Anurag looks at Ishani and promises they’ll bring her mom home too. Ishani says she’ll only do that after her divorce is final. Anurag says they’ll get her home no matter what. Ishani reminds him she asked for his help before, but he didn’t do anything—so the bank took her house, and her mom ended up in the care center. Anurag’s mom shakes her head and says Ishani married the wrong person. Anurag quickly cuts in, “Let’s not talk about the past anymore.” His mom keeps smiling and says she’s just waiting for the day Ishani becomes her daughter-in-law.
On the other side, Shashwat knocks on Pihu’s door and begs her to open it. Nandini asks Pihu why she looks so upset and tells her to come out so they can talk about whatever’s wrong. Raj didi jumps in and says now that Ishani’s gone, there won’t be any more problems for them. She tells Pihu that Ishani asked for a mutual divorce, so she’s not coming back home. Pihu thinks to herself that Ishani wants the divorce just so she can marry Anurag. But in her mind, if she dies, Anurag and Ishani won’t ever live peacefully. She tells her family to leave—she just wants to sleep. Deep down, she believes Anurag will finally see her true love after her death and cry for her.
Shashwat says maybe Pihu’s just tired. Raj didi thinks Pihu probably ran into Ishani and Anurag at college. Shashwat gets angry—if they’re the reason Pihu’s like this, he won’t spare them. Nandini says let her rest for now, and they can take her out to a restaurant later. They all walk away. Alone, Pihu takes sleeping pills. She tells her mom she’s feeling sleepy, then looks up and tells God she doesn’t want to live anymore.
Back with Anurag’s family, his mom gently asks Ishani if she’s really ready to marry Anurag. She says life is giving Ishani a second chance, and she wants to know if Ishani will take it. Ishani says she didn’t marry Anurag because of fate. His mom tells her to stop thinking about the past—focus only on the present and future. Ishani admits she’s scared to accept this happiness because she thinks she might lose it again. She worries about how she’ll ever win against Shashwat. Anurag reassures her—she’ll win because the truth is on her side. His mom says Ishani shouldn’t worry at all. She offers to cook, but Ishani says she’ll do it instead.
Later, Shashwat knocks on Pihu’s door again and asks her to open up. He turns to Raj didi and says, “What if Pihu did something to herself?” Raj didi tries to calm him—Pihu’s probably just sleeping. Shashwat looks really worried and says this doesn’t feel normal. He can’t lose Pihu. Nandini agrees she must be sleeping.
