Abhimanyu enters the room and finds Akshara hiding under the blanket. He comforts her when he realizes she is upset. Akshara looks at a picture of babies on her phone, and Abhimanyu gently wipes away her tears before helping her fall asleep.

The next morning, Swarna tells Manish that it is already morning. Manish begins talking about Akshara and Arohi, pointing out how different the two sisters are. He says Arohi has never truly shared in Akshara’s happiness but never misses an opportunity to put her down. Manish worries that Arohi and the others at the Birla house will expect Akshara to forget her pain and celebrate Arohi’s happiness. He feels that God has been unfair to Akshara and Abhimanyu. Swarna asks him not to worry because the couple will support each other through this difficult time. However, Manish points out that Akshara always thinks about everyone else, so someone needs to think about her too. He fears that Arohi will continue to hurt Akshara.
Meanwhile, Arohi discusses decorating the baby’s room with Neil. Neil asks her if they can discuss it later because he is still upset about Akshara and Abhimanyu’s pain. Arohi says she understands what they are going through, but she and Neil are also preparing to welcome their first child. Manjiri and Shefali arrive, and Manjiri apologizes for overhearing their conversation. She agrees with Arohi and explains that although becoming a mother is a wonderful experience, the pain of being unable to become a mother is even greater.

At the recording studio, Akshara’s music director gives her a song to record, but she struggles to concentrate. Elsewhere, Arohi receives the shocking news that she is not pregnant. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu and Manjiri continue worrying about Akshara, believing that music is the only thing that can help her heal emotionally.
When Akshara returns home, Abhimanyu and Manjiri ask her how the recording went. Akshara lies and says she had a good day. Neil asks Arohi about her medical report, but she lies to him as well. Later, Swarna and Manjiri discuss performing a ritual for Arohi. They feel sorry for Akshara, knowing how much she is suffering. However, Akshara asks them not to sacrifice Arohi’s happiness because of her pain. Manjiri feels proud of Akshara for being so considerate despite everything she is going through.
Meanwhile, Harsh brings news about Akshara’s medical condition. He explains that new technology has reduced the risk associated with her complications to 10%. However, Abhimanyu refuses to consider the procedure and tears up the papers. Anand calls out to him, while Harsh questions why he destroyed the documents. Abhimanyu tells Harsh to stay away from the matter, but Manjiri asks him to listen to Harsh’s suggestion at least once.
Abhimanyu explains that the procedure still carries a 10% risk, and he cannot take that chance with Akshara’s life. Harsh argues that doctors sometimes perform risky surgeries despite knowing the dangers involved. However, Abhimanyu remains firm that he will not risk Akshara’s life under any circumstances. Harsh suggests consulting other doctors, but Abhimanyu reveals that he has already discussed the matter with several doctors and believes there is no hope. He refuses to put Akshara’s life at risk. Harsh reminds him that a father cannot make the decision about whether to have a child on his own. Abhimanyu walks away, unaware that Akshara has overheard their entire conversation.
Akshara later tries to convince Abhimanyu to reconsider the procedure, but he refuses to change his mind. He tells her that she is enough for him and asks her to accept his decision. Akshara questions whether he will ever regret giving up on having a baby, but Abhimanyu assures her that even after 50 years, he will feel the same way. Later, Akshara dreams of having a baby and sees Abhimanyu happily playing with their child. When she wakes up, she remembers the dream and thinks that morning dreams often come true. She prays to God to bless her with happiness. Abhimanyu notices her lost in thought and asks whether she is daydreaming, but Akshara denies it. He then asks her to get ready for her recording. When Akshara reaches the studio, she panics after seeing the song and eventually runs away. Her music director contacts Abhimanyu and informs him that Akshara performed poorly. He explains that nobody told him she was unwell and reveals that she could not even sing a simple song about a mother and her son. Abhimanyu feels guilty for failing to understand Akshara’s pain and immediately begins looking for her. Meanwhile, Akshara walks along the road, recalls everything that has happened, and suddenly faints.
Abhimanyu continues searching for Akshara, while Harsh finds her lying on the road and takes her to the hospital. Elsewhere, Arohi meets Preeti and receives a fake medical report. She decides to continue pretending that she is pregnant until she actually becomes pregnant. At the hospital, Akshara spots Arohi.
Soon, Akshara learns that she is pregnant but has complications. She becomes overwhelmed with happiness when she realizes that Abhimanyu will also become a father. Harsh learns about Akshara’s pregnancy, while Akshara excitedly plans to share the news with Abhimanyu and Manjiri.
