Twist Of Fate On ZeeWorld Thursday 20th August 2026 Update, Sonalika drives while crying and thinking about Shivansh and Prarthna. She becomes angry and speeds up the car. Meanwhile, Raunak returns home and asks his family why they have shifted to the basement. Kanti explains that the house was badly damaged by the fire and the repairs are not done yet. Shubhvi says Kanti is arranging a rented house where they can stay for some time.

Smita tells Raunak that it is a big thing that their house got burnt. She feels sad about leaving her home and asks Raunak if he fought with Shivansh. He says no and asks her to forget everything. Smita says it is not easy to forget old memories. Raunak hugs and consoles her.
A servant of Shivansh calls Payal and tells her about Sonalika’s anger. He says Sonalika threatened to ruin Shivansh and his entire family because he betrayed her. Payal gets happy and calls Raunak, asking him to meet her immediately.
Prarthna prays to Matarani. She says she thought everything was fine, but Shivansh is still worried, and she doesn’t know how to handle him. Meanwhile, Shivansh sees Sonalika’s car at a traffic signal and calls out to her. Sonalika turns to look at him but avoids him. He calls her again, but the signal turns green. He disconnects the call and drives away.
Prarthna calls Shivansh, but he doesn’t answer. She calls again, and he finally picks up. He tells her that he is driving and can’t talk to her. She asks why he is angry. He tells her to ask herself and disconnects the call. Prarthna asks Matarani what she did wrong if Shivansh married her.
Bua Maa tells Prarthna that she did wrong by accepting Shivansh as her husband. She says their marriage is only in name. According to her, Prarthna broke the relationship and left, but later returned. She accuses Prarthna of trapping Shivansh. Prarthna says she didn’t even know Shivansh before.
Bua Maa reminds her that Prarthna met Shivansh at Sonalika’s Sangeet and trapped him, just as she broke Raunak and Payal’s wedding. She accuses Prarthna of always breaking relationships.
Raunak meets Payal and asks what happened. He tells her that his family has shifted to the basement and he now has to find a rented house. Payal tells him that Sonalika has returned and has learned about Shivansh’s marriage. She says Sonalika threatened to ruin Shivansh’s life, so this is the perfect chance for them to team up with her and destroy Shivansh.
Raunak refuses because this would also hurt Prarthna. He warns Payal not to plan anything wrong. Payal gets upset and wants Sonalika’s contact number.
Prarthna defends herself against Bua Maa. She asks her not to stain her character and explains that Shivansh married her for revenge. Bua Maa asks her to bring Shivansh and Sonalika back together. She tells Prarthna to call Sonalika and tell her that she will divorce Shivansh. She also asks her to convince Sonalika to marry him.
Bua Maa asks Prarthna if she can promise to leave the house and fix Shivansh’s life. She calls Sonalika, but Sonalika refuses to speak to her. Bua Maa then calls Shivansh and asks him to spare some time to talk to Sonalika and heal her broken heart. She makes him promise that he will fix things with Sonalika.
Sonalika becomes more determined to take revenge on Prarthna. She calls Bua Maa and asks to speak to Prarthna. Bua Maa gives the phone to her. Sonalika reprimands Prarthna for marrying Shivansh and making her life miserable. Prarthna says she never did anything deliberately and apologizes for hurting her. Sonalika refuses to listen and threatens to ruin Prarthna.
Prarthna becomes worried when she sees the diya flickering in the Matarani temple. She fears that a storm is coming and prays for Shivansh.
Shivansh calls Sonalika. She tells him that she will never forgive him. He apologizes and says that his revenge means his life. Sonalika tells him that his revenge has nothing to do with her. She reminds him that she helped him take his business to the top, but now she will bring him down.
She accuses him of breaking her heart after meeting Prarthna at their Sangeet, falling for her and marrying her. She says he is using revenge as an excuse and has ruined her life. She vows to ruin his life and his marriage.
While driving, Sonalika gets into an accident when Payal suddenly crosses her path. Sonalika gets badly injured and faints. Shivansh becomes worried about her. Payal is also worried because she caused the accident. She rushes to check on Sonalika and thinks this is a good chance to become friends with her. She plans to work with Sonalika to ruin Shivansh.
Payal tells the people not to worry because she knows Sonalika and will take her home for treatment. The people become angry with her. Payal rushes to call an ambulance.
A man picks up Sonalika’s phone. Payal calls Raunak and tells him about the accident. The man then informs Shivansh that Sonalika has been involved in an accident. He also tells him that a woman wants to take Sonalika home. Shivansh asks him to stop the woman because he is coming.
Raunak tells Payal to leave before she gets into trouble. Payal agrees and tries to escape, but the people ask her to stop. She manages to leave in her car before Shivansh arrives.
Shivansh reaches the accident spot and sees Sonalika badly injured. He lifts her and takes her to his car before rushing her to the hospital. The man gives Sonalika’s phone to Shivansh and also gives him Payal’s details.
Shivansh calls Bua Maa and tells her about Sonalika’s accident. Bua Maa worriedly informs Tanya. Prarthna also becomes worried and prays for Sonalika.
Sonalika receives treatment at the hospital. Bua Maa and Tanya arrive and ask Shivansh about her condition. He says Sonalika will be fine and asks Bua Maa to take care of her. He then says he has to go to Payal’s house.
Payal returns home and rushes to her room. Ketki notices that she is tense and asks what happened. Payal doesn’t tell her. Ketki keeps asking her to share the matter. Payal finally says she doesn’t know how to explain that an accident happened and she doesn’t know what the consequences will be.
Ketki tells her not to worry because her father will protect her. Payal says the people at the accident scene were trying to stop her, but she managed to escape. Ketki asks her to relax.
Payal receives a call from Raunak. She tells him she is home. He asks her to stay there. She agrees but wonders why he told her to stay at home.
Meanwhile, Bua Maa and Tanya bring Sonalika home. Prarthna asks Bua Maa about Sonalika’s condition. Bua Maa tells her not to ask about Sonalika and instead prepare a room for her because Sonalika will stay with them. She then asks Prarthna to make tea.
Prarthna makes the tea and receives a call from Gayatri. Gayatri asks if something happened because Prarthna sounds low. She asks Prarthna not to fight with Shivansh because he is a good person. Prarthna doesn’t tell her about Sonalika’s return and says they will talk later. Gayatri then messages her, saying Shivansh’s love and care for her can be seen through his actions.
Shivansh arrives at Payal’s house and confronts her about Sonalika’s accident. He asks her to confess her crime at the police station. He brings the police and asks them to arrest her. Payal refuses and says she is not a criminal.
Ketki asks why the police have come. Shivansh tells her that Payal is responsible for Sonalika’s accident and will be punished. He says he has evidence against her. Payal continues denying it. The inspector scolds her.
Raunak arrives and defends Payal. At the same time, Bua Maa and Tanya discuss Sonalika. Bua Maa says they have a chance to take care of Sonalika and explain everything to her.
Sonalika wakes up and remembers the accident. Bua Maa tells her that they brought her home. Sonalika refuses to stay with them and says she wants to go home. She becomes dizzy, and Prarthna catches her. Sonalika pushes Prarthna away.
Raunak tells the inspector that Payal is innocent and cannot be arrested. He claims she was with him at the time of the accident and had gone to the Zaveri house to meet Smita.
Shivansh insists that he has evidence against Payal. Raunak denies it. Shivansh says he will bring an eyewitness. Raunak asks him not to drag Payal into their fight. He calls his lawyer, who brings Payal’s anticipatory bail papers.
Shivansh asks Raunak why he got Payal bail if she is innocent. Raunak accuses Shivansh of trying to frame them in a fake case and ruin them. Ketki supports Raunak.
Payal tells Shivansh that he is angry because he and Prarthna are married and he cannot claim the insurance money. Shivansh tells her that he will find the real culprits soon. He asks the inspector to arrest Payal, but the inspector apologizes and says Raunak has given a statement in her favor and also arranged her bail. The inspector leaves.
Shivansh tells Payal that he knows she is responsible for the accident. He says he will not spare Raunak and that Sonalika will not remain silent either.
Raunak tells Shivansh to marry Sonalika. Shivansh asks if Raunak wants him to leave Prarthna. He says he wants Raunak to long for Prarthna all his life because Prarthna is his wife.
Raunak raises his hand at Shivansh, but Shivansh stops him. Bua Maa asks Prarthna to leave. Sonalika stops her and tells Bua Maa that she will stay with them until she recovers, but she wants to stay in Shivansh’s room.
Bua Maa asks Prarthna to prepare Shivansh’s room for Sonalika. Prarthna leaves to do it.
Shivansh warns Raunak. Raunak threatens to teach him a lesson. Shivansh taunts him for losing his love, his house and everything else. They get into a heated argument. Shivansh says he will expose the criminals and claim the insurance money. He taunts Raunak and Payal, saying he can see the fear on their faces, before leaving.
Prarthna goes to her room and becomes sad. Bua Maa comes and tells her to hurry up. Prarthna reminds her that it is her and Shivansh’s room. Bua Maa says Sonalika will stay with Shivansh and that Prarthna is nothing. She says Sonalika can ruin Shivansh’s business and destroy him.
Bua Maa tells Prarthna to do everything for Shivansh’s sake. She orders her to leave the room and says she can only enter when she needs to take care of Sonalika. Prarthna cries and leaves.
Payal thanks Raunak for saving her. He says he knew Shivansh would come to get her arrested. He is worried that Shivansh will soon discover the truth and that the police may arrest them. Ketki asks Payal if she thought about their family’s reputation. Payal swears that she didn’t know Sonalika’s car would be there.
