairya that Neetu and Roni love Vikrant deeply and that he is their whole world. Dhairya questions whether Neetu’s love for Vikrant means she does not care about him. He insists that Neetu and Roni are criminals who separated him from his brother, leaving his mother to lose her son.

Dhairya admits that he has been unable to sleep because of the guilt he carries, knowing he could not stop them from taking his brother away. He wants to reveal the truth to Vikrant, but Mannat stops him and pleads with him to wait a little longer. She agrees that Dhairya has every right to reveal the truth, but insists that Vikrant needs more time because it is the biggest revelation of his life. She is worried about his well-being and cannot bear to see him hurt.
Dhairya admits that he does not understand why Vikrant cannot remember anything about his past. Vikrant does not remember him or their mother, and Dhairya suspects that Neetu may have done something to him. Mannat realises that Neetu might have given Vikrant medication to erase his memories. She then wonders whether Dhairya is helping Aishwarya conceal the truth and questions him about it. Dhairya firmly denies helping criminals, insisting that he would never betray his uniform or allow injustice to prevail. He declares that he will eventually reveal everything to Vikrant, but Mannat asks him to give her time to prepare Vikrant for the truth. Dhairya describes Vikrant as stubborn and says he is happy that Vikrant has found a girl who is just as stubborn as he is. He then leaves, while Mannat wonders why Vikrant has to go through so much.
Meanwhile, Vishaka receives a call from the nurse looking after her mother-in-law, Dadi. The nurse informs her that Dadi is creating problems and threatens to stop caring for her unless Vishaka pays the outstanding money. Vishaka realises that Dhairya does not know his grandmother is still alive. The nurse also reveals that Dadi wants to meet Dhairya. Vishaka promises to pay the money but orders the nurse not to allow Dadi to meet him. She then reflects that everyone seems to need money.
Later, Shruthi tells Deepak that nobody has changed the flowers, and Shalini offers to help her. Mallika searches everywhere for her phone until Deepak finds it in the hall and hands it to her. Mallika wonders how she could not find it herself. She checks the video on her phone but discovers that it is missing. Suspecting that Dhairya deleted it, she worries about how she will get her mother released from prison.
Meanwhile, Vishaka confronts Neetu and reminds her that Vikrant is her son. She tells Neetu not to raise her voice and threatens to reveal the truth about Vikrant to him. Neetu desperately pleads with Vishaka not to expose the truth. Mallika overhears their conversation, but before she can learn more, Mannat arrives and interrupts them, announcing that the chunri ceremony is about to begin. Vishaka scolds Mannat for interrupting her conversation, while Shalini and Dhairya also try to prevent Vishaka from revealing the truth.
After the chunri ceremony is completed, Dhairya takes Vishaka aside for a private conversation. He promises to return Aman to her and asks her to stop threatening Neetu. He also points out that she is pretending to be ill to obtain money from him. Dhairya transfers the money to Vishaka, who then pays the nurse to continue looking after Dadi.
