Abhimanyu asks the Goenkas to inform him if they learn anything about Akshara. Soon, Manish receives a call from Priya, and the Goenkas learn that Akshara is in Pathankot. Manish asks Priya to take care of Akshara in their absence. He then informs Abhimanyu about Akshara’s whereabouts and reminds him that he had asked to be informed if they found her.

Manish says he is going to bring Akshara back and asks Abhimanyu if he would like to accompany him to see her. He clarifies that he will neither force Abhimanyu to come along nor ask him to reconsider his decision to divorce Akshara. Manish acknowledges that Abhimanyu and Akshara are adults and understands that people sometimes make wrong decisions in anger.
Manish asks Abhimanyu if he is willing to make a mistake, leaving him to recall his moments with Akshara. However, Abhimanyu refuses to accompany Manish, who decides to bring Akshara back on his own. Meanwhile, Abhinav takes Akshara to his house and asks her to make herself comfortable. He encourages her to eat something for the sake of her baby, and Akshara asks him about his family. Abhinav reveals that he is an orphan and shares details about his past. He then asks Akshara whether she likes her new name, Anchal. Akshara recalls her moments with the Goenkas as Abhinav explains that he works as a tourist guide. He asks her to relax and assures her that he will return whenever she calls for him. Akshara finally eats something for the sake of her baby, but Abhinav later discovers that she has left his house. He becomes worried because she is new to the city and has no money. His worry increases when the police arrive at his house and question him about Akshara. Abhinav tries to lie, leaving Mr. Verma shocked to learn that Abhinav has a wife. Mr. Verma gets angry with him, but Abhinav asks him to calm down. The police decide to arrest Abhinav for lying, but Akshara arrives just in time to help him. After the police leave, Mr. Verma asks Abhinav when he got married. Akshara clarifies that she is not Abhinav’s wife and says that Abhinav will explain the details. She then thanks Abhinav for helping her. Abhinav decides to drop Akshara safely at Priya’s house, and Akshara agrees after he assures her that this will be the last time he helps her.
Abhinav takes Akshara to Priya’s house and advises her not to give up on her family. However, Akshara overhears Manish accusing her of being responsible for Neil’s death. Unable to face him after everything Abhimanyu has said to her, she refuses to meet Manish and walks away. Abhinav bumps into her and asks why she is leaving, but Akshara questions whether he has been following her. Abhinav explains that he is simply a good man who wants to help her. Akshara thanks him for everything he has done and insists that she can manage on her own. However, Abhinav asks her to let him accompany her because she is unfamiliar with the city. Akshara thinks about her baby as she considers his offer.
Meanwhile, Harsh asks Abhimanyu to go ahead with his surgery. Abhimanyu thanks him, and Harsh reminds him that Manjiri is also his responsibility. However, Abhimanyu struggles to concentrate and fails to perform the surgery. Elsewhere, Akshara continues eating, while Abhinav pleads with Mr. Verma to trust him and allow Akshara to stay. Mr. Verma gives Abhinav and Akshara some time, and Abhinav thanks him for his understanding. He then asks Akshara to think about what she wants to do next and assures her that she can take her time. Akshara asks him to help her find a job. Abhinav advises her to think about her family, reminding her that her future child will carry forward the family legacy. He encourages her to take some time to consider her decision, leaving Akshara stunned.
Abhimanyu recalls Neil’s death, and a stranger advises him to drink alcohol to suppress his stress. Abhimanyu remembers how Arohi and Manjiri blamed Akshara for Neil’s death and the loss of their babies. Overwhelmed by his emotions, he begins drinking. Meanwhile, Abhinav helps Akshara get a job at his company. His boss agrees to hire Akshara but keeps looking at her in a way that makes his interest in her noticeable. Abhinav then feeds Akshara a pastry, leaving her wondering why he is doing so. He explains that he wants to celebrate their happiness, and Akshara agrees to eat the cake. Abhinav tells her that he has always celebrated his happiness alone. Akshara asks why he has been alone all his life and why he has not married yet. Abhinav explains that he does not have a surname. He reveals that a girl once agreed to marry him but did not want to have children. Abhinav tells Akshara that he wants to settle down and have children of his own.
Priya arrives and insists that Akshara meet Manish and return home. However, Akshara decides to stay in Pathankot and think about her future. She convinces Priya to speak to Manish and assure him that she is fine and loves him very much. When Abhinav asks why she did not go with Priya, Akshara asks him to take her somewhere else. She feels guilty for not meeting Manish, but she believes that if Abhimanyu does not care about her, she should stop worrying about him too. Akshara decides to raise her child alone without Abhimanyu, although she continues to regret not meeting Manish.
Meanwhile, Manish decides to file a missing-person complaint against Akshara. Priya informs him that she met Akshara and tried to convince her to return home, but Akshara refused. Manish remains worried about her. Elsewhere, Parth and Shefali search for Abhimanyu and find him drunk. They help him as he struggles with his emotions.
Swarna and Suhasini ask Arohi to take care of herself, and Arohi assures them that she will. Manish returns home, while Abhinav gifts Akshara a mobile phone. The two decide to go to the office together. Meanwhile, Swarna and Suhasini learn from Manish that Akshara has refused to return home. Manish supports her decision and accepts that she needs time to figure out her future.
Mahima informs Abhimanyu that Manjiri is doing well and can be taken home. She also suggests that Abhimanyu consult a therapist to help him deal with everything he has been going through. Manish later informs Abhimanyu that Akshara has refused to return home and says it may be better for them to remain separated. Meanwhile, Abhinav asks his boss to trust Akshara with the work, assuring him that she will handle it well. His boss sends Abhinav away to attend to another task and continues looking at Akshara. Elsewhere, Abhimanyu receives Arohi’s baby’s report and recalls the promise Neil made him give. He becomes emotional and tears up as he remembers Neil.
