Saras and Kumud On Starlife Saturday 25th January 2025 Update, Kumud is doing stitching. Badimaa comes to her and asks what she is doing. Kumud says, “I’m stitching” (didn’t show us what!). Badimaa shows her how to do it. Danny comes to Kumud and asks why she is working so much today. Danny is about to say that Kumud is fasting, but she stops him. Danny tells her that she kept the fast for Saras, and he helps her with her work. (Danny is no less in looks!) Kusum says it looks like he will help her out with her work in Dubai, and she laughs. Danny and Kumud leave the hall.

Kumud asks Kumari where she is going. Kumari says, “I’m going to Chaya’s house.” Kumud requests Danny to go after her, as she might be going to meet Umesh. Danny says no. Kumud insists he should go after her, saying Kumari will not get angry. Danny agrees and leaves. Kumari looks around, and Danny follows her quietly. Kumari goes to the police station. (She is more silly than Ghuman; she needs a good lesson. Anyone there?) Danny stops her. Kumari asks what he is doing there, saying it’s because of him that Saras came to know about her. Danny says she is going to meet Umesh, and that is not right. He tells her not to misunderstand him. Kumari agrees to go home and asks him not to tell anyone about this. She leaves.
Saras leaves for home. Ghuman comes and asks where he is going in such a hurry. He says he has an important meeting and leaves. The staff congratulates Ghuman, and she also congratulates them for the merger, as they have worked hard. Ghuman sees an envelope, opens it, and smiles while reading the letter.
Saras leaves in his car, smiling (a very big smile indeed!). Ghuman, after reading the letter, says, “Oh, so that is why you were in a hurry, Saras.” She calls Laxminandan and asks him where he is. He says he is in the office, and she tells him she has a great idea for the merger and asks him to come so she can tell him. Laxminandan agrees and says he is on the way. Ghuman thinks, “Kumud, now see how I will turn the table.” She smiles.
Kumud messages Saras. Saras gets her message, reads it, and smiles. He replies to her. They have a text chat while Badimaa and Guniyal are making laddus. Kumud smiles as Saras writes, “Your voice is in my heart.” Kumud chats with him while Badimaa and Guniyal discuss their evening plans. Saras writes, “We will talk in every way possible.” (Message talk, eye talk, voice talk, and even breath talk! Does not know how it will be; any learners ready for it?) Kumud laughs. Badimaa asks why she is smiling. Chandrika comes in an annoyed state and says Gyaan told her he won’t be able to come today. Guniyal says it’s okay; she can still keep the fast and understand him. Kumud asks Kaki if she will also see the photo and break the fast. Chandrika says yes. Badimaa asks Chandrika to get ready as if Gyaan is coming.
Kumud calls Saras. Danny is seen talking to someone while Kumud still tries calling Saras. Kusum comes to Kumud with some food. Kumud says, “Today I will not eat anything.” Kusum eats it and runs to have water as it was spicy. Kumud sees the food and then looks at the incomplete drawing of Saras. Kusum comes back and asks her to eat. She says no, she won’t. Kumud complains that the call is not connecting. Kusum asks if he forgot her. Kumud says he cannot. Kusum teases her, and Kumud replies, “You always speak foolish things.” (Really true; this is her role to make Kumud afraid by speaking the worst things possible!) Kusum jokes that if this happens, Kumud will have to marry someone else, and then she leaves. (If this happens, Kumud should shoot Kusum first!) Danny comes to Kumud and asks if everything is fine. She says yes. Danny replies, “It does not look like you are fine.” She says Saras’s phone is not connecting. Danny reassures her, saying he might be busy and will call her soon. (Danny is far better than Kusum!)
Ghuman and Laxminandan are talking about her Karwachauth and the merger. Ghuman asks if they should party tonight, and Laxminandan agrees. Ghuman gets happy. (The oldies get romantic again!) Laxminandan says he will ask Saras if he is free. Ghuman says he will come with him to the party, as it is important for him too. Ghuman adds that tonight they will become a big company, and everyone will look to him and his son. Ghuman thinks, “Tonight, you and your son will be separated.”
Badimaa tells Kumud she is looking very good in a saree. (Kumud looks beautiful in a red saree!) Kumud smiles and makes everything ready. She hears Saras’s voice and gets happy.
Saras appears, but Kusum turns and sees him nowhere. She sighs. “Mann ke dor…” plays. (We were waiting for the song!) Kumud finds a red rose and smiles, saying, “I knew you would come.” Danny arrives and says, “Kumud, sorry, I’m not the one you are waiting for.” Danny laughs and leaves. Kumud receives a message from Saras with some adorable filmi lines. She smiles as she reads it. The women see the moon. Kusum tricks everyone by saying, “Look, the moon has come!” Everyone looks for the moon, and Kusum laughs. Kumud approaches, and Yash’s mother tells Kumud to see all this, as she has to keep the fast next year alone. Kusum asks how Kumud will break the fast in front of everyone. (Even we are anxious to see it!) The episode ends on Kumud’s sweet face.
The women stand on the rooftop waiting for the moon. Kumud tells Kusum she will break her fast alone. (Kumud looks simple and best!) The moon appears, and everyone is happy to see it. Guniyal tells Chandrika to do the prayers. Kumari sees them and leaves. Guniyal spots Vidyachatur through the net and opens her fast. Danny arrives and looks for Kumari, then leaves. Chandrika opens her fast with Gyaan’s photo. Kumud watches and smiles. Vidyachatur makes Guniyal drink water. Kumari heads somewhere alone, and Danny follows her. She notices Danny and comes back inside, telling him not to follow her and that she’s not going to meet Umesh. He insists that today he will take her to meet him, and they leave together.
Scene shifts to Umesh:
Umesh is with his family, celebrating his wedding anniversary. Danny and Kumari see them in the restaurant. Kumari overhears everything and is shocked. She cries and breaks down. Danny tells her they should leave, but she asks for a moment and goes to Umesh. Umesh stands when he sees her. Kumari sees his family and slaps him. (You should have done this earlier; it’s late, but okay!) Umesh’s wife gets up in shock. Umesh stares at Kumari. Kumari confronts him, saying, “What are you looking at? What you did to me is nothing compared to this.” She leaves, and Danny approaches Umesh, saying, “Will you file a case against Kumari for slapping you? You know what your wife will do now.” He leaves with Kumari.
Scene shifts to Kumud:
Kumud is alone on the rooftop, noticing everyone has left, and thinks about breaking her fast. She says, “The moon has come; when will you come?” She hears Saras’s voice and feels his presence nearby. She sees his drawing through the net and the moon, realizing their love is complete, even if he’s not with her. Saras actually appears before her. She is shocked, saying, “Don’t do this; I cannot live without you.” He replies, “I have come, Kumud. Don’t live without me. I told you that when you see my photo, my existence will happen.” She asks if it’s reality or a dream, and he says, “Touch and see.” She responds, “If this is a dream, I don’t want to break it by touching you.” He sprinkles flower petals on her and smiles. She gets happy, saying, “You are really here.” He comes closer and hugs her, saying, “You kept the fast for me.” She smiles, and the hug feels everlasting. She says, “But you…” He encourages her to call him by his name, reminding her of her promise. She says, “My, only my Saraswatichandra.” He smiles, and she feels shy. He holds her face and looks into her eyes. (They both look superb today; what a couple—adorable and sweet!)
Scene shifts to Laxminandan:
The merger party has started. Ghuman and Laxminandan mingle with the guests. A client asks to complete the formalities. Laxminandan asks about Saras, and Ghuman says he might arrive soon. Laxminandan is worried, as Saras needs to sign the papers. He asks Sunny if he has seen Saras today, but Sunny says he hasn’t. The clients inquire if there is a problem, and Laxminandan reassures them there isn’t. Ghuman smiles.
Scene shifts to Kumud and Saras:
Saras tells Kumud to first see the moon. She replies, “The moon comes daily, but you came after a long time. I want to see you without losing any time.” She says he stays far away, and he mentions he’s also seeing his moon after many days. He asks what he should do to bring a smile to her face, and they both smile. Kumud sees the moon, then Saras’s face. She performs his Tilak and Aarti. Saras comes closer, making her drink water, and she breaks her fast. The song “Piya re…” plays. Saras asks for the Thaali, saying he also wants to break his fast. Kumud expresses her desire to live with him, not for a long life. He replies, “What will I do without you? You have to live with me always.” She smiles.
Saras takes the Thaali and looks at Kumud through the net. She tells him to first see the moon, and he replies, “How can I? Your face is brighter; I can’t take my eyes off you. I see this moon daily, but I want to stare at you without losing any time.” He then looks at the moon and back at her face, and she smiles. She breaks his fast by making him drink water. They gaze at each other as the song “Abhi mujh me kahin…” plays. They cherish the moment together.
