Meanwhile, Anita watches Pankti’s video from Rising Stars and says she now looks like her real daughter. She checks the door when a gift arrives and looks around carefully. JD goes to Sheetal, recalls how she hurt him, then thinks about Pankti and touches his wound. He says there are just two women in his life and both cheated him. One wound never healed and he won’t let the other one heal either. He calls someone to confirm if the package was delivered, and the man says yes.
Anita sees the wine bottle, reads the note, and smiles. She wonders who sent it and thinks maybe JD. She decides whether to call Pankti or just enjoy the moment. Since she left her bad ways, she stopped getting good gifts like this. She starts drinking the wine. Later she falls on the swing, and someone comes there with a knife.
Monty asks Poorva to help him find his passport. She says it is not there and maybe he forgot it at home. He says no. She sees his passport and hides it. Monty smiles and tells her that when a girl talks like this, it means she is lying because she does not want someone to go away. He takes his passport back and she asks if it is really necessary to go to London. He says the event is important, he will come back soon and won’t let her forget him.
Ahaan likes Pankti’s earring and she says her taste is good. He agrees and adds that is why she made him her boyfriend. Tere liye plays in the background as they hold hands. When they reach home, he asks for a kiss. She tells him to close his eyes, then runs out of the car. He says she has to pay a fine. She asks him to leave now and goes inside. She gets shocked seeing the messy state of the house and Anita unconscious. Pankti shouts for Ahaan. He hears her and rushes inside, also shocked.
Ahaan tries to wake Anita up and brings some water. She regains consciousness and sees the house in disarray. She checks her room and is shocked to find the jewelry missing. Pankti says her cash and jewelry are also gone. Anita checks her safe, finds it empty, and gets furious. She says JD knew about everything too and calls him a dog. Pankti asks if she is fine. Ahaan wants to call the police but Anita stops him. She says she will handle it and tells them not to worry before asking them to leave. Ahaan and Pankti go.
Manav visits JD to talk. JD tells him to knock once before entering and to shut the door. Manav says the accountant told him JD refused to sign his salary cheque. JD pities him, signs the cheque, and explains that since Manav accepted Pankti for his son, he has to follow his ethics. Because of Ahaan skipping the concert, investors are asking questions and Manav’s salary will be cut until two crores are paid back. JD says he knew Manav would agree and that he cannot get a better manager. Then JD tears the cheque and smiles while Manav stands shocked.
Anita calls the bank manager to unlock her card, but the manager says she has to pay a loan of three crores or vacate the house. She mentions JD’s name in anger. Manav tells Aparna that JD is just trying to punish him and Ahaan. Aparna comforts him that walking on the true path is tough but Lord supports those who do. She asks him not to tell Ahaan anything because he signed a ten crore deal and should not lose focus on his career. Just then Ahaan comes and sees them.
Pankti tries to calm Anita down, but Anita says how can JD do this and turn them into beggars. Pankti reassures her that everything will be fine. JD suddenly comes and throws a bowl towards Anita. He says she did not get bankrupt because she still has his investment. He looks at Pankti and smiles, telling her not to take tension, to live in the moment and make memories. He taunts Anita to beg for money like always or make her young daughters beg because they will earn a lot. He adds that Pankti wants to fly and he gave her the entire sky. Pankti says he thinks her courage will break.
JD replies that she got used to torture and her courage will break if he tortures her lover boy. She asks what he did to Ahaan. He tells her to wait and watch, then says just leave Ahaan and come into his arms because he knows she will come. He signals at Anita and leaves. Pankti quickly calls Ahaan to check if he is fine. He says yes and that he is coming to her house. She lies that everything is okay, her mum was drunk and panicked, they kept the jewelry in the bank and there was just some cash at home, then tells him to go for his recording and wishes him all the best before ending the call.
Pandit gives Aparna a long list of puja items, but she says the puja will happen at any cost. Some people come to Anita asking for loan payments. Anita argues with them while Pankti requests more time. They give only one day. Anita worries how they will pay since nothing is left. Pankti holds her earrings and thinks. Aparna comes and Pankti hides seeing her. Aparna sells her jewelry. The manager asks why she needs to sell it. She says there is plenty at home and she just felt like selling the old ones. He gives her the cash after she hurries him up.
Pankti takes the money and leaves. She realizes this is JD’s plan to weaken Aparna and Manav so Ahaan gets weak, and it is all happening because of her. Aparna manages to get the puja things. When Manav asks how she got the money, she says housewives are talented at saving. They will pay the two crore loan. Pankti arrives there. Manav notices Aparna without her jewelry and asks about it. They wonder how Pankti came. She says she just came by. Manav leaves them to talk.
Aparna says she got surprised that Pankti came at the right time because they have Navratri puja tomorrow. Pankti offers to do all the work. A nurse mentions she came out to talk to the doctor. Pankti tells Aparna to handle the work while she stays with Sheetal. Pankti goes to Sheetal, holds her hand and recalls everything. She says everyone is bearing pain because of her so she loses and agrees to JD. She feels if she lets JD win, it will be a failure for this family. Sheetal moves her finger. Pankti checks the machines but thinks maybe she imagined it. The nurse comes for Sheetal’s injection. Pankti offers to get it instead.
Monty gets a call from Poorva. He teases that he just left and she already misses him. She says yes but actually needs help for some money. He tells her to take it from his secretary and she thanks him. Aparna asks why Pankti went for the injection. Pankti replies that she is part of this family too. She gets the injection and says nothing is more important than Sheetal’s health. She will feel lucky if she can help. Aparna goes to prepare for the puja.
Ahaan asks Pankti why she came here instead of going for recording and teases that she is impressing his mom so the marriage happens soon. Pankti smiles. Aparna calls Anita and invites her for the Navratri puja. Anita agrees. Ahaan takes Pankti’s pictures while Manav and Aparna smile seeing them happy. Later Ahaan asks where her earrings went and Pankti makes an excuse. They shower flowers on each other. She asks him to get garlands to help her. He goes. JD comes, makes her fall from the stool, holds her in his arms and smiles. Pankti questions his misbehavior. Manav and Aparna get shocked. JD says he was trying to save her. Ahaan gets angry and scolds JD. JD reminds them Sheetal is ill while they are enjoying. Aparna says Ahaan is doing puja arrangements for Sheetal. Ahaan even asks JD to help. Vikram and Richa arrive. They argue and ask Pankti to leave. She says she came to help with the puja. Ahaan defends her, saying this is her house too as his would-be wife. Vikram says she is not his wife yet and tells them to throw her out. JD looks on.
