Kaveri tells Mala she will open the door. When she does, Noyontara and Surjo are standing there. Pralaynath thinks Noyontara has become even more beautiful and that he will succeed this time. Shaoli notices Noyontara and realizes she failed to stop their wedding night. She grabs Noyontara’s hair and scolds her badly for celebrating the wedding night with Surjo. Surjo shouts Shaoli’s name in anger. Kaveri quickly drags Shaoli away and slaps her hard. Shaoli gets furious, but Kaveri warns her again that anger is not good for her or the child.
Noyontara tells Kaveri straight up that Shaoli is not pregnant at all. Kaveri replies that she has enough experience to know who is really pregnant and who is not. She thinks Noyontara is just jealous because Shaoli will give Surjo a child first. Noyontara insists that Shaoli is not Surjo’s wife. Kaveri questions why Noyontara is talking like this as a woman and why she has not taken her blessings yet. She mentions she has a son but no daughter. Noyontara then takes Kaveri’s blessings, and Kaveri hugs her tightly to feel her.
Surjo has had enough of the drama and drags Noyontara towards him. He tells Kaveri to leave the house with Shaoli. The family also tells Shaoli to go with Kaveri, but Noyontara says Kaveri will not go anywhere. Shaoli gets shocked hearing that. Surjo takes Noyontara inside and asks why she changed her decision. Noyontara reveals that Kaveri said Modhobi sent her there. She remembers how Kaveri murmured that she came to help her. Kaveri comes in and says Shaoli went to the bathroom. Noyontara asks why Kaveri came, and Kaveri questions how a dead corpse can get pregnant. She suggests they can expose Shaoli together. Surjo asks for her plan, and Kaveri suggests throwing a party and bringing alcohol home. Since Shaoli loves alcohol, they can prove she is not pregnant if she drinks because alcohol is not good for children.
The next day, Surjo asks Noyontara why she is trusting Kaveri. Noyontara says they have to prove Shaoli’s lie. She tells Surjo they need to arrange everything for the party. Surjo wonders if Kaveri is really against Shaoli. Noyontara tells her family about the party and asks them to invite their guests. Shaoli hears this and thinks she will kill Noyontara at the party. She goes to Kaveri and tells her about it, saying she thinks Noyontara is pregnant. Kaveri says humans do not get pregnant in a day and tells Shaoli to announce the pregnancy at the party. Shaoli thinks that is a good idea. She asks what Kaveri said to Noyontara yesterday, and Kaveri replies that her target is Noyontara. She warns Shaoli to be careful at the party.
