Krishna tells the commissioner that he knows the catering people and they would never do such a thing on purpose. Purvi protests, saying the inspector can’t misuse his power and that Visakha only wanted to encourage Prachi. She explains that they’re innocent and asks the police to trust them, saying Krishna is like a father to her and they’d never do something wrong, especially at his wedding. The inspector asks why her father isn’t there to defend them.

Outside, Manpreet begs the cops again, but they refuse. Reporters arrive and start questioning the Tandon family about the food poisoning. Visakha argues with them, saying they did nothing wrong. The inspector orders the police to remove the media and the Tandons. Mr. Tandon apologises on Visakha’s behalf before leaving.

At the same time, reporters question Ranbir. Through their questions, he learns that Purvi’s mother has been arrested. He asks Trishna about it, and she says she tried to help Prachi through Karthik, but it didn’t work. When the media asks how she feels about her halted wedding, Amar Dayal interrupts, claiming Trishna and Ranbir don’t want to marry and are creating drama to stop the wedding.

Monisha tells Deepika that if RV really went to help Purvi, he’ll have to answer to her. She says she’ll tell Prachi that RV married Purvi only to take revenge on Khushi. Deepika warns her not to start more trouble, but Monisha insists RV belongs to her. They both enter the police station to check if RV is there.

Ranbir tells Amar Dayal to stop spreading lies. Amar accuses him of playing games with marriage, but Gajendra steps in and warns Amar to prepare to be exposed. Amar storms off, telling the media to ask Ranbir for answers. The reporters question Ranbir again, but he and Gajendra say Amar is lying and promise the truth will come out soon before asking security to send the media away.

Deepika and Monisha later find Purvi’s family. When they don’t see RV, Monisha mocks them, saying RV didn’t come to help. Manpreet rebukes her and says they don’t need anyone’s help to prove Prachi’s innocence. Purvi vows to find the real culprit.

Purvi begs the inspector for one chance to prove Prachi is innocent and asks him to let them meet her once.

At the wedding venue, RV’s family prepares to leave, but Ranbir and Trishna ask them to stay for the ceremony. They agree, and Ranbir arranges guest rooms for them.

Meanwhile, Khushi remembers RV’s warning and feels uneasy. Armaan checks on her and asks if she took her migraine medicine. Khushi covers up, saying she’s fine and insists they attend the wedding.
