Anupama prays to God to support her as she prepares to dance in front of Malti Devi. She decides to fill out the form and takes Bhairvi along with her. Meanwhile, Leela receives a call from Panditji, leaving the Shahs curious about what he has said. Leela informs them that Panditji has advised that Samar’s wedding should take place next month. Otherwise, they will have to wait another year. Kinjal wonders how they will manage all the preparations in such a short time, but Leela suggests waiting for a year. She worries that Samar and Dimple might start fighting again if they rush into the wedding. Samar overhears their conversation and angrily shouts at Leela.

Anupama collects the form and becomes captivated when she sees Nakul. Back at home, Leela tries to explain to Samar that she was only joking, but she remains worried about who will handle the wedding arrangements. She points out that Anuj is missing and wonders who will cover the expenses from Dimple’s side. Vanraj insists that they do not need Anuj for Samar’s wedding and says that Anupama should focus only on the marriage. Hasmuk advises the family to inform Anupama about the wedding plans without discussing the money.
Nakul recognises Anupama and asks her to come with him to meet Malti Devi. Meanwhile, Leela becomes angry because Anupama is not answering her calls. Kinjal teases Samar about his upcoming wedding, and he calls her the best. Kinjal becomes emotional, prompting Samar to ask why she is crying. Kinjal explains that her tears are from happiness. Samar and Kinjal decide to discuss the wedding plans with Anupama after she returns from Malti Devi’s Gurukul.
Anupama and Bhairvi arrive to meet Malti Devi, who is dancing alongside her students. Anupama watches her in admiration, while Nakul feels happy to see Anupama and quietly admires her from a distance. Anupama claps for Malti Devi after her performance. Malti Devi then asks Anupama to introduce herself. Anupama explains that she considers Malti Devi her teacher and has come to learn from her. Malti Devi questions why Anupama wants to learn from her when she already knows how to dance. Anupama explains that the relationship between a teacher and a student is like that of a mother and daughter. Malti Devi is stunned by her words.
Meanwhile, Vanraj reflects on his sadness and feels that smiling is the only option left for him. He hopes that things will eventually work out in his favour. At the Gurukul, Malti Devi recognises Anupama as Anuj’s wife. However, Anupama makes it clear that she does not need the Kapadia name for people to recognise her. She then shares her thoughts with Malti Devi, who asks her to demonstrate her dancing skills. Anupama is left shocked by the request.
Elsewhere, Barkha asks Pakhi why she is so happy. Pakhi tells her about Samar’s upcoming wedding and Anupama’s meeting with Malti Devi. She also expresses hope that Anuj will return soon. Adhik becomes angry and tells Pakhi to stop bringing up Anuj all the time. Meanwhile, Barkha hopes that Anupama will become so involved in dancing that she will forget about Anuj.
Anupama hesitates when Malti Devi asks her to dance in front of her. Malti Devi encourages her to overcome her fear and show what she can do. Back at home, Leela continues waiting for Anupama to answer her calls. Malti Devi then gives Anupama five minutes to demonstrate her dancing talent.
