In this episode, Arghya and Karna welcome Mr. Chatterjee into the office. When Mr. Chatterjee enquires about Radhika attending the meeting, Karna assures him that Radhika will be present. Karna says that Radhika will come to the office soon.
While Karna waits for Radhika in the office, at the Sen house, Thammi keeps Radhika busy by making the latter press her feet. Mr. Chatterjee comments about the punctuality of Sen Creations. To handle the situation, Karna tells him that Radhika must be stuck in the traffic and offers him coffee.
Arghya tells Karna that making a client wait is very unprofessional. Arghya apologises to Mr. Chatterjee for the delay caused due to Radhika. Arghya tells Karna that there might be a possibility that Radhika is not ready with the designs yet and that is the reason she is not present for the meetings.
When Mr. Chatterjee gets impatient waiting for Radhika, Arghya asks him if he would like to give the project to him and his designer, Trisha. He tells the client that the workload on Karna must be the reason he is failing to deliver.
Meanwhile, at home, Radhika feels bad when she realises that managing Thammi and the chores at home and office work won’t be possible together. Thammi asks Radhika to go to office for the meeting and rejoices on the success of her plan. Thammi gives Radhika a jamdani sari and asks her to get it washed without damaging the fabric.
Karna tells Arghya that he realises that the latter wants to sabotage their presentation. Sohini supports Radhika and assures Mr Chatterjee that Radhika is very serious about her work. An irritated Mr Chatterjee leaves the office. Arghya taunts Karna for losing the project due to Radhika’s absence.
Later, when Radhika arrives at the office, Karna tries to tell her the severity of the situation. Just then, she calls Mr. Chatterjee in and apologises to him for the delay. Mr. Chatterjee agrees to see the designs and the meeting starts. When the client asks Radhika to show the fabric, Radhika presents to him Thammi’s sari and tells him that they will use Jamdani material to help the handloom industry as well. On seeing the time, Radhika leaves.
when Payel asks Thammi about the kind of decoration Thammi would like for the Kali Puja, Thammi says the grand daughters-in-law should be the one doing it. Thammi asks Payel to make more ‘paan’ for her the next day.
Arghya enters Karna’s office after he is called for a meeting. Karna asks him to knock before he enters and also presses on the fact that Arghya shouldn’t work against him. Arghya blames Radhika for ruining the project but Karna says that atleast she bagged the project.
Thammi questions Radhika when she gets a little late to reach home. Radhika tells Thammi that she got delayed because of the traffic. Thammi asks Payel and Radhika to decorate the house. Radhika wonders about the way she will complete the chores and then do the presentation. Thami feels happy seeing Radhika confused. Later, when Payel tries to go away after making an incomplete ‘alpona’, Thammi scolds her.
Thammi asks Radhika not to be absent-minded and make the garlands. Next, Thammi asks Radhika to go to the prayer room and get a brass tumbler from there. She asks Radhika to wash the tumbler as well. Karna sees Radhika moving around with the brass tumbler. He asks her if the household chores are important or the presentation. He reminds her about the deadline and says that she should have prioritised office work. She assures Karna that she will be ready with the presentation on time.
Anuradha calls Bably and asks her to come home for Kali Puja. Bably informs her that she hasn’t been keeping well. Hearing about her state, Anuradha says that she will send the car to pick her up. Later, when Radhika enters the room, she finds Karna sleeping. While sleeping Karna turns towards Radhika and puts his arm around her. She smiles and manages to get up from the bed.
Radhika realises that Karna’s sleep is getting disturbed because of the light and switches it off. She decides to sit on the sofa and complete her work. Radhika feels sleepy and tired but continues to complete her designs. She uses the torch of her phone as the source of light to complete her work.
Karna gets up to see that Radhika is working till two in the morning. When he asks her as to how much time will she take to complete the work, she says she will wind up soon. He keeps the light on for her.
