Unfortunate Love On Zeeworld Friday 2nd October 2026 Update, Lakshmi tries to stay calm and think of a way to escape from the room filled with poisonous gas. Balwinder tells Malishka that Lakshmi should not be harmed. He cares about Lakshmi and rushes to save her, but Malishka asks him to stop. Kiran follows them. Lakshmi struggles to get out of the room while Shalu keeps calling her. When Lakshmi does not answer, Shalu suspects that something is wrong.

Shalu decides to contact the hospital to find out what is happening. She calls the reception and asks about Lakshmi, saying that Lakshmi had gone to the hospital for some work. The nurse asks for Lakshmi’s full name, and Shalu says Lakshmi Oberoi. She then hears Rishi’s voice and wonders if he is also there. At the same time, Balwinder questions Malishka about trying to kill Lakshmi and scolds her. Malishka threatens him and orders him to stop. Shalu asks the nurse if Rishi Oberoi is also at the hospital.
The nurse tells Shalu that Lakshmi Oberoi came for a checkup, has no pregnancy complications, and that her baby is safe. Shalu is shocked to learn that Lakshmi is pregnant and asks the nurse to confirm it again. She breaks down, wondering why Lakshmi did not tell her about her pregnancy. Shalu thinks Lakshmi may have wanted to expose Malishka’s truth before revealing that she was pregnant.
Malishka warns Balwinder that she will kill him if he tries to ruin her plan. She says she will defame him and change the entire story if they are caught. Balwinder argues that she is trying to kill Lakshmi, but Malishka says she is doing everything for their benefit. She claims the gas is not toxic enough to kill Lakshmi and says it will only cause her to lose the baby. Malishka tells Balwinder that if their plan succeeds, he can unite with Lakshmi.
Meanwhile, Lakshmi manages to escape through the AC duct. Nurse Sudha enters the ward but cannot find her. Malishka asks Balwinder to think about Lakshmi and calm down, and he agrees. Sudha informs Malishka that Lakshmi is not in the ward. Malishka and Kiran demand to know where she went, but Sudha says she does not know whether their plan was completed.
Kiran angrily rebukes Sudha, who argues back before leaving. Kiran calls her useless, while Malishka wonders who will complete their work now. Malishka asks Sudha to help them, and she makes Kiran apologize. Sudha warns Kiran not to misbehave with her again. She says they must find Lakshmi first and then expose her to the poisonous gas again.
Lakshmi refuses to give up. Shalu reaches the hospital and hears Lakshmi’s voice. She rushes towards her and finds her. Shalu asks Lakshmi why she did not tell her about the pregnancy, but Lakshmi faints. Shalu takes care of her and asks what happened. Meanwhile, Malishka wonders how Lakshmi could disappear on her own and questions Sudha. Sudha asks her not to shout and explains that Lakshmi may have escaped through the AC duct.
Shalu asks a nurse to attend to Lakshmi. Malishka, Kiran and the others see Shalu with her. Balwinder realizes that they cannot take any more risks. Shalu tells the doctor that Lakshmi is struggling to walk and reveals that she is pregnant. The doctor asks Shalu to go outside.
Rishi feels that Lakshmi would not accuse Malishka without a solid reason, so he decides to wait for the DNA test reports. Sudha tells Malishka that they cannot target Lakshmi at that moment. Kiran scolds Sudha, but Balwinder and Malishka ask them not to fight. Sudha says there is someone who can help them and names Daima.
Sudha tells Malishka that many people are scared of Daima. She calls her and asks her to come to the hospital. Daima arrives and questions Kiran and Malishka about planning to kill Lakshmi’s baby. She then demands ₹10 lakh for doing the job. Balwinder questions why she wants so much money, but Malishka agrees to pay her.
Daima says she is an old staff member and has a lot of respect in the hospital. She tells them she will make a call and return. Kiran feels that Daima is wicked. Sudha tells Kiran to give Daima the money, otherwise she will not do any work.
Rishi continues waiting for the DNA reports. Malishka goes to get water and is shocked when she sees Rishi at the hospital. She wonders what he is doing there. She notices a ward boy carrying her DNA reports and stops him. Malishka claims the report belongs to her and says she will give it to her husband. Rishi does not see her and walks away. Malishka starts thinking about how she can protect herself from Rishi.
Shalu remains worried about Lakshmi. She knows Lakshmi is pregnant but believes she has fallen into some kind of danger. Ayush calls her and asks if he is late in apologizing to her. Shalu cries and asks where he is. Ayush asks why she sounds worried. She says she is not okay and blames herself for Lakshmi’s condition. When Ayush asks what happened, Shalu tells him she is at the city hospital.
Meanwhile, Daima and Sudha move Lakshmi on a stretcher with the help of the hospital staff. Rishi does not see Lakshmi’s face, but he notices her ring and suspects that she is nearby. He then receives a work call. Daima scares a nurse and tells her to be careful. The nurse says that a lot of bad things happen when Daima comes around.
The doctor informs Shalu about Lakshmi’s condition and asks her to wait for her recovery. Some nurses discuss the illegal activities happening in the hospital basement. Shalu continues worrying about Lakshmi and goes to check on her, only to find that she is missing from the ward. She goes outside to search for her.
Shalu spots Malishka nearby. Malishka sends the fake reports to Rishi and notices Shalu looking worried. She quickly tries to leave, but Shalu stops her. Malishka pretends to be concerned, but Shalu tells her to stop the drama. She confronts Malishka and asks why she pushed Lakshmi. Malishka denies doing it and walks away. Shalu becomes determined to find the person responsible.
Malishka later asks Kiran if they are doing the right thing by harming an unborn child. Kiran tells her not to think that way. Rishi receives the reports and spots Ayush. Ayush explains that he came to meet Shalu because she sounded disturbed and asked him to come. Rishi and Ayush call Shalu and rush to meet her.
Balwinder hides from Shalu. Kiran continues assuring Malishka that she should not feel guilty. Malishka agrees. Kiran promises to always stand by her, and Malishka thanks her. Malishka says she does not want to become good like Lakshmi. Kiran tells her not to worry and admits that she is selfish when it comes to protecting her daughter. Malishka hugs her.
Balwinder continues hiding from Shalu, but she eventually finds him. Ayush meets Shalu and embraces her, asking if she is okay. Shalu asks what Rishi is doing there. Rishi asks her about Lakshmi, and Shalu tells them what happened to her.
