He shows them a painting Anisha bought for Kairav and asks why she would put so much effort into buying a wedding gift for him if she did not love him. Akshara says Anisha did it to hide her truth, but Abhimanyu gets angry.
Kairav says he does not want to go to jail. Akshara again asks Abhimanyu to stop him and says everyone knows what really happened. Harsh asks the inspector to take Kairav because they do not want any more drama during Anisha’s prayer meet. Anand also tells the inspector to take Kairav. Harsh says the Birlas have been facing problems since the Goenkas came into their lives. Kairav is taken into custody while the Goenkas and Akshara stand there in tears. Kairav remembers his achievements and regrets everything. He apologizes to Kartik and Naira for letting them down.

Later, Abhimanyu talks with Parth and starts wondering if they could be falsely accusing Kairav. Parth tells Abhimanyu that instead of supporting Akshara, he should stand with the Birlas. He reminds him that Kairav is accused of being responsible for Anisha’s suicide, not of directly killing her.
