Digvijay reminds Anupama that she has forgotten her bag, while Hasmuk invites him inside. Leela is shocked to see Digvijay, but he greets her politely and praises the ladies for looking stylish in their Gujarati saris. Ishani suggests that Anupama should change her style as well. Meanwhile, Anupama waits for Rahi and wonders what will happen when the Kotharis arrive.

Digvijay and Banku head to the kitchen, where Anupama suddenly bumps into Rahi. Both of them are shocked to see each other. Vasundhara comments that Anupama is lucky because, despite troubling Rahi, Rahi is now showering flowers on her.
Rahi and Prem ignore Anupama and go to greet Leela. Kinjal recognizes Shruti, while Pakhi tells Paritosh that Anupama does not look surprised to see her, which means she already knew about her arrival. Vasundhara praises Shruti and announces that she is investing in Prem’s café. Shruti then introduces herself as Rahi’s mother. Kinjal points out that Shruti is claiming to be Rahi’s mother right in front of Anupama. Vasundhara says Shruti is lucky for Rahi and Prem, while Shruti promises to do everything in Rahi’s best interest. Anupama says she is happy for Rahi and Prem. Prem then asks everyone to celebrate Leela’s birthday first and discuss everything else later.
Vasundhara presents Leela with an expensive jewellery set, but Leela refuses to accept it. Pakhi and Paritosh encourage her to keep the gift, and Vasundhara insists that she take it. She adds that she would have given Leela the gift earlier, back when Hasmuk was selling incense sticks, indirectly insulting the family. Shruti gives Leela an Italian showpiece, but Gautam remarks that it will not suit the Shah house and suggests that they can sell it instead. Khyati presents Leela with a handmade shawl.
Meanwhile, Shruti asks the property dealer to finalise the deal because she wants the property as soon as possible. Elsewhere, Rahi and Prem mistake Digvijay for a thief and catch him. Anupama arrives and introduces Digvijay to everyone. Vasundhara comments that Anupama keeps introducing new men to the family. Anupama explains that she met Digvijay in Goa and is helping him fulfil his daughter’s dream. Digvijay also reveals that he has met Rahi and Prem before.
When Shruti and Digvijay come face to face, Rahi asks Shruti whether she already knows him. Shruti replies that it is a long story. She then questions Anupama’s reasons for doing so much for Digvijay. Meanwhile, Leela becomes upset that her birthday celebration has turned into a drama. Ishani tells Ansh that the Kotharis are ruining the mood, while Anupama hopes that there will be less drama during the celebration. Gautam tells Vasundhara that Anupama does not know they already know Digvijay and had previously thrown him out of their house. Vasundhara says they only need to wait and watch the drama unfold.
Hasmuk’s friend Nisar arrives to attend Leela’s birthday celebration, and more guests soon join them. Pakhi troubles Banku, prompting Anupama and Ishani to confront her. Hasmuk asks Prem to help make Leela’s birthday special, and everyone comes together to dance for her. Shruti insists that Digvijay join the dancing, and Anupama helps him. Vasundhara remarks that Anupama seems to have enjoyed Digvijay’s dance, while Gautam claims that Anupama did not like seeing Shruti dance with him.
As the celebration continues, Anupama dances while remembering Anuj. Pakhi comments that Anupama’s emotions have started again and predicts that, as usual, she will create more drama.
