Love’s Complicated On Starlife Saturday 8th August 2026 Update, Harsh asks Manjiri to make him some tea. He also tells her not to prepare oily or heavy food because he does not want to invite diseases. Manjiri quietly leaves. Abhimanyu notices everything and asks Manjiri if she is keeping a fast for Harsh.

Akshara joins them and tells Manjiri that she should not feel pressured by society to keep a fast for Harsh if she does not want to. Manjiri says that not every relationship is perfect. Akshara replies that her relationship with Harsh has become nothing more than a need. Manjiri walks away, thinking about Akshara and Abhimanyu’s words.
Abhimanyu feels disappointed with Manjiri, but Akshara asks him to be patient. She says Manjiri is taking small steps, and they should support her. Later, Akshara goes to get ready for the Teej celebrations.
Abhimanyu playfully tells Akshara to get ready quickly so that he can lose control after seeing her. Akshara smiles and tells him to wait and watch. Abhimanyu flirts with her and says that if she needs help with a safety pin, she should call him. He adds that she can call him for any help, making Akshara blush before she leaves.
Meanwhile, Anand and Parth learn that Mahima and Shefali are also observing the Teej fast. They proudly express their love for their wives. Abhimanyu says it is because of Akshara that the family is celebrating Teej happily for the first time. However, he remains worried about Manjiri.
Manjiri and Akshara pray together. Manjiri gives vermilion to Akshara and asks her to take Abhimanyu’s help to apply it. Akshara blushes.
Neil informs the Birla family that the north wing of the hospital is ready and that security has been tightened. Anand praises Neil for his hard work. Neil says he did not do it alone. The family then learns that Harsh also helped Neil, and everyone claps for him. Mahima quietly thinks that Harsh’s two sons are coming closer while Parth may be left behind.
Akshara feels hungry and thinks the day has only just started. Abhimanyu overhears her and asks her to eat something. Akshara refuses and says she will wait until the fast is over. She asks Abhimanyu if he has eaten anything, but he hides the fact that he is fasting too.
Manjiri calls Akshara to apply henna. Abhimanyu tries to help Shefali with her henna, but pain shoots through his right hand and he becomes restless. Manjiri also tells Akshara that the Goenkas will soon arrive to celebrate Teej with them.
Later, Harsh tells Manjiri to apologise for her behaviour and return to their room. Manjiri stands there silently. At the same time, Abhimanyu and Akshara exchange gifts and cannot stop admiring each other.
Akshara, Arohi, Swarna and Shefali dance with their partners. Shefali starts feeling uneasy, and Parth immediately takes care of her. Anand lovingly holds Mahima’s hand.
Suhasini then announces a Teej game for all the couples. Akshara wins the game. Afterwards, Abhimanyu takes Akshara aside, and they share a private dance together.
During the dance, Abhimanyu’s grip suddenly loosens, and Akshara falls. Everyone rushes towards her in shock. Akshara quickly assures everyone that she is fine. Abhimanyu apologises, but Akshara tells him not to worry because such things happen sometimes. Swarna also recalls that she once fell because of Manish.
Later, Akshara and Abhimanyu spend some time alone. Abhimanyu apologises again, but Akshara asks him to stop blaming himself. To cheer him up, she offers him a sweet. Abhimanyu refuses to eat it.
Akshara immediately realises that Abhimanyu has also been fasting for her. She becomes emotional. Abhimanyu tells her not to make a big deal out of it, but Akshara says men can never understand how special it feels when their partner keeps a fast for them. The two share a warm hug before the Goenkas and Birlas call them back for the Teej rituals.
Arohi says Suhasini made her keep a fast so she can find a good life partner. Neil jokes that if he had known this earlier, he would have also kept a fast. Vansh says he would have done the same.
When the moon finally appears, Swarna asks Akshara and Abhimanyu to begin the puja. The family learns that Abhimanyu has also been fasting. Parth jokes that Abhimanyu should stop setting such high husband goals because it makes life difficult for the other husbands. Everyone laughs. Manish jokes that at his age, keeping such a fast would be impossible.
Akshara and Abhimanyu break each other’s fast. Neil records the moment on video. Vansh jokes that it will be fun to see who touches whose feet first. Instead, Akshara and Abhimanyu hug each other while both families clap happily. Afterwards, Parth, Shefali, Anand, Mahima, Swarna and Manish continue celebrating Teej together.
Harsh suddenly arrives and asks Manjiri why she did not call him for the puja. He starts accusing her in front of everyone. Abhimanyu waits for Manjiri to respond, while Akshara asks him to stay calm and let Manjiri speak.
Manjiri finally shocks everyone by revealing that she did not keep the fast for Harsh. Abhimanyu feels proud of her. Harsh tells her to stop talking nonsense, but Manjiri says that for the first time she did not want to keep a fast for him. She remembers everything she suffered because of him.
Abhimanyu adds that Harsh may never understand it, but as Akshara said, Teej is not just a festival, it is an emotion. Harsh and the rest of the family are left speechless.
