Radhika requests the lady not to shout at the boy and goes to leave Shanudada. The lady grumbles and enters the Sen house. On seeing her, Anuradha touches her feet. The old lady, Adinath’s mother, says that Anuradha has failed to control her daughters-in-law. Thammi also chides Payel for her conduct.
When Thammi enquires about Radhika, Anuradha tells her that Radhika has gone to leave the child home. When Radhika speaks to Sohini over the phone, Thammi snatches her phone and chides her. She tells Anuradha that Radhika is not fit to be a part of the Sen family.
Adinath touches his mother’s feet. His mother expresses her displeasure about Anuradha failing to control her daughter-in-law. When Anuradha forces Karna to touch Thammi’s feet, Thammi says that he shouldn’t touch her feet with disrespect. Thammi speaks ill about Karna and Radhika’s behavior.
Payel informs Thammi about Radhika and Karna’s strained relationship. Radhika tells Anuradha that she didn’t want to make Thammi feel bitter. Anuradha assures her that Thammi and she will get to know each other soon and advises Radhika to listen to Thammi.
When Radhika calls Karna ‘Ghontu’, he gets irritated and splashes water on her face. When she tries to splash water on him to exact revenge, he bends down and Radhika accidentally splashes water on Thammi’s face. Thammi chides Radhika for her behavior. When Thammi tries to create an issue, Karna cuts her off. Anuradha tries to handle the situation and takes Thammi away. Karna advises Radhika to stay the way she is and not mind Thammi’s behavior.
Later, Thammi gives everyone the sweets she has made for them. When Radhika gives tea to Thammi, the latter gives her a different cup to pour the tea in. Payel sees two boxes in Thammi’s bag and assumes that they have jewelry in them. Thammi accuses Radhika of putting sugar in her cup of tea.
When the latter refuses doing so, Thammi asks her to taste the tea. Meanwhile, Payel rejoices thinking about mixing sugar in Thammi’s tea. Later, Karna reminds Radhika that need to leave for office. He asks Radhika to promise that her household chores will not affect her office work.
Anuradha speaks to Dolly over the phone, Thammi asks her about the grand daughters-in-law. She expresses her disappointment over the conduct of the younger generation. Just then, Payel appears and speaks about finishing cooking. Thammi gets shocked to hear that Radhika has gone to office. Thammi chides Anuradha for sending Radhika to office.
In office, Karna asks Radhika for the designs and calls her absent minded. Radhika receives a call from Anuradha and the latter explains the situation to her. Meanwhile at the Sen house, while Thammi grumbles, Radhika suddenly appears with a plate of food. Radhika informs Thammi about the project. Thammi asks Radhika to promise her that she will not go to office from the next day. When Radhika takes time to give a reply, Karna appears.
Karna tells Thammi that her demands cannot be met every time. He says that when the matter is related to Radhika, he has the right to speak. He emphasises on Radhika’s importance in the office. When Thammi says that no one disrespects her in the village, Karna says everyone has their own views.
