Jhanak On Starlife Friday 5th December 2025 Update, Parashar asks Jhanak if she’s studying well. She happily tells him she topped her class and begs him to stay longer, but Parashar says he has work to finish outside the village. He still buys her some jalebis before leaving.

Meanwhile, Bua grabs the money Nutan earned from selling baskets and starts insulting her again, calling her lazy and “characterless.” Nutan, tired of the constant abuse, tells her she’s fed up. Parashar steps in and taunts Bua, but Bua snaps back and says he only gets upset when someone talks about Nutan. Parashar tells her she never understood how important Nutan is to him. Bua keeps saying she runs the house while Nutan does nothing, and she even mocks Jhanak for studying all the time. Jhanak quietly walks away. Nutan then asks Parashar to settle in the village forever. Parashar jokes that no one would marry him now and says he only wants her. Nutan says she prays for him every day. Parashar tells her he thinks Anirudh is the right match for her, then asks for more food, and Nutan nods and leaves.

Elsewhere, Rishi worries that Aditi must be upset and wonders if he’ll see her again. Parashar arrives and asks if he’s comfortable. Rishi says he had no choice. Parashar accuses him of spying and says city people only use villagers. Rishi denies it, but Parashar mocks him and asks if he came to support him. Rishi says he can’t because he hasn’t suffered like Parashar. Then Rishi reveals he’s a cop and shows his ID. Parashar immediately pulls out a gun, but Rishi tells him violence won’t help him win anything. At the same time, DG Ghosh calls Inspector Roy and tells him Parashar’s location, so Roy heads to Simulbuni with his team.
In the city, Arshi asks Aditi why she isn’t eating. Aditi says she’s not hungry and asks if Arshi spoke to Rishi. Anjana teases her, saying she’s missing him. Arshi gets annoyed by Aditi’s behavior. Anirudh reminds Aditi what she told Rishi’s family. Aditi asks Arshi why she said those things. Anirudh says Arshi will never understand the beauty of a joint family. Arshi says she doesn’t like the alliance but accepted it for Rishi. She explains she left her career for Aditi and their home, and all she cares about is her daughter’s happiness. She tells Aditi to make her own choices. Aditi asks her to calm down, but Arshi says she’s hurt, not angry, and walks away.
Somewhere else, Ishani’s husband tells her not to take Pihu’s rude behavior personally because she’s still dealing with her mother’s death. Ishani asks why he remarried without asking the kids. He encourages her to win their hearts and says he knows she can. He tries to continue the conversation, but Ishani says she’s sleepy. He tells her he read her diary and says it doesn’t match reality. Ishani says Pihu’s behavior is getting strange. He tells her not to overthink and says it’s just partying. He advises her to act like a friend, not a mother. Then they suddenly get a call from the police saying Pihu was caught causing a scene with friends while drunk.
Back in the village, Jhanak knocks on the door. Parashar quickly hides his gun and opens it. She brings food, but Rishi refuses to eat. Parashar scolds him for wasting food and asks why he should trust a police officer. Jhanak finally realizes Rishi is actually a cop.
