Rocky and Happy argues. He gives her a chocolate. She recalls her words. He says I got this, so you you stop talking and I get some relief. She eats the chocolate. He jokes on her. He asks her to share it, since sharing is caring. She shares the chocolate. She asks him to take the favor and see how generous she is.

Mana ke hum yaar nahi….plays…. She says thanks, just take care of me all the way. They come home. Rocky sees Kulwant and goes to show him deal papers. He says just say once that you are proud of me. Kulwant says this is just the beginning, this is your first step which you took with Happy’s help, you have a long way to go, your battle
is with your own self, my blessings are also with you now. He asks her to call Happy. He asks Happy to come over with her family, they will do Holika dahan puja in hotel ground. Happy asks what will we do there. Rocky says be there on time, dad is telling you, not asking you. She smiles.

Madhu misses Chintu. Happy tries to share her sorrow. Madhu sees red color on Happy’s cheek and cleans it. She goes. Happy removes the colors off her cheek and says we should leave now. Rocky asks them not to leave. Rocky jokes on Happy’s mood swings. Simmi throws colors at him. Sandhya asks Happy what’s the matter. Rocky runs after Simmi. They all dance on balam pichkari. Rocky and Happy dance. RV and family comes there. Happy’s hand prints get on RV’s white kurta. She says so sorry Sir. RV throws red color at her and says sorry, we purposely apply colors on holi, happy holi. She says happy Holi. Rocky wishes RV and hugs him.
RV says everything is very nice. Happy does tilak to Grover. Anaya says I don’t play holi, sorry. Happy says its okay, happy holi. Ranveer comes and sees Smiley. Madhu and Sandhya talk to Smiley. Sandhya says she is still childish. The men come and play dhol. Rocky dances. Sania is in man’s disguise and plays dhol. Happy drinks thandai. Sania thinks I have come, now this holi will be happy, don’t know what will happen of Happy.
Happy tells a joke of Gabbar Samba. RV sees Happy and goes. Rocky dances. RV comes to him. Rocky hugs him and says happy holi, did you get thandai. Rocky gets it for him.
RV says I m okay, there is a small problem. Rocky says your solution is right here. RV asks are you drunk. Rocky says no, shall I get a drink for you. RV says no, the problem is Happy is drunk. They see Happy laughing. Rocky rushes to Happy. Sania looks on. Rocky asks Happy to come with him. She pushes him. Biji asks Kulwant to meet Sodhi. Happy says I will also come. Rocky stops her.
