Abhimanyu remembers the swelling on Akshara’s abdomen and asks the doctor to explain the injuries, saying that they can treat her. The doctor then informs him about Akshara’s pregnancy complications. She tells him that it could put both Akshara’s and the baby’s lives at risk if she conceives. Abhimanyu is stunned.

Meanwhile, Akshara holds a baby outside and tells the baby that she and her husband were just talking about their future child. She says their baby will be as cute as her. The doctor asks Abhimanyu if he is fine. Abhimanyu sees Akshara with the baby and steps back.

Akshara looks for Abhimanyu. He worries about her pregnancy complications and starts imagining having a baby with her. Akshara asks Rohan if he has seen Abhimanyu, saying that Abhimanyu went to meet her doctor but has not returned. Rohan tells her that her doctor left the hospital a long time ago.
