Neeti notices Vishaka at the engagement ceremony and is shocked to see her there. She alerts Roni, while Dhairya wonders what Vishaka is doing there and why she came without informing him. Vikrant asks Neetu to reveal who Vishaka really is and finally tell him the truth. However, Neetu tells him not to believe Vishaka, claiming that she is a liar. Vikrant reminds Neetu that Vishaka is his biological mother and questions why she hid the truth from him. Neetu insists that she is his mother and that Vishaka is lying. Vikrant accuses Neetu of lying to him again, explaining that Vishaka has already revealed the truth.
Roni fears that Vikrant has discovered everything, while Dhairya is equally shocked by the revelation. Raveena thinks that the truth has finally come out. Vikrant reveals that he already died from an illness and that Neetu brought Aman into their house to impersonate him. Roni and Dhairya are stunned to hear this. Vishaka then explains that she had already told Vikrant about the surrogacy and reveals that she is his sister.
Roni is shocked by Vishaka’s statement, while Mannat notices that he does not look happy to see his sister. She wonders why he seems so disturbed, as he is not someone who would normally ignore his relatives. Raveena, meanwhile, believes that Vishaka is lying.
Vishaka hugs Roni and secretly whispers that he must not reveal the truth to Vikrant. She warns him that he must either agree to her demands or risk losing his son forever. Vishaka then pretends to beg Roni for mercy. Roni eventually lies to Vikrant, claiming that Vishaka is his sister and that Neetu is his mother, despite Neetu’s denial.
Meanwhile, Mallika receives a call from Aishwarya and explains everything that has happened at the engagement ceremony. Aishwarya tells Mallika that Vishaka is not Vikrant’s sister but his biological mother. She asks Mallika to meet her in jail. Aishwarya then thinks that the time has finally come for her to return to the house.
Neetu continues to accuse Vishaka of lying, but Vikrant asks her to stop. Vishaka pretends to be innocent and explains that Neetu disowned her after the fire accident. She claims that every mother would try to save her son and insists that she did the same. Vishaka adds that Neetu should not blame her for everything because she has done nothing wrong. Vikrant defends Vishaka.
Dhairya is about to interrupt, but Vishaka tells him not to interfere in their family matters because he is only a guest in the house. Mannat reveals that Vishaka is seriously ill and even coughed up blood at home. Neetu accuses Mannat of bringing Vishaka there to separate her from Vikrant, calling her a bad omen in her life.
Vishaka pretends to defend Mannat and apologises to Neetu. She promises not to create problems in their family, claiming that she has learnt to live alone. She continues to act weak and helpless, prompting Mannat and Dhairya to support her. Neetu blames Mannat again, but Vikrant loses his temper and defends her. He makes it clear that he was the one who brought Vishaka to the house, not Mannat.
Mannat and Dhairya take Vishaka to the guest room, much to Neetu’s displeasure. Vikrant remains firm in his decision. Mannat suggests calling a doctor, but Vishaka refuses. Later, Mannat begins to suspect that Vishaka is hiding something. Shruthi scolds her for interfering in matters that do not concern her and advises her not to trust anyone blindly.
