Isagani is still encouraging Lucas, Conner spies on them in his car. He approaches them and they exchange pleasantries telling them he’s an engineer and that they should recommend him. Isagani tells him to get his papers ready and they will show it to Don Roman since he has the final say.
At the Silverios Mansion, Dulce ask menandro if he has seen Matteo since he isn’t answering her calls, He tells Dulce that her brother might be in trouble but it doesn’t mean they should stop everything but rather move foward and decide what’s better, Dulce reminds him family is much more important than any business concerns and they can’t abandon Matteo like that.
He said they can’t help him if the company falls apart because of matteo’s Negligence and the only thing that can save them now is Isagani’s brandy begging Dulce to talk to him.
Dulce meets up with Isagani, she tells gani they need him and his Cocoa brandy since Matteo lost a lot of money because of his gambling addiction. Gani says he has signed a contract with the Cardinal’s and can’t turn his back on them.
Matteo on phone tells someone that nobody must find out what their company is going through that Silverio distilleries is under crises or he will answer to him. He continues to trade online whiles receiving a picture about his girlfriend which makes him angry.
Matteo confronts her when she returns about busily partying instead of helping him. Gigi reminds Matteo she can’t put her life on hold for him and must maintain his connections, he fumes at her reminding her how he’s been there for her all these time and he thinking he was different but she is same as his dad.
At the Cardinal Mansion,Alba continues to call Joaquin but it doesn’t go through, she receives a call but the caller doesn’t talk, she looks frightened telling the caller to wait for her call. She goes indoors and calls the caller asking him why he called that number and what if Ramon was the one who answered and discovered her plan, if that happens he won’t receive a single cent from her because he knows where exactly to reach her instead of calling that line.
Sita waits for Lucas for dinner, he eventually returns and apologizes to her for being upset with her. He thanks his mom for showering him with love since he was born and how she serves Alba and tolerated her just so he isn’t away from Don Roman his Real Father and he won’t allow anyone to walk all over her again that he will protect her by fighting for his right as a Cardinal making Sita happy.
Don Roman sends Joaquin a Video message about his child with Sita and that Lucas is his brother and even though he isn’t perfect he loves all his children very much and hopes he comes back one day.
Conner continues to look at the pictures of his targets on his laptop whiles having flashbacks of his meetings with Lucas and Isagani. He tells himself he’s done with step one that’s befriending Lucas and Isagani as he prints a fake Resume telling himself “they’re about to meet face to face Roman Cardinal and that his days are numbered”.
At the Cardinal’s mansion, Alba calls her accountant saying she wants to know how much money is left in her account. Martha brings her the telephone saying there’s a call for her, after saying hello she concludes there’s no one on the line and Martha tells her maybe he hanged up and that it was a man accusing her of hiding from him and Alba tells her to have the line disconnected and tell the person she doesn’t live there anymore.
Alba looks frightened telling herself no one must ever find out about her secret, she receives a call telling the person to transfer some money from the Cardinal’s account to her bank account.
Lupita finds out more about Conner’s mission going through his laptop, she asked if Conner needs her help and he said he doesn’t need her help. Conner spies on Diane’s Facebook profile on his cellphone whiles smiling.
Back to Alba, she tells her caller she’ll be able to pay him soon but must be patient since things are different now and Roman took her out of Cardinal Distellery and she doesn’t have access to the funds and that Joaquin left and he should stop bothering them because she will fix it all eventually.
At Don Roman’s office, with Alba eavesdropping as usual) Don Roman ask Diane if he has heard from Joaquin at all, she said no and asked why he was asking he tells Diane he sent Joaquin a video message and he hasn’t responded yet ,Diane tells him if it’s in his Email then he’ll definitely get it.
He said there’s an important message that Joaquin needs to know and it’s better if he hears the news from him with Alba interfering asking what important matter that is and if he has told Joaquin that Lucas is his bastard son with Diane hearing that too surprising her.
Alba said he’s out of his mind if he thinks it will be that easy for Joaquin to accept that Lucas is his Bastard son, Don Roman said it won’t be easy but Joaquin is a strong man and he’ll be back soon to face them. Alba just can’t believe what she’s hearing.
At a restaurant,Diane continues to think about what she heard between Don Roman and Alba about Lucas being Joaquin’s brother and Don Roman’s illegitimate son asking if that’s why Lucas isn’t so happy lately.
Conner arrives at the restaurant too spying on Diane saying he needs her in his mission and also he has to earn her trust. He approaches Her table. Lupita also spies on Conner at the restaurant saying that’s why he doesn’t want her to go with him because he’s meeting someone else and of all the women he has to share him with why it has to be Diane.
Conner offers to pay for Diane’s food, she asked if he’s stalking her and that she isn’t easily swayed asking who he is with Conner saying is destiny. Lupita looks on angrily. Conners offers to listen to all of Diane’s problems and troubles.
At a playground, Lucas tells Coralle about Don Roman being his real father surprising her.
Conner visits Isagani at his plantation farm, submitting his Resume to him, he said he will give it Don Roman.
Back to Lucas and Coralle, she ask if that means Don Roman and Sita had a past and if that’s the reason why Alba treats them unkindly and meaning he’s Joaquin’s brother with Lucas nodding. She ask what he will do now and he said he wants to have a father and son talk with Don Roman and waiting for the right time. She tells Lucas to never change.
At the Esperanza’s, Isagani tells his parents Don Roman already agreed to meet with Paul(Conner), Erma ask from which company Conner worked since a neighbor’s son also works in Dubai, maybe they know each other. Isagani says he already told Lucas a background check should be conducted on Paul(Conner) before they introduce him to Don Roman.
At the Cardinal mansion, Alba has flashbacks about her past with Don Ramon she said ‘’Back then her only problem she has to deal with is the ghost of Soledad but now even the living are ruining her life too but she won’t allow anyone to defeat her since she’s still the only Queen of Ramon’s mansion and her son Joaquin is the only rightful heir to the throne and no else especially not that dead poor mother and son Lucas and that damn Sita and that she’s going to see to it that they’ll both remain nothing but dirt in her backyard’’.
Don Roman arrives at Cardinal distilleries interacting with the workers, Isagani arrives with Conner and introduces Conner to Don Roman, he introduces himself to Don Roman as Paul. We ended as father and sons look at at each other.
