Rishi agrees, and they return to the ward.

In the basement, Daima tells Sudha that very few people know about the basement. She says Lakshmi will lose her baby, and if she sees the basement, she will also have to die. Daima orders Sudha to give Lakshmi the injection. Sudha questions her, but Daima tells her not to ask anything and just follow her instructions. Meanwhile, Rishi, Ayush and Shalu search the ward but cannot find Lakshmi.
