Jhanak On Starlife Thursday 17th September 2026 Update, Dritimaan tells Aniruddh that they should reach home on time for the Griha Pravesh. Just then, Sanjhbati comes and tells them that Parashar has been missing since the previous night. Veer says Parashar may have gone somewhere, while Aniruddh thinks he might have gone for work. Sakhi says Jhanak will not leave without taking Parashar’s blessings. Sanjhbati reminds them that Jhanak also has to perform rituals at their house, so they cannot wait any longer. Sakhi says Aniruddh is there, so there is no problem.

After some time, Rishi promises to take care of Jhanak and assures everyone that she will get respect in his house. Sakhi asks Jhanak to keep visiting Simulboni. Jhanak hugs Sakhi and asks everyone to take care of themselves and Parashar. She says she became a doctor for them and will return one day. Jhanak feels that Parashar cannot bear to see her bidaai, which is why he left. Aniruddh asks Jhanak to come back after a few days to meet Parashar. Sakhi says Nutan would have been very happy if she were there to see this day. Jhanak then leaves with Rishi.
Later, Rishi reaches his house and wonders why Aditi’s face keeps coming into his mind. He tells himself that he should only think about Jhanak and not his past. Sanjhbati asks Rishi what he is thinking about, while Jhanak notices his expression. She thinks that perhaps Rishi is thinking about Aditi’s Griha Pravesh.
Tanushri welcomes Jhanak and Rishi into the house. They take her blessings before entering, and Jhanak begins the Griha Pravesh rituals. Mishti then says they will not allow Jhanak to enter without receiving shagun. She demands money from Rishi. Rishi says he is tired, but Putul tells him to pay the money first. Rishi says he does not have any money with him.
Dadabhai tells Rishi that he cannot escape because the girls have received their training from Indumati. Putul adds that Jhanak will have to stand there all day if Rishi does not give them the money. Jhanak asks Rishi why he is lying when he had already put money in her bag. She asks Mishti to get her bag from the car. Rishi wonders why she revealed that. Mishti brings the bag, and Jhanak gives the money to Putul. Rishi tries to stop her but fails. The ladies then take Jhanak inside, while Dritimaan teasingly tells Rishi to be careful of Jhanak. Everyone laughs.
Meanwhile, Aditi asks her family why everyone is silent. She asks Aniruddh if he is not supposed to give shagun to Jhanak. Aniruddh says he was embarrassed in front of everyone because of Arshi. Arshi says she did the right thing. Aniruddh reminds her that he earned the money and can spend it however he wants.
Aditi tells Arshi that she had to go to Simulboni because of her and says they cannot force anyone to stay with them. She asks Arshi to move on and reminds her that Jhanak is Aniruddh’s younger daughter. Aditi says Arshi is not suffering any loss, so she should let Aniruddh do whatever he wants for Jhanak. She even threatens to leave the house if Arshi does not stop interfering.
Anjana tells Arshi that she will gain nothing by behaving this way. Arshi accuses Anjana of going to enjoy the marriage without caring about Aditi and says Aditi is trying to become “mahaan.” Aditi admits that she felt bad, but says there is nothing she can do because Rishi and Jhanak love each other. Bablu says it is not as if they do not care about Aditi. He explains that they want both Jhanak and Aditi to be happy and asks Aditi to forget everything and try to be happy in her life.
Aditi says she has already made it clear that she does not want anyone’s sympathy. She says Aniruddh has the right to fulfil his responsibility towards Jhanak. Anjana says Aditi has become mature and knows that she will not stoop low. She then tells Aniruddh to go and buy shagun for Jhanak.
Aditi thinks Arshi will never understand why she is doing all this. She wants to see how long Rishi and Jhanak’s love will survive. She remembers the moments she shared with Rishi and decides that she will make sure Jhanak gets her rights. At the same time, she wants to understand what her own flaw was. Aditi then leaves with Aniruddh to go shopping.
Meanwhile, Sanjhbati says they should go to the parlour and get ready for the reception. Indumati asks where Rishi is, while Dadabhai reminds everyone that the Bou Bhaat should happen on time. Abhimanyu asks where Dritimaan is. Putul says Dritimaan is helping Rishi get ready.
Mishti says it is a special day, so everyone should get ready properly. Abhimanyu jokes that the guests are coming to see the bride, not everyone else. Dadabhai says makeup is not necessary. Mishti reminds them that she has already become a doctor, so Abhimanyu tells her that she should focus on practising medicine. Jhanak then takes Mishti away with her.

Arshi asks Jhanak if she is hesitating to drink the juice because Arshi made it. Jhanak says she has no problem with it. Arshi tells Jhanak not to worry and drink it because she did not mix poison in it. Jhanak drinks the juice and soon starts feeling sleepy before fainting.
