Mannat asks if she has lost her senses, but Kaynaat suddenly slits her wrist. Mannat cries out in pain while Gulnaaz rushes over and asks Kaynaat what she is doing. Mannat says Kaynaat has slit her wrist and is trying to kill her. Kaynaat says this is the only way to save Subhan from Ibadat.

Mannat complains that Kaynaat is hurting her just to save her son. She begs Gulnaaz to call a doctor before she dies. Kaynaat warns Gulnaaz not to interfere or she will see the worst. She says Mannat has to listen because this is the only way to bring Subhan back into her life. Mannat says she is losing too much blood, but Kaynaat assures her that she will be fine and takes her away.
Later, Hameeda asks Dua how Kaynaat suddenly changed her behaviour after talking so sweetly to everyone. Dua admits that she cannot understand it either. Hameeda warns her that something big is about to happen, and they need to be ready. Dua becomes worried. At the same time, Ibadat notices that Subhan is sleeping peacefully.
Ibadat lies beside Subhan and quietly admires him. She prays for God to remove the anger from his heart, forgive her, and let them move on together. She says she will keep waiting for his love. While sleeping, Subhan places his hand on her, and she gently holds it. He suddenly wakes up, sees her beside him, and screams in fear. She asks him to forget the past and forgive her. Even if he does not love her, she knows he still cares about her. She tells him that her love alone is enough for her to live happily and begs him to stop hurting himself. She asks him to begin a new life with her.
Just then, Subhan notices Mannat and rushes outside. Ibadat is shocked to see the wound on Mannat’s wrist. Subhan quickly brings her into the hall while Ibadat calls everyone. Dua becomes worried after seeing Mannat. Subhan says it looks like she slit her wrist.
Kaynaat remembers how she instructed Mannat to pretend to faint outside Subhan’s room because this incident would make his love for Mannat grow again. Mannat says Hameeda only spoke in anger and never encouraged her to commit suicide. When he asks about the wound, Mannat lies that it was an accident. She says Hameeda is innocent and someone foolish tried to frame her. The inspector tells her to contact him if she needs help before leaving.

Dua scolds Hameeda for speaking harshly to Mannat and leaves angrily with her. Gulnaaz then scolds Mannat for framing her, but Mannat says she only used the video to gain everyone’s sympathy, especially Subhan’s.
Later, Gulnaaz asks Mannat who actually recorded the video and sent it to the police. Mannat admits that she recorded it herself because she planned to use it one day. She says the perfect opportunity finally came. By pretending to save Hameeda, she earned everyone’s trust. She is now sure that Subhan still loves her and hates Ibadat. Meanwhile, Dua asks Hameeda why she spoke so harshly to Mannat. Hameeda says she only wanted Mannat to stay away from Ibadat because Mannat is very cunning. She believes Mannat had another reason for saving her.
Mannat quietly shows Kaynaat and Gulnaaz that Subhan and Ibadat are sleeping separately. She points out that nothing happened between them. Their bed is wet, and there is even water on the floor.
