THURSDAY 27TH MAY 2021 UPDATE ON THE GOOD SON ON MAX TV
EPISODE – 59
In this episode Romeo and his colleague follow Olivia and Calvin to the psychiatric hospital. They wondered why Olivia had to take Calvin to a hospital when she already had a doctor in Manila. Romeo reasoned that it was because they were trying to hide something.
Obet left Arthur’s house after taking him home and told him to get his act together because drinking would not help him get Raquel back.
Dado’s lawyer talked to him about the hearing and Dado insisted that he was the one who killed Victor. His lawyer was surprised because he was the only person he had defended who wanted to be guilty. Dado said that it was the truth but his lawyer asked him to think about it because he might get a life sentence.
When Olivia and Calvin got back home, Enzo asked how he was doing. Olivia told him that Calvin was getting worse and she didn’t know what to do. Olivia said it would be easier if they still had their money but what she was focused on was winning the case. Enzo however told her to be prepared to lose the case as well because Joseph and Hazel had not yet stopped investigating Calvin’s alibi. He told her that Joseph had gone to ask Justine about Calvin.
Calvin overheard them began to worry again. The voices in his head made him anxious and when Olivia went to check on him, he told her that he was going to get caught. Olivia said that she would deal with everything and asked him to focus on getting better instead.
When Obet got home, he told Matias about how hard Arthur was taking Raquel’s relationship with Anthony. Matias however told him not to focus so much on Arthur because he should be the one to take care of Obet as his parent.
Hazel went to see Calvin since he hadn’t been going to school. She wanted to see if he was fine and if she could do something to help him. Calvin however told her that he no longer trusted her because she would use it against him. Hazel tried to convince Calvin by saying that she was genuinely concerned about him but then asked him to take the DNA test. Calvin told her that she was only there to get him to take the test so she asked that he leave her alone.
Olivia went to Victor’s grave and complained to him about all the problems he had left them with. She was also mad at Joseph for making their lives miserable and promised to pay him back.
Anthony went to pick up Raquel for work and spoke to Joseph about the company’s problems. They were planning on a franchising project to get new clients for the company and Joseph said he would help them market it on social media.
As they were leaving, Raquel asked Obet to ride with them but he declined the offer. Anthony followed Obet outside and asked to have dinner with him later so that they could talk about Raquel. Obet agreed to see him later that evening.
Dado’s hearing was held and he pleaded guilty to all charges against him. The judge told him that he would receive the maximum punishment and Dado agreed to it. The prosecution however tried to get him to reveal his accomplice but Dado said no one was with him and he had done everything on his own.
After the hearing, his lawyer told him that the judge would issue a judgement soon since there was no more evidence to present to the court.
Romeo and Alfonso hounded Dado and asked him if he was protecting Olivia since they had been in contact with each other. Dado said he wasn’t protecting anyone but Alfonso told him that he was lying. He therefore told him that they would find out the truth no matter how hard he tried to hide it.
When Dado went back to jail, he called Olivia and asked that she help him since his hearing would soon be over and he would be transferred after the sentencing.
Cassie was organizing an event for the Jaguar’s coach and wanted to invite Enzo. Enzo however said that he wouldn’t go because he was no longer part of the team. Cassie noticed that he had been going to the library and figured that he was looking for Hazel. Enzo denied it but Cassie told him where he could find her.
When Enzo saw Hazel, he offered to help her study but she said it wasn’t necessary. She walked away and said that she had to go for her shift at the library.
Joseph saw Enzo at school and asked about Calvin. Enzo told him to leave Calvin alone because he wasn’t doing well but refused to explain what he meant.
Joseph went to the police station to ask for updates on the case and overheard Romeo talking about Calvin seeing a psychiatrist. Joseph therefore began to worry that what he was doing was making things hard for Calvin. He also told the police that Calvin’s alibi was a lie since Justine was at a pageant the night Colmenares was killed and no one saw Calvin there.
Anthony called Obet so that they could meet up that evening but he said he had more important things to do and cancelled on him.
Joseph went to pick up Raquel at the office and saw Ernesto there. Ernesto apologized for what happened at his house saying he was anxious about not finding Sabina. Joseph said he understood and promised to tell him if he found out anything about Sabina.
Anthony received a call from Alfonso. He wanted to talk about Calvin and he said that they had suspected him ever since he refused to take the DNA test. Anthony said that Calvin wasn’t capable of killing someone and Alfonso told him that if the evidence pointed to him, they would have no other choice but to take the necessary action.
