She wants to find out whether she trusted the wrong person and struggled so much for someone who was not worth it. If Subhan fails to take a stand for her in court, it will be easy for her to cut all her ties with him. She can easily divorce him. She leaves from there.

Meanwhile, Kaynaat asks Subhan to stay silent no matter what happens in court. Mannat tells him that he does not like the way they are accusing Ibadat of being characterless, but they have no other option to get a divorce from her. She reminds him not to forget the way Ibadat betrayed them.
Ibadat comes there. The judge arrives while talking to his wife on the phone. His wife is arguing with him, but he tries to convince her. Everyone laughs after hearing his conversation with his wife.
The judge tells them that he may be the judge of the court, but he is just a normal husband to his wife. He says that fighting with one’s wife is normal. His wife fights with him a lot and does not allow him to live peacefully, but she also never leaves him under any circumstances.
Ibadat stares at Subhan emotionally, which Mannat dislikes. The judge gives them advice and says that it is easy to convince a wife. They just have to talk about her maternal family, and she will forget the incident and start talking about them.
The judge continues talking to his wife on the phone, and everyone is surprised by how he changes the topic. He then says that he does not want to waste court time.
Mannat asks the judge to give Ibadat a divorce instead of dragging the case. She says that Ibadat has already accepted the blame against her. The judge asks Mannat to sit in his seat and give the judgment herself.
Mannat says that he is the judge, not her. He tells her to keep that in mind and warns her not to speak without his permission. He threatens to punish her for disobeying the court. Kaynaat makes Mannat sit down.
The judge asks Ibadat to begin her argument. He says that she talked a lot yesterday, so he could not note everything, and asks her to keep it simple.
Ibadat says that she does not want to say much. If Subhan fails to reject the cheap accusations made against her, she is ready to divorce him. If he is not ready to take a stand for her, then she does not want to live with him.
Kaynaat and Mannat are happy to hear this. The judge tells Ibadat that she should not give up so easily. He says that she has to fight until she gets justice.
Mannat calls Ibadat a characterless woman and says that she has evidence against her. She signals to the lawyer, who calls Armaan to the witness box.
Armaan hesitates to give a statement against Ibadat. Kaynaat says that Armaan had an affair with Ibadat and that she knew about their relationship.
The judge asks Kaynaat who she is. She says that she introduced Ibadat to Armaan. The judge complains that he did not ask her name or come to court to watch her smile. He asks her about her relationship with Ibadat.
Kaynaat says that she is the mother-in-law of the unlucky Ibadat. The judge tells her that she is there to give a false statement against her daughter-in-law. He then asks the lawyer if he cheated in his exam and whether he does not know the rules of the court. He orders Kaynaat to sit down.
The judge asks Armaan to explain his relationship with Ibadat. Ibadat glares at him. Armaan complains that she will beat him. The judge assures him that nobody will harm him in court.
Armaan lies that Ibadat gave him false hope. He calls her a double-timer and claims that she is in love with him while being married to Subhan. He says that she does not want to break up with him and also wants to continue her relationship with Subhan. He calls her characterless.
Ibadat expects Subhan to speak in her favour. The judge asks Armaan if he had a physical relationship with Ibadat. Armaan says that they did many times. Mannat’s group becomes happy to hear this, while Subhan gets frustrated.
Armaan claims that Ibadat spent her first night with him instead of Subhan. Ibadat feels heartbroken when she sees Subhan remaining silent. She thinks that he is not speaking up even after Armaan is insulting her character.
Armaan again calls Ibadat characterless. Subhan suddenly shouts at him to stop. He beats Armaan for calling Ibadat characterless.
The judge stops the police from controlling Subhan. He says that he wants to see how far Subhan can go for his wife. Subhan loses control and continues beating Armaan.
The judge realises that they were falsely accusing Ibadat and that Subhan could not control his anger. Ibadat feels happy to see Subhan taking a stand for her.
Mannat tries to stop Subhan. She tells him that he should not save his enemy and that the truth will not change by beating Armaan. She again calls Ibadat characterless.
Subhan slaps Mannat.
Everyone is shocked to see Subhan slap Mannat in front of them. The judge smiles at what happened. Mannat asks Subhan how he could slap her in front of everyone and demands an apology.
Subhan says that he will not hesitate to slap her a thousand times for badmouthing Ibadat. He says that he cannot accept the way she is accusing Ibadat of being characterless. Ibadat becomes emotional after hearing this.
The judge asks them to stop the drama and warns that he will punish them for creating a scene in court. Gulnaaz takes Mannat away.
Meanwhile, Sufi calls Dua and tells her everything that happened in court. Dua is overjoyed. She says that she would have slapped Mannat herself for behaving that way.
Sufi tells Dua that Subhan took a stand for Ibadat, so the case has become weak on their side. He thinks the judge may dismiss the divorce case.
Dua says that she will feed everyone sweets because of the good news. Sufi asks her to give him a treat for bringing her the news. She jokingly asks if he needs a bride. He blushes.
Dua tells him to grow up first and says that she will find a bride for him. She wants to share the happy news with Hameeda.
Meanwhile, the judge asks Subhan what he is doing in court. He says that he can take action against him for raising his hand against a woman. Subhan also beat Armaan in court, and the judge says that he can consider it contempt of court.
Subhan agrees that he was wrong but says that he had no other option. He was helpless because Armaan and Mannat lied in court and accused Ibadat of being characterless just to get a divorce from her.
Subhan says that Ibadat is not a characterless woman. She has self-respect and would never have a relationship with another man besides him. He says that she only loves him.
He tells Ibadat that he knows she cannot accept anyone questioning her character. He wants a divorce from her, but not in this way. He does not want to question her character to get the divorce.
The judge asks Subhan if he knows the consequences of his actions. Subhan says that he is ready to accept any punishment.
Ibadat asks the judge why he should punish Subhan. She says that Subhan was quiet yesterday but revealed the truth today. Mannat and her family members lied in court, so the judge should punish them instead of Subhan.
The judge tells them that he is not mad and that they are all surprising him. He says that Ibadat is a lawyer, yet she is supporting the person standing against her. Subhan is supporting Ibadat even though she is waiting for a divorce from him.
The judge says that he can see that Subhan loves Ibadat unconditionally.
Subhan denies it. Ibadat says that he does love her unconditionally, but he is not accepting it. She says that everyone saw his love for her.
Subhan continues to deny it, so Ibadat brings the Holy Quran. She asks him to promise, while touching it, that he does not love her. She says that if he makes the promise, she will accept that he does not love her.
Meanwhile, Dua shares the happy news with Hameeda. She says that she wants to visit the Dargah. She recalls the previous day’s incident and tells Hameeda everything.
Dua says that she heard Gazal’s voice. Hameeda tells her that she also felt like someone was in their house without their knowledge. They need to find that person and throw them out of the house.
Gazal hears their conversation.
Meanwhile, Ibadat pressures Subhan to make the promise. He tries, but he cannot do it. He asks her why she is asking him to swear on the Quran.
Ibadat says that nobody will lie while touching the Quran. Kaynaat asks Subhan not to fall for Ibadat’s words.
The judge threatens to send Kaynaat to jail for pressuring Ibadat. She gets scared and sits down.
The judge says that Subhan loves Ibadat unconditionally, but he does not want to stay with her. He says that he can dismiss the divorce case because Subhan has supported his wife and Ibadat clearly does not want to divorce him.
