Farhaan lies and says he took it from the set because it looked beautiful. Mannat tells him she is starting to doubt him. She reminds him that she has no one else in this world except him and asks about their wedding plans. Farhaan takes a selfie with her, but Mannat still feels he is hiding something from her.

Meanwhile, everyone waits for Mannat at home. Dua returns with the others, and Hina asks where Mannat is. Dua tells her to forget about Mannat because she will not come back home. Ibadat explains that Dua tried her best to convince Mannat, but she refused and chose to stay with Farhaan instead. She even called the police on them. Kaynaat says she already knew Mannat would do something like this.
When Hina asks where they are going, Kaynaat says they are returning to London because she cannot forget how they were treated. Hina asks how she can leave her mother alone and take her grandson away. Kaynaat refuses to change her mind. She says Mannat has broken her son’s heart and could send him to jail one day, just like she called the police today.
Hina asks Dua to stop them, but Dua says she cannot face them anymore because Mannat made an unforgivable mistake. She says Mannat will never return to this house because she crossed all limits. Dua believes it is better for Kaynaat and Subhan to return to London so they can forget this painful experience.

Kaynaat says she could answer all these accusations but will stay quiet only because of Dua’s health. She forces Subhan to leave with her. Before leaving, Subhan and Ibadat exchange another emotional look. Hameeda hugs Ibadat while Gulnaaz feels relieved.
Meanwhile, Mannat notices Farhaan secretly leaving the house. He locks her inside, but she easily opens the door after remembering how she repaired it before. Determined to learn the truth, she follows him. Farhaan senses someone behind him, but Mannat quickly hides. He then gets a phone call and leaves.
At home, Hina feels heartbroken seeing everyone leave. Gulnaaz pretends to comfort her. Subhan keeps remembering Ibadat’s words and becomes emotional.
Kaynaat tells Subhan to get into the car because they are getting late, but he refuses. Ibadat suddenly feels his presence and opens the door. Everyone is shocked to see Subhan return to Akhtar Mansion.
Gulnaaz did not expect him to come back. Kaynaat reminds him about the flight, but Subhan says he cannot leave Dua alone in this condition. He says Dua has always treated him as her first son, so he will stay.
Subhan then tells Ibadat not to misunderstand his decision because he stayed only for Dua, not for her. Ibadat quietly follows him inside. Hafeez tells Kaynaat that children have grown up and now make their own decisions.
Kaynaat says she will not leave without Subhan and wonders why he cares more about others than his own mother. She leaves angrily. Hina happily tells Hameeda that the children have returned, while Gulnaaz feels disappointed.
Meanwhile, Dua calls Mannat’s name in her sleep. Subhan says she is still thinking about her. Dua thanks him and asks him to bring Mannat back.
While covering Dua with a blanket, Ibadat and Subhan accidentally touch hands. Later, Subhan sits alone while Ibadat talks to him. She says she cannot bear seeing her mother in this condition and that she will die if anything happens to her.
Subhan blames her and says Mannat never loved anyone. He says Ibadat should have told him the truth about Mannat earlier. He trusted her deeply, but she betrayed that trust by hiding the truth. He says if anything happens to Dua, she will also be responsible.
Elsewhere, Kaynaat says Dua is ruining her son’s life and curses her. She says it is good Subhan did not grow up with Dua’s daughters because they would have ruined his life.
Hafeez asks why her heart is filled with so much poison. Kaynaat complains that he only cares about his sister. Hafeez reminds her that Dua is seriously ill and asks how she can curse her at such a time.
Sufi asks Kaynaat not to speak to his father that way, but she angrily slaps him and tells him not to teach her how to behave. She argues with Hafeez and says Dua and her daughters turned her into this person. She warns him to stay away from her or she will add him to her list of enemies.
Hafeez says she already has because she neither listens to him nor respects him. He says she treats him badly. Hina asks them to stop fighting because Dua is unwell.
Kaynaat complains that nobody can see how Dua is ruining her son’s life. Hameeda comes there and says Kaynaat will not stop until she destroys her own son too. She says anger should never separate a mother from her child.
Later, Ibadat speaks to the sleeping Subhan. She says he has misunderstood her. She reminds him that Dua once hated her but later started loving her. She believes one day he will understand her again and their friendship will return. She sits beside him and eventually falls asleep.
Dua regains consciousness and sees Subhan sleeping in Ibadat’s lap. She remembers how he always protected Ibadat.
Meanwhile, Hina tells Hameeda that Kaynaat is not a bad person and is only angry. Kaynaat cruelly says she does not care if Dua dies. Hafeez raises his hand to slap her, but Dua stops him.
Dua says Kaynaat may not care about her death, but she does. She says she has to do something for her family before she dies. She asks Hina for something, saying this is the only solution left.
