Lost in love on starlife Wednesday 8th October 2025 Update, At Neil Hospital, the board of directors asks Teju if Neil forced her into marriage. Teju explains that Neil agreed to the marriage but never forced her. She says it was her family’s decision. She then tells Yash to play a video of patients giving heartfelt messages, praising Neil as a kind doctor and a good human being.

Teju tells the board that looking for proof against Neil is useless because he has done nothing wrong. She reminds them how much Neil has given to the hospital and asks why they are turning against him now. She urges them to stand with him. One member says they will think about it, and the meeting ends.
Later at home, Yash asks Surva if the patient testimonials helped. Surva says the case against Neil still stands. Sachin and his wife refuse to take back their complaint, and Neil may still face punishment. Leena cries hearing this.
Teju goes to pray to Lord Shiva. At that moment, she gets a message from Preeti and feels it could help prove Neil innocent. Meanwhile, Sachin takes Preeti to another hospital for an abortion. There, he meets Manjari who is dressed as a nurse. Sachin says he wants the abortion because the baby is a girl and even offers extra money. Manjari asks him to sign papers, but he refuses. She signals the police.
Sachin realizes it is a trap. He pushes Manjari and tries to escape with Preeti, but Teju and the inspector arrive. The police arrest him.

Sachin blames Teju, saying she framed him. The inspector tells him the truth is out—he falsely accused Neil to hide his own crime. Teju explains Preeti messaged her for help. Sachin denies it, but Teju and Manjari encourage Preeti to speak. Preeti admits her father-in-law said the baby was a girl, and her husband wanted an abortion. To cover it up, they blamed Neil. She apologizes to Teju. Teju tells her speaking the truth is enough and asks the police to arrest Sachin and his father.
Manjari thanks Inspector Avinash for his help. He reminds them about the press conference. Manjari asks Teju to speak for Neil.
At the hospital press conference, when the management is about to cancel Neil’s medical license, Teju arrives with proof of his innocence. A video of Sachin and Preeti’s confession is shown live, clearing Neil’s name. Teju scolds the board for not supporting Neil in his hardest time. Watching from home, Neil feels relieved. Teju proudly says she is Neil’s wife and his name will always be cleared.
At home, Lakshmi tells Mukta that this crisis has brought Teju and Neil closer. Mukta smiles and agrees. Nandini says Teju has finally accepted Neil, while Rithu Raj stays quiet.
When Teju brings Neil home, Leena welcomes him happily. Bhushan asks Manjari if Teju hurt her, but Manjari says Teju actually saved Neil. Teju tells Neil, “I told you I would save you.” Vinod praises her courage, but Bhushan asks if the risk was worth it. Teju replies they only did what felt right. Rithu Raj jokes, asking if Teju would take such a risk for him too. Teju firmly replies Neil is her husband, and she would go to any lengths for him. Rithu Raj quietly wonders if she really means it. Neil also realizes he might never have known how much Teju cares without this situation.
As everyone goes inside, Teju privately asks Rithu Raj if he is unhappy Neil has returned. He denies it, saying Neil is his brother. Teju accuses him of pretending and walks away.
Later, Neil removes his head bandage and smiles at Teju. She asks why, and he says, “Because you’re the reason.” He admits he never thought she would go this far for him. Teju replies it was her duty as his wife. Neil asks why she cares so much. Teju says her mother and Badi Maa believe Neil is suffering because of her, so she wanted to take away that guilt. Neil feels sad with her answer. He wonders why the family thinks she loves him if she is only acting out of guilt. Teju hides her true feelings and calls it a misunderstanding. Neil quietly accepts her words.

As Neil prepares to leave, Teju senses something bad and begs him to stay. He gently reassures her, saying when he returns, they will start a new chapter together.
