She adds that if her dad comes there… Roshni interrupts and says she has started talking to him but still can’t forgive him and doesn’t want to see his face. Renu explains that he remarried because he needed support and asks how long she will stay upset. She urges Roshni to call him, saying he will come and meet the family, and everyone would be happy. She assures her it’s not for the sake of gifts, but because Aaji has also been asking. Roshni replies that it will be tough for her dad to come suddenly. Renu suggests she can call her cousin Suraj instead.

Roshni agrees and says she will talk. Later, she meets Shikha and asks for her help. Shikha jokes that she needs to make a “Chacha.” A man, a butcher, is seen singing a song. Roshni and Shikha watch him. Roshni says she can’t take him as her uncle.

Sultan asks Shikha what she wants today—mutton or anything else. She reminds him he once said he wanted to work in movies. He says he had played a don’s role in a play once and that there was a big crowd. He performs a bit and shows off. Shikha plays along and says she understands. He asks what the film is about. She lies and says it’s a big movie with a big role for him. He gets excited. She continues to lie and says if he wants the role, he must go to Roshni’s house and act as her uncle. Roshni explains the task. Sultan refuses at first, but Roshni lies again and says it’s just an audition. He asks her to tell the truth. She admits it’s a mock shoot. He agrees and starts dancing happily.

Sayali returns home and talks to Shubha and Juhi. She says they’re going to Aaji’s house and wants someone to handle the shop, but doesn’t want Renu to insult Juhi. She asks about Dilip. Shubha says he went for a part-time job and assures her not to worry, he’s studying well. Sayali looks worried.

Shikha tells Roshni that Sultan has agreed to play the role. Roshni says she also has to arrange gifts. She suggests they buy a gold bracelet and a gold chain for Tejas, estimating they’ll need at least 1 lakh.
