In the morning, Raja fell down in the corridor. Rani argues with him, then stands up giving Raja her hand. Raja wonders if she would be able to hold his hand at every stage of their life, even after knowing the truth. Rani thinks she always want to hold his hand. She was about to withdraw when Raja holds her hand to stand up. He finds the folded paper with Bindu’s photos as monster. Both laugh, giving each other high give. Raja holds Rani’s hand, they walk closer. Raja was about to hug Rani, when Bindu arrives to slap her. Rani was shocked, Raja was about to attack Bindu in aggression.

Rani holds his hand, Raja asks Rani how she dare slap her. Rani tells Raja he has given Bindu a right in his life even after marriage, why won’t she dare. Rani tells Bindu she could have slapped her, her friends mocked her and she apologizes for that. But the mistake wasn’t Bindu’s but someone else’s, your loved one’s hurt you and you are angry at your loved ones only. They all leave. Bindu was determined to win Raja’s heart before taking another step.
Raja comes to ask Kaal what he had demanded. Kaal says he has decided something else for Raja, Raja tells Kaal he has nothing else to trade with him. Kaal asks Raja to have to look, may be it can change his life his life. Raja reads the papers and was shocked, he asks if really Kaal wants to name all their property after Rani. Kaal agrees he wants to return everything to Rani. He wants to do something good, and return Rani’s right to her. Whatever is his is Raja’s as well, it ultimately belongs to Rani. He just wanted to do something good. Raja wants to accept his conscience is awake, but his mind doesn’t allow this. He change colors as chameleon, what condition Kaal has for this favor. Kaal asks Raja to bring Rani back till elections, after that he would name everything after Rani. Raja asks for some guarantee that his mind won’t change after the elections. Raja asks what if he doesn’t accept this condition, what he would do if he tell Rani and his grandmother about the reality today. Kaal laugh that they might lose their lives in that case. Raja was offensive, Kaal gives him an ultimatum of two days only. In the party meeting, Raja would showcase his love.
Kaal comes to warn Amrita that before guests’ arrival tomorrow, Rani must return. Amrita replies she won’t force Rani to return. Kaal twists Amrita’s hand, and tells her that it won’t be good for her, Raja and that maid Rani as well.
In the college, warden tells Rani tomorrow is Teej. She must study tomorrow, today she must go home and get henna over her hands, preparing for Teej. Jeewan brings the book to Rani, smiling. Raja come sto snatch the book and tear it into pieces. Rani was angry at Raja, Raja calls it a way to get closer to Rani. Rani stops Jeewan from counter attacking Raja. Raja stops Rani from leaving, Rani tells Raja that he promises not to worry her till the exams end. Raja says till their exams end, she would also not enter the palace. Raja was determined not to let Rani be a puppet in hands of Kaal.
The next morning, Meenu comes to appreciate Rani as she bathed early in the morning. Rani says bathing get away any sleep. Meenu asks her about tea or sweet. Rani says she can’t eat anything but doesn’t share about her fast. Amrita arrives there with all the gifts of Teej, as a mother. Rani goes to hug Rani, Amrita cries in ache. Rani was concerned, then notices Amrita’s stare towards Kokilla. Rani asks Amrita about her forehead bruise, Amrita makes up she hit a door in hurry to leave. Rani notices Amrita’s hurt arms as well, Kokilla urges Amrita to leave. Rani wonders what Amrita hiding from her is.
Rani comes out to find some girls speaking about Raja. He goes to ask Shashi about Raja, Shashi says he didn’t see Raja since morning.
Raja dances with Rani among the bunch of students. Rani wants to speak to him, Raja curtly says she herself said they have nothing to speak. He leaves.
The next morning, in palace guests were asking about Raja and Rani. Bari Rani Maa makes up that she has gone to get ready. Kaal murmurs if Rani doesn’t come today, he won’t leave Raja and Rani alone.
Raja puts a phone receiver aside, and tells Jeewan in the room if wife has to convey something to husbands they never need a lawyer. Rani was worried for Amrita, and wonders if she must go to palace or fulfil his promise with Raja.
Rani arrive at the palace, Kokilla greets her at the door. Rani goes to get the thaal of pooja, Raja regrets this from upstairs, he drags her aside and ask why she came here. She tells Raja
she had to speak to him, Raja tells her if she wanted to say she miss him too. Rani tells him she didn’t come for him, she came for Maa. She is really injured, there are a number of bruises over her forehead, arms and back. There is surely something wrong with her. Raja tells Rani to leave, her husband doesn’t need her; they had already promised not get together till exams. Raja leaves. Rani’s hand had been dipped in a bowl of henna.
Raja headed towards Kaal’s room, where he was disgracing Amrita and was about to slap her again. Raja hold his hand from behind, Kaal questions if he has turned into a man and would stop Kaal? He couldn’t stop his wife even. Raja slaps Kaal over his face, and warns him not to raise hand over his mother again else he would have to lose his life. A wife isn’t a slave, she is a companion; there real man is one who gives her an equal status rather than beating her. He takes Amrita along. Bari Rani Maa and Jeewan also leave the room. Kaal thinks Raja would have to hear the echo of this slap all his life.
In the hostel, Rani watches her hands colored in henna. She recall when before her wedding she was upset about henna, Raja had assured to be with her whole of her life. Meenu brings her food to break the fast, Rani denies as she doesn’t want to. Raja speaks from the room that relation of husband and wife is that of heart, he heard what’s in the heart. Rani asks Meenu to leave, she doesn’t want to speak to him.
Raja questions why is she fasting, he comes to terrace and warns Meenu she must leave, else she would really be ashamed of what he would do with his friend. Meenu leaves at once, Raja holds Rani back saying nobody should come between a husband and wife. Rani reminds he had brought a third person between them. Raja assures that right now, there isn’t a third person between them right now. He requests her to eat, he was touched she is fasting for him in spite of all the pains he gave her. Rani denies having fast for him. He asks if it’s for Jeewan then, Rani slaps him. Raja stares at her, then allows her to slap on the other cheek as well. She then hugs him wondering why he tease her. Raja cups her face, and kiss her forehead as he has a right over her, to tease her, make her cry and would love her as well; because she is his wife. He gets closer and kiss her. Rani tells him she is still very angry at him, he kiss her shoulder saying he know. They hear some girls laughing outside the window, Rani moves towards them. Raja holds her behind telling her nothing changed between them, they can begin this fight all over again but for now he is really hungry. He tells Rani he hasn’t eaten anything since morning, Rani opens her mouth to speak when Raja stuffs a bite into her mouth.
Raja turns to leave, Rani says he can go from the door as he is her husband. Raja says he would return where he came from, she must let her friends guess what he has done to her.
Bindu sat beside bed where Raja was asleep and caress his head saying he can do anything to be with him.
The next morning, Kaal was getting his photo shoot with the reporters. The minister says their photos will send a positive message. Amrita joins them, Kaal calls Raja and hugs him. Raja reminds he is left with 12 days only to name the property after Rani, else he would call another press conference. They ask about Rani, one of the reporters share they have heard Rani left the palace two days after wedding, she came to palace for Teej but left without participating in the Pooja; how would Kaal keep a country united if he can’t handle his family well.
Jeewan comes to classroom and asks Rani what condition is she in. Rani replies she only wants to focus on studies during exams.
Raja enters the class from behind, Rani looks towards him when he doesn’t, then he watches Rani when she isn’t. He then sketches Rani’s portrait. The exam begins, Raja mocks Rani calling her Champu. Rani forbids him to speak at this time, Raja keeps a finger over his mouth. Rani’s mouth drops, Raja holds it for her. She speaks to Raja complaining, the teacher comes to taunt Rani about doing their personal talk in the class, the class can wait. When the teacher leaves, Rani complains Raja for not telling her that the teacher was there. After the class, Rani goes to hide somewhere no one can find her. She comes into library, Raja drags her behind a wall while she resists. He says watching her this way makes it more difficult to stay away from her. Rani says she doesn’t understand what he wants, he wanted her to leave the house first, and now wants to get close to her. Raja utters he has been close to her, as he removes her glasses, and undo her hair braid. He speaks, she looks beautiful in any condition.
There, Kaal comes to college, he asks Meenu about Rani. Meenu tells him she went towards library. Raja tells Rani he would have to punish her if she teases him again, his punishment would be… he bends to kiss her. Jeewan drops some books nearby, withdrawing their attention. Raja curtly leaves Rani, then turns to see no one was there. Shashi comes to talk to Raja.
Kaal enters the library, Rani touches his feet. Kaal says today it’s a father who came to meet his daughter in law, he feels no matter what the issues are but wives should stay at home and try to solve it. Rani apologizes as she can’t return. Kaal tells Rani that people are laughing over them, people use petty matters of royal families against them. Raja comes from behind saying this would never happen. He walks towards him curtly asking what he is speaking to his wife about. Rani would return home only when her exams are over, and all the conditions of her return have been fulfilled. Rani reminds Raja that Kaal is his father, he must behave with respect. She complains that Raja doesn’t value any relation, not just the relation of wedding. Kaal asks Rani to return soon, but Raja tells him Rani won’t listen to someone who beats his wife. He announces in front of everyone that the bruises over Amrita’s body are actually gifts from him. Rani confirms if this is true, Kaal leaves without replying. Rani holds Raja’s arm which he jerks to leave.
Rani stops Raja outside asking if his childhood was so tough, he has witnessed so much pains when others were playing. Raja curtly replies she has nothing to do about it. Rani says she has to, because he is involved. He turns to leave, Rani assures he isn’t alone in this fight. Raja shouts she left him alone, she loves him when she wish for, then she moves away. Rani asks if it’s she or is he making her worried, he had promised to stay away but last night he came to trouble her… Raja asks trouble, when he moved close to her she didn’t back up.
