Love’s Complicated On Starlife is an Indian Hindi-language romantic family drama television series. It’s continuation of “Not Without My Family” the series revolves around Dr Abhimanyu, a misogamist, who finds himself getting attracted to Akshara, Kartik and Naira’s daughter. Things take a tricky turn when Akshara’s half-sister, Arohi, falls in love with him.

Twelve years after Kartik and Naira Story, Akshara, their daughter becomes a singer who uses music therapy to help people, while Dr. Abhimanyu Birla builds a successful career as a surgeon. Aarohi also becomes a doctor and develops feelings for Abhimanyu. But despite that, Abhimanyu and Akshara fall deeply in love with each other.
When Aarohi finds out about their relationship, she breaks off her engagement with Abhimanyu and chooses to focus on her career instead. After facing many family problems and emotional struggles, Akshara and Abhimanyu finally get married.
Soon, another family secret comes out. It is revealed that Abhimanyu’s half-brother Neil is actually Harshvardhan’s son from an extramarital affair. Manjari had adopted Neil and brought him into the family so he could grow up with a mother’s love and a proper home.

At the same time, Abhimanyu’s cousin Anisha gets engaged to Kairav. But before the wedding, Kairav discovers that Anisha is having an affair with a married man. Terrified that the truth will be exposed, Anisha threatens suicide. During the chaos, she accidentally falls to her death. Kairav is blamed for murdering her, and this creates major problems between Akshara and Abhimanyu.
One year later, Akshara and Kairav are living in Mauritius. They eventually return to India, where Kairav is finally proven innocent. After all the pain and misunderstandings, Akshara and Abhimanyu reunite.

Meanwhile, Neil and Aarohi fall in love. After sorting out their issues, they get married. Later, both Akshara and Aarohi become pregnant. During this time, Akshara and Neil try to save some girls from dangerous goons. Sadly, Neil dies during the rescue mission. Akshara is also wrongly told that she has lost her babies.
Aarohi blames Akshara for the death of Neil and accuses her of always bringing tragedy into the lives of the people around her. The entire Birla family, including Abhimanyu, also blames Akshara for Neil’s death and the miscarriage. Heartbroken and angry, Abhimanyu divorces her and completely cuts her out of his life.
Akshara leaves everyone behind and later gets involved in a bus accident. After the accident, she discovers that one of her twins actually survived and that she is still pregnant. She tries to tell Abhimanyu the truth, but he refuses to listen to her. During this difficult period, Abhinav supports Akshara and eventually marries her for the sake of her unborn child.

Six years later, Akshara is living peacefully in Kasauli with Abhinav and their son Abhir. At the same time, Abhimanyu becomes a father figure to Aarohi’s daughter Ruhi. Akshara slowly decides to move on in life with Abhinav, but Abhimanyu still remains deeply in love with her.
Elsewhere, Kairav and Muskan fall in love and get married. Akshara and Aarohi also repair their broken relationship and become close again.
Everything changes when Abhimanyu learns that Abhir is actually his son. Soon after, tragedy strikes once again when Abhinav dies on his birthday after accidentally falling off a cliff. At first, Abhimanyu is blamed for his death, but later everyone understands that it was simply an accident.
To help Abhir recover from depression after losing Abhinav, Akshara and Abhimanyu decide to marry again for his happiness. But during one of the pre-wedding ceremonies, it is revealed that Akshara is pregnant with Abhinav’s child.
Soon after, Aarohi dies because of a mistake made by Ruhi. To protect Ruhi from emotional trauma, Akshara takes the blame for the incident herself. Ruhi begins to hate Akshara because of this, so Akshara decides to leave the house for Ruhi’s peace of mind.
Abhimanyu chooses to stand by Akshara and leaves with her, cutting ties with everyone else. But before they can finally begin a new life together, tragedy hits again. On the day of their wedding, Abhimanyu and Abhir both die in a terrible landslide accident.
