My Desire On Starlife Thursday 16th January 2025 Update, Kashvi catches Viraj, who threatens to shoot her. She boldly responds, saying he’ll face dire consequences if he does. Kashvi apprehends him and informs the police. Meanwhile, Arjun gets treated for a minor bullet graze on his hand. The doctor advises a scan before he can go home.

At the hospital, Mahima approaches Dr. Lata and asks to speak privately. She threatens the doctor, urging her to leave the city to avoid revealing that Kashvi’s baby was switched with a dead one. Dr. Lata, frightened, agrees to leave. Arjun, on his way to the scan, overhears Mahima and Dr. Lata talking but doesn’t intervene. Later, the doctor tells Arjun he can go home. Kashvi congratulates Arjun on successfully completing his first mission, adding that they should now focus on finding their child.
At home, Aditya tries to feed Karun bread and butter, but he refuses, demanding parathas from Mahima. Annoyed, Mahima lashes out at Karun. Aditya advises her to treat Karun kindly, as upsetting him could drive Arjun away from her. Mahima pretends to apologize to Karun and promises to make parathas, earning his forgiveness.
Arjun and Kashvi visit the hospital to talk to Dr. Lata but learn that she has resigned. Arjun recalls seeing Mahima with the doctor earlier. They check the CCTV footage and discover Mahima bribing and threatening Dr. Lata to leave. Arjun pieces together the clues and concludes that Mahima is involved in keeping their child away from them. Kashvi is skeptical but agrees to investigate further.
At home, Aditya asks Mahima if she is confident Dr. Lata won’t return. Mahima assures him that she has scared the doctor enough. Aditya reminds her to be careful around Karun. Mahima reveals that no one will ever discover Karun isn’t her son.
Later, Arjun receives a call informing him that he’ll be receiving a government award for his successful mission. He shares the news with everyone and credits Kashvi for his success. Aditya and Mahima secretly plan to disrupt their happiness.
The next morning, Kashvi faces a water shortage at home. Aditya suggests she use Arjun’s bathroom, secretly manipulating the situation by hiding towels and plotting to create misunderstandings. Mahima assists him, albeit confused about his plan.
