Anupama On Star Life Sunday 9th August 2026 Update, Anupama is shocked to find Manpreet sleeping in the storeroom. She wonders how children can treat their parents so badly and gets angry thinking about Tina and Arjun. Manpreet asks Anupama to stay calm before someone hears them. Anupama says she wants to help, but Manpreet replies that she has become used to living like this. Anupama tells her that helplessness should never become a habit.

Angad feels sorry for Manpreet. He tells Anupama that he loves her and says Tina only allows him to meet Manpreet because Anupama is there. Angad says that when he grows up, he will throw Tina and Arjun out of the house and live with Manpreet. Anupama tells him that sometimes a grandson is closer than a son. When Angad says he will treat Tina and Arjun the same way, Anupama explains that only elders have the right to punish. She asks him to keep everything a secret. Angad then asks Anupama to bring Ravinder back, and she promises that she will.
Meanwhile, Arjun tells Ishaan about Anupama and Hasmuk. Tina gets upset and says only they have the right to Anupama and Hasmuk’s property. Anupama overhears their conversation and immediately demands that the AC in Manpreet’s room be repaired. Tina agrees to get it fixed.
Elsewhere, Pakhi asks Diwaker to return home. She says everyone kept talking about her in his absence, but she still stood by him. Diwaker secretly thinks about fooling Pakhi. He assures her that he will return and asks her to keep supporting him until then.
Later, Anupama brings Manpreet into her room, making her emotional. Hasmuk asks Tina for tea, but Tina tells him not to drink it because it will cause acidity. Hasmuk says tea has never given him acidity. Tina and Arjun are shocked when they see Manpreet in the room. Anupama tells Hasmuk that his friends will arrive soon and asks Tina to prepare lunch. After that, Tina tells Arjun to find out if Anupama and Hasmuk are planning to share their property.
Soon, Dheeraj, Nasir, and Ravinder arrive at the house. Dheeraj tells Hasmuk that they found out Ravinder is his relative, so they brought him along. Anupama asks Ravinder to stay and checks on his wound. Left with no choice, Arjun and Tina welcome Ravinder, Dheeraj, and Nasir into the house.
Arjun begins to suspect that Dheeraj, Nasir, and Ravinder are working together. Tina dismisses the idea, saying Ravinder is not smart enough for that. Even so, they decide to tolerate Ravinder for a while. Ravinder becomes emotional after returning home. Anupama and Hasmuk ask him to stay calm because their plan will fail if he loses control.
At the Kothari house, Rahi, Pari, and Khyati show each other their Valentine’s gifts, making Mahi jealous. Pari asks Rahi if Prem is alright. Rahi asks whether Prem shared anything with her, but Pari says no. Prem then tells Rahi, Pari, and Khyati that he has received another opportunity to hold an exhibition. Mahi quickly informs Gautam about it. Gautam says that soon Parag will not even get a glass of water and promises to make sure it happens.
Later, Ravinder and Manpreet talk about leaving everything behind and running away together. Anupama encourages them not to run away but to leave with pride. Ravinder and Manpreet speak about staying together. Watching them reminds Anupama of Anuj. She misses him deeply and remembers how he had promised they would grow old together.
