Shaurya sees Preeta in the medical room and asks Nidhi to return to her room and rest. He then enters Preeta’s room and asks what happened to her. Preeta assures him that she is fine and that her blood pressure simply dropped. She then asks about Rajveer’s condition, and Shaurya tells her that he is recovering. After noticing Nidhi leaving, he follows her and calls out to her, but she ignores him. Shaurya wonders why Nidhi is behaving this way.

Meanwhile, the Luthras question Dr. Mayank about why Rajveer is being shifted to another ICU. Dr. Mayank asks them to trust him, assuring them that he is doing everything possible to save Rajveer. A detective witnesses their conversation and leaves. Kritika notices the detective and thinks that he looks familiar.
Nidhi returns to her room, where Shaurya asks her what is wrong. She complains that he left her alone in the corridor to visit Preeta. Shaurya explains that he only went to check on Preeta, but Nidhi says his behaviour has hurt her. He reminds her that she is his mother and that he cares about her more than anyone else. Shaurya promises that he will never disappoint her and will always support her. He assures Nidhi that she means everything to him and that he will never doubt her intentions. He then hugs her, making her happy.
Later, Dr. Mayank informs the Luthras that Rajveer’s internal bleeding has stopped. Palki asks if she can meet him, and the doctor allows her to spend five minutes with him. He instructs the others to wait in the waiting room. Meanwhile, the goons notice what is happening.
Palki enters the ICU and looks at Rajveer, remembering the beautiful moments they shared. She tells him that they dreamed of building a life together and that their dream must not be broken. Palki says Rajveer is her entire world and that she loves him deeply. She cannot imagine living without him, so she begs him not to leave her. She asks him to wake up and speak to her. The nurse reminds Palki not to stress Rajveer because his subconscious mind can still respond to what is happening around him. She then informs Palki that her five minutes are over. Palki looks at Rajveer one last time before leaving. The nurse also warns the goons not to stand in the corridor.
Elsewhere, Kavya visits Preeta and asks if she is feeling better. Preeta assures her that she is fine and asks about Rajveer. Kavya tells her that he is doing well and advises her to take care of herself. Preeta says it feels as though Kavya was her daughter in another life. Kavya replies that she is Preeta’s daughter in this life too and hugs her as the song “Maa Meri” plays in the background. She then promises to send Palki to see Preeta before leaving.
Soon, Rajveer regains consciousness but becomes angry when he learns that Karan donated blood to save him. Meanwhile, Sandeep spots Amar at the hospital and thinks that he must also find a way to escape from the police.
Mahesh tells Rakhi that he is happy to see how much she has changed. Rakhi admits that she misunderstood Preeta. Kritika says she knew this day would come, while Mahesh praises Rakhi and says he has never seen a woman like her. Kareena arrives and asks why everyone suddenly becomes quiet when she appears. Mahesh explains that he was praising Rakhi, while Karan says they were relaxing because Rajveer is recovering. He then goes to check on Rajveer.
However, Kareena remains suspicious and asks Kritika to tell her the truth. Kritika covers for them by saying that Mahesh was only joking. Kareena eventually leaves. Rakhi thanks Kritika for lying because Kareena would become angry if she discovered that Rakhi had forgiven Preeta. Rakhi suggests keeping the matter a secret from Kareena for a few days.
Meanwhile, Shaurya tells Sandy that Nidhi is heartbroken and that he needs to do something to make her feel better. He believes Nidhi is becoming insecure because he is getting closer to Preeta. Sandy tells him that Nidhi needs reassurance and security. He suggests that if Karan gives Nidhi more love and attention, she may feel better. Shaurya decides to speak to Karan about it.
Karan enters Rajveer’s ICU and learns from the nurse that Rajveer has regained consciousness. She explains that Rajveer became angry after discovering that Karan donated blood to him and tried to leave the hospital. However, he felt dizzy, so the hospital staff stopped him. After informing Karan, the nurse leaves. Karan remembers Rajveer telling Srishti that he hates him.
Elsewhere, Kavya visits Preeta’s room and tells her that she feels a special connection between them as the song “Maa Meri” plays again. Shaurya overhears their conversation and believes that everyone is becoming attached to Preeta, which is making Nidhi insecure. He tells Kavya that Nidhi needs her, so Kavya leaves.
Karan then speaks to Rajveer and admits that he knows he is responsible for the pain Rajveer has suffered. He says he made a mistake by trusting Preeta and allowing Rajveer to remain separated from him. Karan feels that he has failed as a father and begins to cry. He accepts that Rajveer has every reason to hate him and promises to correct his mistakes and do whatever Rajveer wants. He starts coughing and moves away so that he will not disturb Rajveer while he rests.
Suddenly, the goons enter the room and try to kill Rajveer. Karan immediately fights them, declaring that he will not allow anyone to touch his son. He threatens the attackers, but Shaurya hears the noise and rushes into the room. Karan tells him that the goons tried to kill Rajveer, and Shaurya joins the fight. However, the goons manage to escape, and Shaurya chases after them.
Shaurya recognises Amar and demands to know who sent him. Amar reveals that Anshuman hired them to kill both Karan and Rajveer before running away. Shaurya becomes furious and vows not to spare Anshuman. He decides to confront him and find out the truth.
Meanwhile, Preeta and Palki enter Rajveer’s room and are shocked to see the mess left behind by the attackers. Karan assures Preeta that everything is under control and explains that Amar came to kill Rajveer. Palki then reveals that Sandeep told her a woman wearing a burqa had hired him to kill both Preeta and Nidhi. Preeta says she does not know who would want to harm her, but she remembers meeting Alia. Karan promises to find the person behind the attacks and decides to go to the police station.
At the same time, Shaurya and Sandy arrive at Anshuman’s house. Shaurya demands that Anshuman tell him the truth. Anshuman asks what he wants to know, and Shaurya says he wants to know everything about Rajveer. Anshuman remembers how he joined hands with Rajveer and agrees to reveal the truth.
Back at the hospital, Palki tells Gurpreet about the attack and explains that Shaurya has gone after the goons. Nidhi is shocked to hear this and becomes worried that Shaurya might be in danger. Palki assures her that Shaurya is smart and strong enough to protect himself and will return safely. However, Nidhi scolds Palki for speaking so casually about the situation. Palki understands that Nidhi is worried about Shaurya, but Nidhi complains that everyone only seems concerned about Rajveer. Gurpreet explains that Shaurya got involved in the matter because of Karan.
Karan calls Shaurya to check on him, and Shaurya assures him that he is safe. Preeta takes the phone from Karan and asks Shaurya if he is alright. He tells her that he is fine and will return soon before ending the call.
Meanwhile, Shanaya asks Palki what happened. Aarohi explains that Shaurya is in danger because of Rajveer. Karan and Preeta arrive, and Nidhi tells Karan that if anything happens to Shaurya, their relationship will be over. Karan assures her that he has spoken to Shaurya and that everything is fine. Nidhi then blames Preeta, warning that she will hold her responsible if anything happens to Shaurya.
Elsewhere, Shaurya questions Anshuman about his problem with Karan. He says he already knows that Anshuman’s goons tried to attack them and demands an explanation.
Meanwhile, Kavya calls Roma and asks about Varun. Roma says she is unwell but explains that Varun has left for the hospital. She adds that Gautam also scolded Varun over the matter before ending the call. Roma then tries to wake Varun and tells him to get up and go to the hospital.
Kavya later tells Kritika everything that happened and says she feels lucky to have Varun in her life.
Elsewhere, Rakhi thanks God for making everything right. She tells Mahesh that Rajveer is Srishti’s son. Mahesh asks how she found out, and Rakhi explains that she heard Rajveer call Preeta his Maasi during the goons’ attack. She believes they were able to get Preeta back into their lives because of Rajveer.
Rakhi also explains that Shaurya and Rajveer are cousins, but Preeta does not know that Shaurya is her own son. She wishes Rudra were still alive to see everything happening. Mahesh then notices Shanaya and asks her about Palki. Shanaya informs him about the attack by the goons.
Later, Nidhi tells Karan that she wants to see Shaurya and asks him to bring their son to her. Aarohi reassures Nidhi that Karan is there for her and tells her not to worry. However, Preeta feels uncomfortable when Karan holds Nidhi’s hand.
Kareena confronts Preeta and accuses her of destroying the family’s peace. Karan questions Kareena about what she is saying, but Kareena continues to criticise Nidhi for spoiling Shaurya by giving him too much love. She points out that Karan and Nidhi are always fighting over him. Preeta responds that this is how parents behave when they care about their children.
