Abhimanyu questions Rohan about who changed the order on the list. A patient attendant blames the hospital management for what happened. Abhimanyu assures him that he will not let anything happen to his brother and decides to personally handle the matter. He tells Neil that he will speak to him later. Meanwhile, Akshara tells Manish that he has a routine check-up at Birla Hospital. Manish says that everyone cares about him so much. Akhilesh then asks Akshara whether she has told Abhimanyu about the cheque, and she admits that she is yet to tell him.

Abhimanyu asks the patient attendant not to worry because his brother is doing well. The attendant warns that if anything happens to him, he will not spare the hospital. Just then, Akshara calls Abhimanyu. He immediately asks if she is fine, but Akshara asks what has happened to him. Abhimanyu avoids the question and asks why she called. Akshara tells him about Manish’s routine check-up and adds that she has another piece of good news, but she will tell him later. Abhimanyu thinks that despite the crisis at the hospital, he cannot forget to follow up on Akshara’s case.
Manish later bumps into Arohi, who asks if she can see his medical report. Manish refuses and instead advises her to bring more calmness into her life. He praises Akshara in front of Arohi and tells her to try to be more like Akshara. Neil asks Arohi what Manish was talking about. Arohi immediately instigates him, saying that Manish was praising Akshara as usual. She then asks Neil why he looks so stressed. Neil reveals that Abhimanyu has learned about the kidney case. Arohi manipulates him and assures him that he has done nothing wrong.
Akshara takes Manjiri with her and gives her the signing amount. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu confronts Neil about changing the orders. Manjiri and Akshara become worried, and the cheque falls to the ground and gets dirty. Abhimanyu demands that Neil explain himself. Neil says he made the decision because the patient was not in critical condition. Abhimanyu tells him that he has no problem with Neil making decisions, but he cannot accept him taking such an important decision impulsively without his consent. The two brothers begin arguing, forcing Manjiri to ask them not to fight.
Arohi tells Abhimanyu to stop accusing Neil, but Abhimanyu reminds her that he is speaking to his brother. Neil looks at Arohi and then confronts Abhimanyu, saying that he is not his legitimate child and therefore cannot make decisions. Akshara immediately realises that Arohi has poisoned Neil’s mind. Abhimanyu warns Arohi not to teach him how to speak to his brother. Akshara tries to intervene, but Neil tells her not to interrupt because he is speaking to his brother. Abhimanyu then makes it clear that from now on, no decision will be taken without his consent before ending the conversation.
Akshara asks Arohi if she is happy after creating a fight between Neil and Abhimanyu. Arohi gives her a sharp reply, saying that it is the same thing Akshara did when she filled Manish’s heart with hatred. Akshara walks away and goes to Abhimanyu. She tells him not to worry because they both know that Arohi has instigated Neil against him.
Abhimanyu shows Akshara Manjiri’s cheque and says that they have once again failed to celebrate her victory. The two hug, but they soon pull away when Abhimanyu points out that the cheque has been spoiled. Akshara tells him not to worry and promises to clean it before returning it to Manjiri. She then receives a call from a music director. Abhimanyu asks who is calling, and Akshara explains that she has a photoshoot but is thinking of cancelling it. She adds that she wants to be with him. Abhimanyu becomes happy for her music album and photoshoot and decides to accompany her.
As Akshara and Abhimanyu prepare to leave, Abhimanyu receives some hope regarding Akshara’s case and becomes happy. Arohi notices his unusual behaviour and becomes suspicious. She goes to Abhimanyu’s room to check his files. Abhimanyu soon returns to the room to take Akshara’s file and notices that the bag has been left open. He becomes suspicious while Arohi hides from him. After Abhimanyu leaves, Arohi decides that she must find out what is inside the files and makes up her mind to uncover the truth.
During the photoshoot, Abhimanyu lovingly admires Akshara as she poses. Akshara blushes while looking at him. The photographer notices her natural reaction and asks Abhimanyu to capture her because she is naturally blushing when she looks at him. Abhimanyu happily takes her pictures, and both of them enjoy the moment.
Meanwhile, Neil checks on Manjiri and notices that her blood pressure is low. He blames himself for making her unwell because of the fight with Abhimanyu. Manjiri tells him not to blame himself and advises him not to allow differences to come between him and Abhimanyu. Akshara arrives and asks Manjiri about her health. Manjiri then asks Akshara about the photoshoot, and Akshara happily shares her experience. They also discuss Shivu’s birthday, while Arohi quietly looks for an opportunity to use the celebration for her own purpose.
The Birlas gather to celebrate Shivu’s birthday. At the same time, some clients accuse Kairav of failing to complete a deal on time. Akshara becomes restless as the clients continue confronting him. Vansh tries to help Kairav, but Manish stops him and tells him to let Kairav handle his anxiety on his own. The clients continue blaming Kairav until he finally manages to overcome his fear and deals with them confidently. Manish and the Goenkas feel proud of him.
Akshara decides to help decorate the house for Shivu’s birthday. Arohi asks Shefali if she can handle the decorations because she enjoys doing them. Akshara asks Arohi since when she started taking an interest in such things. Arohi says that she never got a chance to help before. Mahima allows Arohi to take charge of the decorations, and Arohi begins working on them.
As the preparations continue, Abhimanyu and Neil continue avoiding each other. Parth steps in and diverts their attention when they come face-to-face. He then asks Arohi whether she has arranged a videographer to capture the birthday celebration. Akshara interrupts and says that she has installed cameras around the house so every moment can be captured from different angles. She adds that she did not know Arohi would be leading the decorations. Parth and Shefali are impressed by Akshara’s idea.
Arohi later learns from Neha that there are two doctors with the same name. One Dr. Iyer is a psychiatrist, while the other is a gynaecologist. Arohi decides to find out which doctor is treating whom so she can uncover the truth. Meanwhile, Akshara advises Arohi not to hang the teddy bear on the wall because it could fall. Arohi ignores her warning and continues with the decoration.
