Unfortunate Love On ZeeWorld Saturday 29th August 2026 Update, Shalu is lost in deep thought over everything that has happened with Ayush. Unable to control her emotions, she holds onto a wooden pole and silently cries. The sound of the temple bell catches her attention, so she heads towards the temple while Lakshmi quietly follows her.

At the temple, Shalu stands before Maata Rani and pours out her heart. She prays for Ayush’s safety and well-being and admits that she could not express her true feelings to him. Through her tears, she says that she cannot imagine living without Ayush. Lakshmi watches her and is deeply moved by her emotions.
Lakshmi then confronts Shalu and asks why she rejected Ayush if she truly loves him. Shalu remains silent, unable to answer. Lakshmi keeps questioning her and urges her to reconsider her decision. She reminds Shalu that Ayush loves her deeply and reveals that Ayush had asked her to help convince Shalu to be with him. Lakshmi explains that Ayush was forced to marry Anushka because of circumstances beyond his control and asks Shalu to forgive him.
Shalu tries to walk away, but Lakshmi stops her and insists that Ayush deserves a chance. Overcome with emotions, Shalu finally admits that she loves Ayush so much that she cannot bear to see him hurt. Lakshmi again asks why she rejected him if her love is genuine.
Shalu reveals that her biggest concern is Neelam’s disapproval. She fears that if she marries Ayush, he will lose everything because Neelam has a lot of power in the Oberoi family. Lakshmi tries to reassure her that Neelam does not hate her. Shalu says Neelam may tolerate her, but she hates Lakshmi and will never allow Shalu and Ayush’s marriage.
Shalu tells Lakshmi that the people in the Oberoi house are strange and never support true love. Lakshmi says she is mistaken and tells her there is nothing like that. She explains that Malishka became pregnant because her relationship with Rishi had already ended, not because of anything else. Lakshmi then asks Shalu to stand before Maata Rani and honestly say whether she loves Ayush.
Shalu admits that she loves Ayush, but says it does not matter because Neelam will never allow their marriage. Lakshmi comforts her and promises that she will help Shalu get her rightful place in the Oberoi family. She tells Shalu not to worry and leaves.
Meanwhile, the police put Anushka inside a cell. The officers warn her to get used to her new surroundings because she will be staying there for a long time. Furious, Anushka threatens the lady constable, who firmly warns her to stay quiet or face the consequences. Anushka blames Lakshmi for her downfall. She believes that if Lakshmi had never entered Rishi’s life, Shalu would never have entered Ayush’s life either, and none of this would have happened. She vows to destroy Lakshmi.
At home, Neelam is worried about Ayush’s condition. Rishi decides to speak to the doctor about visiting Ayush and leaves. Kiran tells Neelam that she believes Shalu is a bad omen for Ayush and blames her for all the misfortunes that have happened to him. Neelam strongly disagrees and says Shalu is actually a good omen for Ayush.
Kiran is shocked that Neelam is supporting Shalu. Neelam explains that when Shalu came into Ayush’s life, she exposed Anushka and removed her from his life. Neelam says Anushka was betraying Ayush and was the real bad omen, not Shalu.
Kiran says she cannot believe Neelam is supporting Shalu like this. She warns Neelam that with her support, Shalu will marry Ayush and enter the Oberoi family. She says that after that, both Lakshmi and Shalu will take over the Oberoi family.
Rishi recalls Neelam’s words and becomes worried about Ayush. He asks the doctor about Ayush’s condition. The doctor says they need some more time before they can say anything clearly and leaves. Shalu comes to Rishi and asks about Ayush. Rishi says the doctor does not know yet. He remains worried, and Shalu asks him not to speak like that as she also becomes worried about Ayush.
Lakshmi then goes to Neelam and says she wants to speak to her. Neelam says it is not the right time, but Lakshmi insists that she wants to ask her something. Neelam asks what it is. Lakshmi asks why Neelam always hates love. She reminds Neelam that she hates her as well.
Neelam tells Lakshmi that there is nothing about her that she would like. Lakshmi reminds her that she was the one who convinced Rano to arrange her marriage with Rishi. Neelam explains that she arranged Rishi’s marriage with Lakshmi because of his Mangal Dosh and says she did what she believed was right at the time. She adds that if she had to make the same decision again for Rishi’s life, she would do it again.
Lakshmi begs Neelam not to do the same thing with Shalu and Ayush. She gets down on her knees and asks Neelam to allow their marriage to happen.
Rishi and Shalu then ask the nurse about Ayush. The nurse reveals that there were complications during the surgery, which caused internal bleeding. She says that if the doctors cannot stop the bleeding within four hours, they may not be able to save Ayush.
Neelam asks Lakshmi what she is doing. She tells Lakshmi to first ask Shalu if she wants to marry Ayush because Shalu was the one who rejected him. Lakshmi says that sometimes what people see is not the truth and tells Neelam that she can also see that Shalu loves Ayush.
