Akshara and Abhimanyu secretly meet and save a boy from danger. Meanwhile, Harshwardhan orders Neil to leave for Sitapur and work alone. Abhimanyu and Akshara are devastated as Manish swears on behalf of the Goenkas to cut off all ties with the Birlas. Later, Akshara tries to apologise to Manish.
