Lost in love on starlife Tuesday 7th October 2025 Update, Leena anxiously asks Alok and the family about Neil’s whereabouts. Vinod tells her that Neil didn’t get bail and has to spend the night in lockup. Hearing this, Leena becomes restless and blames Teju, calling her a bad omen for Neil’s troubles. She scolds her for not returning home. Alok defends Teju, saying she truly cares for Neil and is with him through everything.

Rituraj adds fuel to Leena’s anger, claiming Teju fought with a reporter at the hospital and has now put Neil’s reputation at greater risk. At the same time, an NGO gathers outside Neil’s house, protesting and shouting against him. Leena rushes out, pleading with them and insisting Neil would never harm a woman, but the crowd continues to insult the Pradhan family. Suddenly, a man throws a rock, but Teju steps in to shield Leena and gets hurt herself. The police arrive to control the chaos.
Bhushan then receives a call from Dr. Surva, who warns him that if Neil cannot prove his innocence, he could lose both his job and his medical license. Rituraj taunts Teju again, saying she only married Neil for security, but now his future is completely ruined. Teju stands firm and vows to clear Neil’s name. She leaves to find a way.
She tracks down Preeti, the woman accusing Neil, and confronts her. Teju says she knows Preeti is lying out of fear of her abusive husband, Sachin. Just then, Sachin arrives and attacks Teju, throwing her out of the house. In the process, he accidentally hurts Preeti.

Back at home, Leena scolds Teju for worsening the situation even further. Vinod reveals that Sachin has already filed a police complaint against her. The family insists that only legal experts should handle such cases, but Teju refuses to back down. Later, she shares her worries with Mukta, who advises her to remain calm.
Remembering that Preeti owns a beauty parlor, Teju manages to find her number and calls her. She pleads with Preeti to break free from Sachin’s control, telling her that staying silent is setting a bad example for her daughter. Preeti disconnects the call, but her mind remains troubled.
Soon after, Dr. Surva informs Teju that the hospital committee now wants to question her about her marriage, looking for grounds to fire Neil. Rituraj gloats, saying Teju will only drag Neil down even more. But Teju refuses to give up. She assures the family that she will secure Neil’s release through her statement. She convinces Vinod to eat and enlists Yash’s help, determined to protect Neil’s future.

As Neil prepares to leave, Teju senses a bad omen and urges him not to go. Neil comforts her, promising that once he returns, they will begin their new life together.
