The hospital staff comment on the huge amount and tell Anjali that they called Gini several times to get permission to put Ganesh on a ventilator, but Gini did not answer any of the calls. Anjali is shocked to hear this.

Anjali immediately calls Gini and asks what is going on. She tells Gini that Ganesh has been thrown out of the ICU and left in the corridor because the bill has not been paid. Anjali also tells her that the hospital staff claim they called her several times about putting Ganesh on a ventilator, but she did not answer. Gini asks Anjali to believe her and swears on her father that she never received any calls. After Gini swears on Ganesh, Anjali believes her.
Anjali then confronts the hospital staff and asks them to tell the truth because Gini says she never received their calls. The staff explain that they called the phone number written on the hospital form, but nobody answered. Meanwhile, Ganesh’s condition continues to get worse, making Anjali worried. Ved records a video and asks the hospital staff to tell the truth. They repeat that Gini did not pay the hospital bill, which is why Ganesh was thrown out of the ICU, and they tell Anjali to take Ganesh and leave.
Gini becomes worried about Ganesh and tries to go to the hospital, but the Rajvanshi family stops her. They tell her that she cannot go to Ganesh and reveal that everything is happening under Dharamraj’s orders because Anjali submitted the nomination form.
Gini calls Dharamraj and demands to know what is happening. She tells him that the hospital staff claim they called her, but she never received any calls. She also says that Ganesh has been thrown out of the ICU and left in the corridor. Dharamraj admits that he did it to put pressure on Anjali. Gini asks why they are sacrificing Ganesh for this. Dharamraj coldly says that if necessary, he will sacrifice Gini too. Gini shouts at him and says she will go to the hospital herself. Dharamraj warns her that Damodar will be upset with her because he made this decision after discussing it with him. Gini cannot believe what she is hearing.
Gini calls Damodar, but he does not answer. The Rajvanshi family tells her that Damodar will not take her call and asks her not to leave. However, Gini continues to worry about Ganesh and goes to see him. Sonal informs Dharamraj that Gini has gone to see Ganesh.
Anjali takes Ganesh and leaves the hospital. When Gini tries to meet Ganesh, Anjali stops her and blames her for his worsening condition. Gini still tries to see Ganesh, but Abhay stops her. She begs Abhay to let her see Ganesh, but he refuses to allow her.
Damodar and Prakash later arrive at the basti and see Gini with Abhay. Gini explains to Damodar that she only came to see Ganesh and says she is not doing anything wrong with Abhay. Prakash makes a cruel comment and calls Gini a characterless woman for allegedly romancing Abhay when her marriage to Damodar has already been fixed. Damodar becomes furious and points his gun at Gini. Abhay begs him not to shoot her, but Damodar tries to take Gini away.
Anjali steps in while Damodar is still pointing the gun at Gini. She threatens him with a vegetable slicer and orders him to drop his weapon, warning that he will die if he does not. Damodar finally drops the gun. Anjali takes Gini to see Ganesh’s condition and blames her for what has happened to him.
