In Faras, Barsin’s mother tells her daughters that they were supposed to have a proud death, but now they must live a life without dignity and attend their enemy’s party. Barsin asks her not to lose hope, assuring her that they will escape. Her mother asks how. Barsin replies to wait and watch. Alexander walks in, wearing Farsi clothes and holding wine, saying he wanted to celebrate in Farsi attire, and asks if they like it. He notices their silence and says that since it seems his voice is not reaching them, he will come closer. He walks towards them. They get afraid, but Barsin continues smiling. Alexander asks why she is smiling so much, questioning if she has planned something. He mentions that he knows she returned from Bharath recently and is skilled in politics.
Anusuya looks at Puru’s name and smiles. Bamni shows her Puru’s anklet. She asks why Puru’s anklet, which he wore while leaving for Faras, is here. Bamni says Puru’s boat sank and narrates the entire incident. Anusuya insists that her son is alive, explaining that she has not received any sign indicating that her son is unwell. She says a mother can feel what others cannot. She recalls how Puru was thrown into the Jhelum river as a baby, but her heart knew the river could not take his life. Bamni tells her she inspires him whenever she is with him. Anusuya asks him to trust his feelings, reminding him that no dead bodies were found and that Puru never leaves a task incomplete. She believes that Puru has gone to meet his fate at Faras and must have reached by now.
Puru walks into the party venue with other Farsi people. Alexander looks eagerly at the door, expecting Barsin, but misses noticing Puru and his team. Puru tells his team that Alexander must have realised something is wrong and that they must find Barsin soon.
Alexander’s party continues. Ephastian says he knows Alexander wants Darius to come out of hiding or at least make a mistake. Alexander says he will see where Darius is hiding. Puru and his team, disguised as Farsi, ask Vishuddi to lure the soldiers. Vishuddi approaches the soldiers with liquor, saying they fought hard and deserve to celebrate. She serves them wine. Meanwhile, Puru walks silently towards Barsin’s room. Alexander notices something strange and questions the soldiers if anything is wrong. They deny any issue. He asks if anyone went out, and they again say no. Ephastian advises him to enjoy the party without worry. Alexander replies that in times like this, they must be more cautious and reminds him of Philip’s murder during a celebration.
Puru, with Laachi, moves further into the palace. Upon seeing a soldier, they hide and kill him. Puru says they must eliminate all soldiers and shares his plan. Barsin tells her mother that Porus has arrived to help them, but they must also help themselves by getting rid of the soldiers and signalling Porus. Her mother asks how. Barsin sees a red cloth and says she knows what to do.
Puru, disguised as a Farsi soldier, informs the guards that King Alexander has invited them to attend the party. The soldiers respond that Alexander ordered them to remain alert and on guard. Puru says Alexander is the king and can do as he wishes.
Vishuddi spies on Alexander, hoping Puru will return soon. Alexander complains to Ephastian that Barsin has not yet arrived and asks him to bring her immediately. Ephastian leaves. Vishuddi becomes tense seeing this. Ephastian chats with the soldiers and sends them elsewhere. Vishuddi grows even more anxious.
Puru and Laachi hide again after seeing soldiers guarding the passageway. Laachi asks how they will pass through the soldiers and wonders where Barsin is. Puru says Barsin will show them the way. He notices a feather on a Farsi flag and explains that it is a signal, recalling how he once challenged Darius with a feather. Laachi doubts that it could be a signal. Puru says Faras’ flags were changed to Macedonian flags, and the feather indicates Barsin’s signal.
Barsin instructs a servant to place the flag outside, away from the public eye. Puru reads the message on the flag instructing him to enter via the window, as the front door is guarded. He informs Laachi but hides upon seeing soldiers approaching. Vishuddi acts drunk and asks the soldiers why they are not attending the celebration. A soldier pulls out a sword and warns her that no one is allowed here without permission. She apologises and leaves.
Laachi hopes that Ambhi Kumari and Hasti have completed their task. In the palace backyard, Hasti and Ambhi Kumar burn grass to create smoke, distracting the soldiers. They attack and kill the soldiers as they come to control the fire.
Some soldiers enter Barsin’s room and inform her that Alexander is calling her. Barsin claims her sister fainted, and she had to stay. The soldiers leave, promising to return. Barsin says Porus must have arrived by now. Puru and Laachi jump in through the window. Barsin gets happy seeing Porus. Puru says Bharathis can go to any extent to fulfil their promises.
Alexander, meanwhile, grows impatient and decides to check himself. Just then, a messenger delivers Darius’s message. Alexander says they will read it in front of Darius’ family and walks away with Ephastian.
Puru ties a rope to Barsin, assuring her that arrangements have been made. Hasti whistles to signal that everything is clear. Vishuddhi informs Ambhi that Alexander is heading towards Barsin’s room, and they must send a message to Puru. Ambhi writes a message, ties it to an arrow, and shoots it at a pole. Puru reads the message.
Alexander and Ephastian enter Barsin’s room. Puru and Laachi hide. Barsin apologises to Alexander, saying she was about to come but her sister fainted. Alexander shows her the message and accuses her of already knowing about it. She argues that she is a prisoner in her own home and helpless. Alexander says that prisoners often attempt to escape and questions if she is trying the same.
Hiding behind the wall, Laachi tells Puru that they missed their goal when they were so close. Puru replies that they will try again, stressing the importance of Barsin knowing the plan.
Alexander remarks that something feels wrong. Barsin says her sister is fine now and asks if they can attend the function. Alexander says to let her rest a little more and walks towards the window. Barsin and her mother grow tense. Laachi tells Puru that Alexander has realised an outsider was present in the room.
