Though Flora longs for her dad’s presence, Pavithra explains he couldn’t make it this year but promised to attend next time. Determined to reunite with her father, Flora vows to ensure he stays with her, declaring that he’ll only love her and no one else will come between them.

Meanwhile, Ansh cries, leaving Pavithra at a loss for how to soothe him. She resorts to showing him a mobile to calm him, prompting Mansi to caution her about the potential harm to his eyes and advises her to handle him with care.
Pavithra questions Mansi’s presence in the room, suggesting she stay in Anand’s room instead. Mansi expresses her need for respect, equality, and self-identity, striking a chord with Pavithra. Learning of Flora’s disappearance, Pavithra instructs the driver to tail her to Varanasi, where Flora insists on searching for her dad, though Pavithra worries about her safety.
As Flora’s birthday approaches, Ganga gifts her new clothes, but Flora feels embarrassed, expressing a desire for her mom’s choices.

Distraught over her dilapidated surroundings and missing her parents, Flora retreats, only to be comforted by Doree’s offering of ghee roti. Thunder frightens Flora, prompting her to seek solace in Ganga’s embrace, with Nani attributing her fear to lightning and reminiscing about Ganga’s childhood fears. Despite efforts to celebrate her birthday, Flora rejects the ghee roti, craving pizza and burgers instead.
Concerned for Flora’s well-being, Ganga insists on healthier food choices, but Flora yearns for her mother’s indulgence and feels deprived of comforts due to their financial constraints. Playing games on Mahendra’s phone, Flora dismisses Ganga’s concerns about her health, leading to Nani attributing it to her upbringing. Doree proposes planning for Flora’s birthday, while Virendra advises Anand on marital values and urges Mansi to remarry him to end speculation about their relationship.
Sudha’s strained relationship with Yash troubles her, prompting Virendra’s suggestion to remarry in the temple to curb gossip. Pavithra considers seeking police help to find her daughter and contemplates seeking Ganga’s assistance, pondering over her past decisions and whether he’ll aid her.
Pavithra, with the locket, searches everywhere for Flora. She enters the basti. Ganga Prasad wakes up to a knock at the door and is shocked to see Pavithra. She tells him to come with her, saying she needs him and has come to take him back. Doree follows Ganga Prasad. She wakes up and realizes it was a nightmare but finds Ganga Prasad missing. She believes a witch has taken him away and runs to find him.
Flora wakes up and sees no one around. Talking to her doll, she says, “Baba, you’ll be back, right? To celebrate my birthday.” Ganga Prasad walks home with balloons for Flora’s birthday. He hears a lady shouting for help and stops a thief, retrieving the locket from his hand, only to be shocked by the sight of Pavithra.
Kailash Devi and Nani anxiously await Ganga Prasad and Doree’s return. Mahendra reports his unsuccessful search, explaining that Flora drained his mobile’s battery while playing, preventing him from seeking Yash’s help. Flora prays for help in finding her parents, and Kailash Devi remarks on the proverbial fire caused by thunder. Nani implores the gods to safeguard their family.
Meanwhile, Doree searches for Baba, but Mansi intercepts her. Doree explains that she believes ghosts have abducted her father and begs Mansi to save him. She finds comfort in Mansi’s embrace, feeling a mother’s warmth. Mansi reassures her and vows to protect both her and Ganga.
Ganga Prasad reminisces about his wedding with Pavithra and confronts her about her return. He demands that she leave, asserting there is no connection between them anymore. Pavithra pleads for forgiveness, but Ganga Prasad calls her actions sinful and accuses her of disgracing his family by abandoning him and their marriage. Despite Nani’s advice to forget the past, Ganga Prasad resigns himself to loneliness, blaming destiny.
Pavithra defends herself, admitting that greed and a desire to escape poverty led her astray. Ganga Prasad rebuffs her, declaring her dead to him. Pavithra resolves to leave once she finds Flora, knowing she must tell Ganga the truth about Flora’s real father.
Ganga Prasad later encounters Mansi, who notices his distress. She reveals Rukmani’s deceit and urges him to return home where Doree is waiting. Doree confides in Ganga Prasad, who reassures her of his unwavering support, promising always to stand by her.
Observing Mansi’s affection toward Doree, Flora grows suspicious. Meanwhile, Pavithra mistakenly believes Ganga Prasad has a family, making her unable to tell him the truth about Flora’s real father.
