Love’s Complicated On Starlife Tuesday 15th September 2026 Update, Akshara and Abhimanyu recall their flashbacks. Akshara decides to make her voice her strength and stand strong. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu decides to stay with his family and make his hospital better. Both Akshara and Abhimanyu decide to move on with their lives. They think that love can be both pain and a blessing. The Birlas and Goenkas pray to God.

Akshara and Abhimanyu dance to divert their minds. Abhimanyu turns into Batman and cheers the kids, while Akshara dances her heart out. The Goenkas worry about Akshara. Suhasini says everyone has different ways of hiding their pain and that Akshara is dancing to divert herself. Swarna agrees with Suhasini. Kairav tells Vansh that Akshara and Abhimanyu are meant to be together and says their divorce is not right. Vansh says if Abhimanyu and Akshara are meant to be together, then nobody can stop them. Neil thinks Abhimanyu is also trying to hide his pain by dancing and says he is pretending to be fine in front of everyone.
Abhimanyu hears Akshara’s voice asking how long he will hide his pain behind the mask. She asks him if they cannot be together on their journey. At the same time, Akshara hears Abhimanyu’s voice asking how long she will dance and sing to divert herself. Abhimanyu asks Akshara if they can move on together and walk hand in hand again. Akshara decides to ignore him.
Abhimanyu gets busy with his surgeries, while Akshara starts her YouTube channel. The Goenkas decide to support Akshara on her new journey, and Vansh decides to promote her music channel. Akshara receives a call from the court and tells the Goenkas that the hearing is at 12 PM. She then decides to record a song for her channel.
Akshara fails to concentrate on her work. Meanwhile, Harsh and Neil see Abhimanyu putting drips on patients. Harsh confronts Rohan about it, and Rohan says Abhimanyu is doing everyone’s work, including the nurses’ and interns’ work. Neil asks Abhimanyu why he is doing other people’s work. Abhimanyu tells him that the hearing is at 12 PM and that he will get free soon.
Akshara and Abhimanyu both fail to concentrate on their work. They have a conversation with each other in their thoughts and ask each other to say no to the divorce. Manish talks with the Goenkas and says Kartik and Naira loved each other the most, but after their divorce, they realized each other’s worth. Kairav asks Manish why he is supporting Akshara’s divorce. Manish says he does not want Akshara to remain in the Birlas’ shadow. He wants to support her in making her own identity. Kairav remains against Akshara and Abhimanyu’s divorce. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu and Akshara become restless while thinking about the divorce. Kairav says Akshara will not be able to move on because she can never get over Abhimanyu.
Manish and Kairav decide to go to court with Akshara. Akshara comes out dressed up and says she will go alone. Arohi asks Akshara if she is going to court or going to a party. Akshara asks Arohi not to bother about her and tells the Goenkas to let her go alone. Manish insists on going with her and says he will be by her side. Akshara says Manish and the others are already with her. Suhasini asks Akshara to go carefully, and Akshara walks out. She then hears Abhimanyu’s voice asking her to drop the idea of going to court. Akshara overhears the conversation.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu looks for someone to accompany him to court. Neil, Parth and Rohan refuse, saying they are busy. Abhimanyu then looks for Shefali, but she tells him that she has an important appointment with the doctor for Shivansh. Abhimanyu overhears Akshara’s voice asking him to keep his ego aside and refuse to give her a divorce. He sees Harsh and asks if he is free. Harsh says he is free, so Abhimanyu asks him to accompany him to court.
Harsh asks Abhimanyu if he does not have the courage to go to court alone. He adds that he went through the same feeling when he was going to divorce Manjiri. Abhimanyu tells Harsh that it is not about courage and that he wants to take him because he is experienced. Harsh rides with Abhimanyu on the bike. Abhimanyu asks Harsh to speed up, otherwise the bike will feel bad.
Harsh tells Abhimanyu that he used to win bike races. Abhimanyu asks him if the others used to walk and compete with him. Harsh starts looking for a way to unite Abhimanyu and Akshara. Meanwhile, Akshara plays loud music to divert her mind. Harsh thinks he only needs to bring Abhimanyu out of the trap and show him a way. He sees Akshara’s car and gets an idea.
Arohi and Neil meet, and Neil worries that the truth about their relationship could cause problems for Akshara and Abhimanyu. Arohi asks Neil not to worry because Akshara has already moved on. She tells him about Akshara’s YouTube channel. Harsh rides his bike towards Akshara’s car, and Abhimanyu and Akshara see each other. Harsh manages to convince both of them to go to court together. Abhimanyu makes an excuse, but Akshara tells him that they can go together. Harsh prays to God to make a way for Akshara and Abhimanyu to reunite because they are not yet separated.
Abhimanyu and Akshara fight in the car. Abhimanyu asks Akshara if she is excited about the divorce and that is why she is all dressed up. Akshara points out that he is also wearing a leather jacket but is dressed formally today. They continue arguing with each other as they reach the court. Both become restless while thinking about the divorce. Harsh and Manish secretly support Akshara and Abhimanyu. Their lawyer asks them to be ready to appear before the counsellor.
